I wanted a BA because I'm in my mid 40's, no children and had a full hysterectomy. Ever since my hysterectomy, I lost weight and lost breast tissue. I'm 5'5", 110 lbs and I went with Sientra 415 cc HP. I'm still getting used to them but am thrilled this far. Dr. Harris and staff were AMAZING! Dr. Harris was patient, thoughtful, responsive, good listener, knowledgeable and professional. She is truly an artist. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!!! Thank our Dr. Harris for all you do! I'm on day 7 post-op. Updated on 4 May 2021: I can’t believe how well recovery is going. On day 8 and feel great. Looking forward to the drop and fluff as they say but I know that will take a while. Thank you Dr. Harris. You are amazing. Updated on 4 May 2021: Try this again. Updated on 7 May 2021: I had my BA on 4/26. Recovering and surprisingly not feeling bad what so ever. Just feel some tightness and my left breast seems more tender than the right. After my full hysterectomy a few years ago, my boobs shrank...lost tissue mass. Thought 415 might be too much for my frame but based on my measurements and discussion with Dr. Elizabeth Harris, I think it's just right. Thought I would share some pics as I'm I'm recovering. It's interesting to see the little changes daily. Dr. Harris and staff were amazing! You just know when you find the right doctor. So thankful. Updated on 14 May 2021: I'm so blessed to have found Dr. Harris. Just love her as she is so talented, highly skilled, professional, kind and caring. She spoke in laymen's terms so that I could understand and ask questions. However, next tine I visit with her, I'm taking notes because I'm extremely forgetful and don't want to have to call the office to remind me what she said. So ladies, be sure to take notes and write down questions to ask. Update since my surgery on 4/26. This wasn't nearly as painful as I had anticipated. Just more tightness and tenderness than anything. Would do it all again..no regrets. Updated on 23 Jun 2021: Wow. I can’t believe I am already 9 weeks PO. Stats: 5’5” 108 lbs, 415 Sientra silicone 107, HP. Just started running again at the 8 week mark. This makes me so happy. I was a little worried that with 415 cc’s, it might make it harder for me to enjoy my runs. Still feel a little numb under the left nipple and both nipples (especially my left) are still tender. No more pain though. My right breast seems smaller than my left but I had asymmetrical breasts before surgery. I also had a gap before my BA. Just my anatomy. I love what I see thus far. Just hope that my left catches up with my right. Even though they are asymmetrical, I seem to notice it more now than before. Updated on 16 Aug 2021: Can't believe it's already been 4.5 months since my BA. So far I'm happy with the results. I'm back to running and the bigger boobs haven't been an issue with the right sports bra. The only concern I have is that my nipples are sill very sensitive and still kind of hurt/tender to the touch. Hoping that feeling goes away. I have a wide breast plate so I don't have the cleavage that I wanted but that's fine by me. Can't change my anatomy. They were wide apart before too. It is what it is. As far as boob greed, I'm happy with 415 cc's and am happy I didn't go any bigger. I probably could've gone with 385 and be just as happy. Here's some updated pics. I started the process for a breast reduction when I was 18. Dr Harris was my 5th plastic surgeon consult at age 24. I had back problems, rashes, couldn’t exercise, cried when I went shopping and stopped doing things I loved due to my breast size. Dr Harris was the first and only plastic surgeon to take me seriously and truly listen to me. After our first consult I already knew I wanted to schedule my procedure with her. The entire team is soo helpful and answered my many questions. I had some complications that were no fault of dr Harris, but I never had any problems contacting her or her team even after hours. I drove 1.5 hours for every appointment because her results and reviews didn’t compare to other plastics in the area, much less in the Austin or Houston markets that I found. I could list many more examples of their generosity and expertise. My breasts look amazing and my only regret is not doing it sooner. Thank you Dr Harris and Harris’ team. You quite literally changed my life.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Harris and her staff. Her staff is super kind and caring and Dr. Harris is simply the best in her field! From the initial consultation to surgery and care after, never once did I have any doubt or worry, I can say the same for my husband who accompanied me to most all of my appointments. I will continue to find reasons to go in and see her and the staff, they are amazing!

She and her staff are superb. They care about YOU, not just your surgery. Safety is a priority. I've used her twice and consider her a body artist as well as a painter. I know I can trust her and highly recommend her.

Amazing talented doctor and nice and caring crew ! My experience was super easy and very comfortable! Recovery time was much easier than I expected and in 2 days I felt like myself! It was almost no pain or nausea, anesthesiologists also did great job! On day 2 I went for a walk 2 miles because I felt great and thats really impressive!

Dr. Harris is not only a top notch Surgeon, but is also unique in that she possesses the ability to put one totally at ease while discussing surgery options in a caring manner that I have never experienced with any other Physician. I had a really good experience. Dr. Harris is great. She’s very thorough and tells it how is. She will help you get your perfect results that are right for your specific body type. The staff is also very friendly, always in a good mood. Couldn’t have asked for a better team.

Staff and doctor are wonderful and were always there when I had a question. They made me feel very comfortable and were there for me from my consult to my surgery and to my last follow up appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Harris and her staff. I am very pleased with the outcome of my tummy tuck and the care I received.

Dr. Harris and her staff are warm and friendly. They are respectful of patient’s time and see you at your appointment time, rather than leave you waiting. I’m very happy with both the yummy tuck and breast reduction/lift that she performed for me. After having three kids, that’s a big deal! Her nurse is knowledgeable and helpful also. Their pre-op and post-op care is thorough. I felt that they truly cared for me as an individual, rather than one of a number of patients. I can’t say enough good things about them and highly recommend Dr. Harris.

Highly recommend Dr Harris. She was magical. I had a tummy tuck and the results were out of this world. Never thought I could be back to myself again before kids. Very very pleased with the results, and recovery was way better than expected. Her office staff are absolutely wonderful, super friendly, and they make you feel super welcomed and confortable. Highly recommend!!!
