I first noticed my droopy eyes about two years ago when a friend told me that I had tired eyes. I also noticed that my night vision was becoming more blurry, making it more difficult to drive at night. Unsure of what was causing this, I went to my optometrist for a routine exam and she couldn’t find anything abnormal except for my droopy eye lids saying that just comes with age. I am 57 years old and my job requires extensive driving, many times at night, so the age excuse was unacceptable! I started researching different options and the most logical and long term solution would be eye lid surgery(blepharoplasty). I spoke with my older brother who is also a surgeon (although not a plastic surgeon) looking for advice and he recommended Dr. Homas and his team. My brother has know Dr Homas for many years during there Military careers, both serving overseas during wartime and holding high ranking positions in military medicine. When a family member who is also in medicine highly recommends someone who can address your issues, you tend to listen!
I live in Atlanta, Ga and although there are many surgeons who would be able to do this procedure, my wife and I decided to fly to San Antonio to have Dr Homas and his team do the procedure. We were both extremely satisfied with the professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to answer even the dumbest of questions..treating my wife and I with the utmost respect. Meeting with and getting to know Dr Homas really set my mind at ease. He explained step by step what the procedure entails, down to every cut and stitch. Explained in great detail recovery time and recommendations (peas are very important). And even after he removed the stitches (5 days after my surgery) when I had to fly back home, he continued to reach out just to see how my eyes were doing. If that’s not amazing “bedside manner” then I don’t know what is!
If anyone is considering plastic surgery of any kind, I would definitely recommend New Image Plastic Surgery. Because of them I look younger (at least my age), feel better, and most importantly…I can see clearly at night!!!
If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would!!

I am so happy with my results! I have had hooded eyes, and lower eyelid bags and festoons since my early 40’s. I have tried every creme out there, and multiple skin tightening procedures, that never lasted long. Dr Homas was professional, to the point, went above and beyond to give me what I wanted. The endoscopic browlift was a must as well. His staff was so helpful during the entire pre op and post op process. I should have done this 10 years ago! The first few days were dedicated to icing my face, then warm packs and lots of TLC. My eyelids felt tight but they loosened up after the first 24 hours. The eye lubricants were a must!! Plus ice packs 24 -48 hours post op which was tiring but worth it. ( my husband was very supportive of keeping me with hands on ice packs) Dr Homas is hands down an excellent choice for a plastic surgeon for your blephorplasty and brow lift. This experience has been amazing so far. I’m on my Day 4 post op from a tummy tuck and breast lift and I have been in mild discomfort, but never real pain!. The type of anesthesia that Dr. Homas uses is wonderful too. No nausea, no throwing up and no feeling out of it.

My results are incredible …and it hasn’t even been a week!. The swelling is also minimal, at least so far.

His whole team is amazing, I definitely will recommend him. I’m so thankful to have my old body back :)

I went to Dr. Homas to fix a scar and some issues from a previous tummy tuck. Dr. Homas and his team are awesome! He takes his time meeting with you and explaining the procedure. You never feel pressured. After my consultation we agreed a scar revision and back lift would be the best procedure for me. Everyone was very caring and answered all of my questions. I can not say enough good things about everyone. I am so happy with my results and regret not going to him first. I will definitely go back for another procedure!

Dr. Dallas Homas, Tanja Homas, and his staff were absolutely amazing. I felt at ease with him and the entire staff the moment I walked in for my first consultation. On December 13, 2021, I had an extended tummy tuck and muscle repair performed by New Image Plastic Surgery in San Antonio. After seeing the surgery results of a friend, I knew Dr. Homas would be my Surgeon. Dr. Homas made me feel very comfortable during my initial visit in July 2021. I travelled from El Paso to San Antonio TX to meet with him. He’s very passionate, and I didn’t feel rushed during my consultation. Ms. Jessica (Nurse) walked me through the process from day-one, with follow-up calls, emails, and checking on me with updates to ensure my big day was flawless. During my pre-op, I met Dr. Brostrom who would be working alongside with Dr. Homas during my procedure. I had an exceptional team. Mrs. Tanya sealed my 24 Hr/1 Wk post-op care with valuable instructions, medication prescriptions, and my compression binder. My drainless tummy tuck had very little swelling with excellent results. This Surgical team was professional, caring, and Simply the Best!

Dr Homas and his team are amazing! They truly care about their patients. I am so pleased with my revision done by Dr Homas. Another surgeon butchered my breast augmentation and abdominoplasty. Dr. Homas was able to make my abdominal scar lower, make my dog ears disappear, and fix the unevenness of my nipples.

I started my journey with my first surgery December 2020. I did so much research and agonized over picking a plastic surgeon. The pressure was intense. I was referred to Dr Homas by a childhood friend and after reading his reviews I decided to go in for a consultation. It was the third consultation I went to. From the moment I met him there was no doubt in my mind or my aunt’s, who had been going through the process with me. I scheduled my first surgery- breast augmentation and tummy tuck. The entire experience was amazing. The office staff, Tanja, Dr.Homas. They really listen, care, remember. Dr. Homas’ expertise in helping me choose my implant size and guiding me through the entire process. The anesthesia used was amazing with no side effects. When I decided to do the breast lift and to complete the lower body lift there was never any question that Dr. Homas was my guy. I am only 5 days out and my body is beautiful. My breasts are perky, perfect size, standing at attention. My original scar had a few places that didn’t scar well and he went ahead and redid my entire incision for me. It is so paper thin it will be gone in no time. I joke that I now have to find another surgery just to have Dr Homas do it. I would recommend him to my family, friends or anyone who wanted something like this done. It has changed my life in so many ways and the fact that it was a great experience only adds to the benefit.
