I had a mini tummy tuck in 2004, after having 2 Cesareans with both of my pregnancies. What they didn't tell me is that if you pick up weight, the excess weight will end up going to your upper stomach. My doctor advised me to lose 20lbs before getting the surgery to have more skin to remove and have a overall better outcome. I lost a total of 27lbs , and I'm so glad I lost the weight. I'm 2 weeks post-op and just able to stand straight , though my lower stomach is still very tight.I haven't been walking outside , because it's cold , but plan to get out and walk.

4 weeks post-op, I still have some tightness, but getting better every day, I don't have to wear the Faja, and I wear Spanx or any shapewear that compresses without the very uncomfortable hooks. I'm walking every day and still sleeping on the recliner at night, due to the fact that I cannot lay flat or sleep on my stomach yet.

I'm pleased with my results, and I'm still healing. I'm eating smaller portions, and plan to start working out consistently starting next week. I'm taking short breaks from wearing my compression garments (Spanx), but it is a weird sensation, tightness, and weak core, It goes away as soon as I put the compression wrap on. Total loss in my waist is 5 inches

Absolutely love my results!! Dr. Fearmonti and her staff were completely amazing!! I had a TT, MR, Lipo and Breast Reduction and Lift. She was attentive, understanding of my desires, honest about what my outcomes and was truly an astonishing doctor. After years of trying to decide if I wanted to start my journey to become more female I had my very first consultation with a plastic surgeon. Today I met Dr Fearmonti. Her staff was wonderful. They never made me uncomfortable. Yhen the doctor w came and she was very detailed. She went over the pro and cons of all the different types of breast augmentation there are and what would work best for me and the outcome I was wanting. Now I have to decide when I want to proceed.

Last year I had corrective surgery for breast implant removal, reduction and reconstruction. At the same time I needed adominal repair due to 3 c-sections scar tissues removal and a hernia repair. Her expertise as a surgeon was absolutely superior. She is knowledgeable, skilled, thoughtful, reassuring and was able to keep my fears to a.minimum. from the first time I entered her office. I was greeted by her wonderful group of female staff members that were welcoming and answered all my questions. I cannot express my full gratitude for the amazing transformation of my new body. Her staff is highly qualified in a variety of services, such as laser treatments and skin care. Dr. Fearmonte has enhanced my face and lips with minimum fillers but with perfect percision and painlessly. She is one in a million of doctors that goes beyond to comfort her patients with her many talents, joyful attitude and sincere conern. I cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for me. I highly recommend her!

Dr.Fearmonti and her amazing teams both in the office at Alon and the Surgery Center have exceeded all my expectations. From the very first time I called to set up a consultation. I knew that I was in good hands. I had a breast augmentation and a labiaplasty done in May of 2018.  My implants had been in for 16 years. I noticed a change in the shape and was concerned.  I received several referalls for surgeons in San Antonio. Dr. Fearmonti was the only doctor I interviewed before making my decision. I initially chose to see her because of her extensive training and reputation in the medical community. It was important to me too that I had a female surgeon. Lisa the Office Manger and the financial team throughly explained all of the financial options and made it easy to make decision regarding billing.

I really wanted to write this review to not only share how much I love Alon Aesthetic’s but also to share with other women how much the results have changed my sex life. I knew what to expect with my breast implants as I had them before. The news ones are softer and are the perfect size and shape! I wasn’t sure about the labiaplasty. I had been self conscious about that area of my body for years. We talked about it and throughly reviewed the procedure to make sure I was making the best decision for me. I decided to go for it and have the labiaplasty done at the same time as the implants. The results are incredible. I am having stronger, faster and longer orgasims. My self confidence and intimacy with my husband is also at a place it’s never been before. My husband gives the new me 5 Stars! The first few days of recovery were the hardest but completely manageable. The actual look of the labia is textbook even though there isn’t such a thing. It looks perfect!

Recently returning to San Antonio from Asheville, N.C., I was in search of a Plastic Surgeon who had stellar credentials and offered a wide range of services. Dr. Fearmonti and her staff at Alon Asthetics and Plastic Surgery Center eased my mind immediately. In the last twenty years, I've had several procedures including full face, farhead and neck lift so I'm familiar with cosmetic surgery. Additionally, I've had breast implants and a tummy tuck. Once Botox and Juvaderm hit the market, I raised my hand for those age helpers too and have had these injections and fillers for the last ten plus years. While my surgical procedures were performed years ago, I've stayed familiar with the technology advancements in cosmetic surgery. Dr. Fearmonti has an outstanding educational background, provides all of the skill sets and caring hands to perform today's surgical procedures confidently and successfully. Earlier this year, Dr. Fearmonti was able to successfully create ear lobes which had "disappeared" from the 20 year old facelift. This tricky procedure turned out to be beautifully executed with Dr. Fearmonti creating two symmetrical earlobes that fit the face. I'm very grateful to her and her staff. I visited her office at Alon this past week for a wonderful facial provided by Sylvia and then Botox. What a great and caring "Center" always providing a personable and kind environment.

I was very pleased with my experience at this wellness center. Dr. Fearmonti and her staff were all accommodating as well as informative with my questions regarding different kinds of fillers.
