Dr. Thomas Jeneby has been an Ivy League Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for 18 years. He obtained his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia/ Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. He was featured in the top 10% of his class and was also the AOA President.
I highly recommend Dr. Jeneby. His commitment to his patients is nothing short of remarkable. He takes time out of his busy schedule to ensure your needs are met, your questions are answered, and your recovery is on track. He's incredibly down to earth and never makes you feel like a bother, no matter how many questions or concerns you have. Dr. Jeneby truly has a vested interest in helping you achieve your body goals, and he delivers exceptional results. It's super important to listen to his advice and follow post-op instructions; he knows what he's doing and will guide you correctly. A big shout-out to Arturo, who provides a top-notch experience pre-op and post-op. After surgery, you're in the best hands with Crystal! She ensures your recovery is set up for success. I love stepping into this office and interacting with everyone! I can't wait for my next surgery!
I'm so happy with the work I had done by Dr. J! - BAM - TT - L360 with added arms and thighs - BBL My experience has been this: if you're honest, do what the Dr. says, what needs to be done, and dont wait to address questions or concerns - you most likely won't have any issues. I'm currently 2 weeks post op, so I will add pics when I'm up to it.
I had an amazing and wonderful experience with Dr. Jeneby.....From the start of care to his post op care this was top notch. I absolutely loved my Tummy Tuck....He did an amazing job. The surgical incision is thin and precise.....I would recommend him to everyone 100%...
I just want to say thank you to Dr j and his team for taking care of me!! I'm so happy I went with my gut and chose to have this team become part of my journey. I'm very thankful for Dr j! he was able to catch something on my blood work, something my primary Dr's never cared to fix or worry about, and genuinely concerned about my health this it self just ment so much for me! Even though it ment I couldn't do something else I planned for my surgeries but my health is more important. Omg! my coordinator carina is the BEST! I'm sure everyone else is amazing but carina is so caring and just the connection and help she provides she definitely goes above and beyond to make everything go smooth and makes sure you're taken care of I can not wait to keep working with carina as my coordinator to finish everything else I have with Dr jeneby. My night nurse I had was the best! Just everyone Dr j has is the best of the best from the nurses to the anesthesiologist! I love you guys thank you. 6 breastfeed babies I'm so happy this is day 1 pic I'm so HAPPY!! I have the rest of my mommy make over and other things set up can't wait for the final results of EVERYTHING!
Dr. Jeneby and McKenzie were absolutely amazing through my whole breast augmentation process! I initially had a consultation with another provider who told me I should get 500cc implants even though I had mentioned I wanted a very natural look after the surgery. Thankfully I went to Dr. J because he immediately was upfront and honest and said if I wanted to look natural, that was not the size for me! McKenzie was always so nice, helpful, and honest. Surgery day was smooth and they even called to check on my hours after I went home and a few days. I had an allergic reaction to the surgical glue and no issues getting in contact with the office and they helped me out immediately! Dr. Jeneby was very detailed in my consultation and made me feel comfortable each visit.
Best experience ever! The staff is so friendly and informed me about the details of preparing to undergo surgery. Cariña was my patient care coordinator and was the best person I could've asked for! She was so sweet and made the whole experience so exciting! I love my results! Thanks Dr. J!
I am so happy with my experience at Plastic and Cosmetic Center of SA. From the beginning Alyssa, my coordinator, took care of all my scheduling needs, answered all my questions (I had TONS) and soothed my pre-surgery jitters. At my pre surgery consult I met Dr. Jeneby. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. He took the time to really listen to me and understand what I wanted. He was charming, charismatic, and so talented. I’m only 3 weeks post op, and I absolutely LOVE my results so far. I had a super mommy makeover: breast implant exchange and clean out (due to rupture), breast lift, Lipo 360, tummy tuck with muscle and hernia repair, mons lift, and skinny bbl. Terri, my after care nurse, was an angel from heaven. She cared for me during my most vulnerable time and taught my husband how to care for me when we got home; from how and when to administer medication, how to lift me out of bed, how to bathe me and just….all.the.things. Next came my post op appointments when I treated by Dr. Beard. What can I say? There is just this realness to her; this genuineness that completely put me at ease. I had some minor complications with a medication that didn’t agree with me and some (tonssssss) of questions about some, completely normal, swelling (is this okay, does this look right, is this normal) and she for there for all of it!! Every single question. Every single concern. She listened and kindly educated me on what to expect so that when it happened I knew it was “normal.” I was fully aware and expecting a physically demanding recovery along with the mental strain that would come with it, but at times it was too much for me to deal with alone. The good news was that Dr. Beard never made me feel unreasonable or like my concerns or questions were silly. She was never too busy for me and was never more than a phone call away. Without her, I truly believe my recovery process would have been very different. I am so thankful for this office and all their staff.
