Dr. Rihani did a fantastic job redoing stitches that an ER had done on me after a fall. He transformed the area back into place & worked a miracle! The ER had done 0 work inside & he reattached the muscle. All with no pain. Tremendous talent!

10 days ago, I had a facelift with Dr. Rihani: WOW...Love it...Impressive. Dr. Rihani is the best facial surgeon in Fort Worth and DFW. I did years of research to find the best Doctor for a facelift and I did! I asked for a natural look and got just that: a younger softer me. However, his surgical skills and gift are not the only impressive qualities about Dr. Rihani. Him and his office are a class act all around: Dr. Rihani does not rush you if you are not ready to go forward; he takes time to answer all questions in great details; he further has a phenomenal follow-up and makes each and every patient his priority; in a summary, the care one receives at his office is nothing short of world-class. Thank you Dr. Rihani, Maggie and Rose!

I am so happy with the results of my facelift, neck lift, brow lift, and eyes. I didn't know exactly what to expect but recovery was easy. Very little pain and bruising. Dr. Rihani checked on me each night, which was comforting. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Rihani. The results are better than I could ever have imagined.  Updated on 30 Mar 2021: There is still a little swelling in my neck..other than that, I love it! It gets a little better each day. I'll get a little filler in the marionette lines. I have to maintain the facelift nowI have all the confidence in the world in Dr. Rihani! He is a true artist!

He takes time to address any concerns you might have. I have confidence in his advice and always take it. His work is unparrarrel. His staff are professional and compassionate. I highly recommend him.

I met with several doctors before meeting with Dr. Rihani. He was very honest, explained why he was suggesting each procedure and explained why I did not need some others were suggesting. I am a 50 year old business professional who could see the sleepless nights on her face, but did not want to look fake. Fortunately, I had always been told I looked younger than I am, but that seemed to hit a wall when the 50 birthday hit. My goal was to look younger/refreshed/not fake and to have no one be able to tell I had something done. Dr. Rihani delivered all my requests. I have been asked so many times if I am getting more sleep and when I meet strangers, "they claim" to be surprised by my age. I am a very detailed person and so is Dr. Rihani. However, I did not want all the details up front, but came with a 1,000 questions afterwards. He was there for every one of them. Beyond thrilled and will be seeing him on-going to do c02 laser once a year as it completely changed the texture of my skin. I am a tough critic and would tell anyone not to look any further than Dr. Rihani.....

My experience with this dr went above and beyond what I was expecting. He was thorough and spent more than adequate time with me at each visit. I would recommend Dr. Rihani to anyone. I am beyond thrilled with my results. It has given me confidence in my work. I am now longer self conscious about my appearance!

Words cannot express how pleased I am with the procedures that Dr. Rihani did for me. Dr. Rihani was referred to me by a P.A. that works at a very reputable Ft. Worth Dermatology office. My upper eyelids had become very heavy and were even hindering some of my eyesight (along with other concerns that he addressed.) My biggest concern was that I would not look like "me" after the procedures. I explained to Dr. Rihani that I was 58 years old and that I was not interested in trying to look 20 years old. He assured me that he was "conservative" in his approach and procedures. It has only been seven weeks since my procedure and I am already extremely happy with my results. It takes a lot of trust in a doctor and then allowing time for swelling to subside but it all becomes very worth it! Just yesterday, I had someone ask me what I was doing because I looked rested and younger than I had ever looked. Another friend looked at me for a long time and said you look so great ...have you changed the color of your hair (I had not) because you look so great! Those are the kind of responses that I wanted to receive! Not only is Dr. Rihani an excellent surgeon but he is one of the most professional, kindest and caring surgeon that I have encountered. He and his staff have customer service that is above and beyond. If your looking for a surgeon that will listen, work his "conservative magic" and take extremely good care of you, I hope you will take time to visit with Dr Rihani. I am extremely happy that I took the leap of faith!

Dr. Rihani is wonderful. He takes time to explain everything and listen to any concerns you may have. His staff is also wonderful. They are very caring and helpful. Dr. Rihani actually called after my surgery to check and make sure I was alright. Everyone was very kind and caring.

I don't know where to begin to express how grateful I am for Dr. Rihani He is amazing- an incredibly skilled artist- and he has the most professional, caring, kindest manner. I had to have eye work done and he was so great in helping me achieve the best look! He is very talented and I would recommend him to anyone! Highly, highly recommended!

Dr Rihani is the best. He was recommended to me by another plastic surgeon. His speciality is the face. I had a brow lift, a lower face lift and an under eye procedure. I was tired of hearing about how tired I looked. No one one has guessed that I had anything done. I'm just getting comments about how good I look. His goal and technique is to produce a natural look. He is very compassionate and gentle. His nurse Maggie is awesome as is the rest of his staff. I would give them all more stars if possible.
