The surgery went really well, as soon as I got home from surgery I didn’t feel any pain and it looks MUCH better. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because in my consultation with Nelly, I asked about health insurance coverage and was told that since this is a cosmetic procedure that I could not use my existing plan. I found out after the fact that was not true and am now out a lot of money. If you choose this place, i recommend making sure you push the insurance issue.

Ladies, if you are considering putting your lady parts under the knife for ANY issues you may be having, I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Hailparn. I went to her almost 10 years ago for a procedure and just this month for a labia majora reduction and revision. A year ago I had gone to Turkey to get this surgery done by a general plastic surgeon who does good work at a very affordable price, but doesn’t specialize in the female anatomy. When the sutures began to dissolve, my skin completely opened up on both sides leaving me very disfigured and exasperated the issue I was trying to fix. Lesson learned, sometimes you get what you pay for. Luckily I knew just the doctor who could resolve my issue and fix the awful scarring that resulted from my botched surgery. Insert Dr. Hailparn…her knowledge, skill, technique and genuine sincerity are top-notch and the issues she’s been able to help me with, while providing incredible aesthetic results, have been life-changing! She takes the time to answer all your questions, doesn’t make you feel she’s rushed and makes every effort to put you at ease. You can definitely feel confident in your decision to “fix” your body by choosing this extremely talented woman as your doctor and like me, you will be so glad you did!

Dr. Hailparn is one in a million! She genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make them feel heard. I never had a gynecologist who demonstrated the expertise with the entire female body, especially with post menopausal care. She demonstrates competence to address the changes women face as we age, making sure to update her knowledge and training to treat conditions that other gynecologists don't. I had a ThermiVa treatment and an O-shot under her care, and she made the experience understandable and comfortable for me. Both treatments addressed my concerns and needs. I would recommend Dr. Hailparn to other women going through menopause or who need vaginal rejuvenation. Everyone if the office is equally as compassionate as Dr. Hailparn. Overall, fantastic experience!

I had a great experience with Dr. Hailparn. She and her staff made me feel at ease immediately. She took the time to share in-depth information and education about my concerns and set realistic expectations and goals. I had a series of Morpheus laser and ThermiVa treatments. What I thought were unfortunate realities of aging and giving birth to three children, was completely wrong. I have greatly improved continence, appearance, and comfort and enhanced intimacy with my partner. I would encourage anyone who is experiencing discomfort whether physically or esthetically to schedule a consultation with Dr. Hailparn.

I decided in February of this year that I was going to make what has now been one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. I am currently 1 day post op and this has already been a life changing experience for me! Dr. Hailparn has been nothing short of a true master at her practice and I am so glad (after much research) that I decided for her to lead this journey for me. She is not only an excellent doctor, but a great friend that ensures that you feel the most comfortable with what has typically been an uncomfortable topic for me for most of my life. I am so excited for my future results and I would choose Dr. Hailparn as my doctor 1000 times over!

Dr. Hailparn & her staff are amazing! They are thorough in their explanation of services that you may need & why. They’re very attentive of any post op questions/concerns. They have improved my sex life by 1,000%! My spouse & I are very happy since we decided to have this procedure.

Dr. Hailparn was/is awesome! The technical term for my issue is hidradenitis suppurativa of the labia majora bilateral causing discomfort. The lesions had grown & were many. My dermatologist recommended Dr. Hailparn. Dr. H. did an excellent job of resolving my problem. She explained everything about the surgery & follow-up process & also provided the info in writing! This was very much appreciated by me; I can never remember everything. :) She is VERY CARING & answers any & all questions. Another VERY impressive thing about Dr. H. is she is directly accessible via text/phone. This was such a valuable & greatly appreciated service! (Her staff is very nice & easy to work with as well.)

I'm mesmerized with my results! My biggest insecurity, poof, gone! Thanks the "Vagician"  herself, Dr. Hailparn. Since I was young, wearing denim jeans or anything tight like lacey underwear always been an issue for me. Extreme discomfort and embarrassment when it came down to oral sex. Not anymore!