I have been very happy to date. Most recently McKenzie has been wonderful with my C02 laser treatments and considerate of pain and comfort, but achieving optimal results. Going through six sessions, but she always speaks to getting the optimal results I am looking for -- so it's the messaging and action that she backs it up with that builds my confidence!
I’m 3 weeks post op and I am so excited with my results and healing already. From the front office staff and nurses to the surgical team, I had a wonderful experience! McKenzie was the coordinator I worked with and she made everything seamless and answered all my questions. Dr. Jeneby and Nurse Practitioner Beard are both very knowledgeable and personable. I am so happy I chose to go with Dr. Jeneby for my tummy tuck that I had waited for, for almost a decade! I highly recommend Dr. Jeneby and his team for anyone considering plastic surgery or med spa services.
Dr. Jeneby made surgery less scary. He assured me and walked me through the procedure. Took his time to answer my questions. Loved my results. But what made my experience more awesome, was Rosalinda. She is such an amazing nurse. I am so grateful for her. Very knowledgeable and reassured me in my decision. She has such a great attitude and funny. Made me feel comfortable. So grateful for her!! I couldnt have asked for a better team combined (Dr. J and Rosalinda) to have helped me in my procedure!
Asymmetric nipple positions can be fixed by lifting the lower nipple upwards. This may affect the blood supply of that nipple . IT is often not worth the risk to raise something a few millimeters. I would highly suggest thinking about this some more and whether you feel that , at worst , you could lose your nipple entirely for 2-4 mm.
As a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon , i will always be biased. Training is different for both and more extensive for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon . Schooling is generally 6-9 years and is highly competitive . Plastic Surgeons are also bound by rules that AACS does not require(to my knowledge) One is to operate within a Certified entity (Joint Commission/AAASF/AAAHC) We also have an extensive Oral Board and Written Board requirement (we cannot take oral boards until we have collected cases for 1.5 years) There will always be differences in pictures and outcomes. I do suggest you interview 2-3 doctors that also include ABPS. Good luck on your journey!
Hello!.First of Congrats on your Weight Loss! It always a pleasure to meet people who have done a great job losing pounds!. unfortunately the body, breasts and necks take their toll!.The breast will improve with a lift , but to really get fullness to the "top " of the breast, an implant and lift would be ideal. Sometimes the lifted breast does not hold up over time similarly to an implant with lift. A 480 cc Implant is 1 pound so adding two pounds may be Ok!Let me know if you would like a complimentary virtual consult using our virtual conuslt tab on the website! We also have videos on breast lifts with implants on my youtube: drjenebyplasticsurgery!Onward!Dr J
Hello Efti!It does not look like you have enough skin for a full tummy tuck. The separation you are describing is mild! You can only repair (in most cases ) the diastasis below the umbilicus in a mini. Thats all you may need Can you come in for a visit or consult? That way we can see exactly what you need. We can also fix the hernia at the same time
Hello janiemolina89 !This is a great question and depends on your BMI , How many Areas, the skill of your surgeon and the help he/she has. In this office , i have people to help with all aspects of the surgery to reduce your time under anesthesia . A Surgeon time of 1.5-2 Hours should be sufficient for BMI's 25-30 . The higher the BMI , the more chance your surgery will run longer!I hope this helps!Dr J
