Thank you for submitting your question. An examination would be needed to fully give a recommendation. From your history of weight loss and the area you are concerned about, Fat transfer would be a good option for you. Consult with a board certified plastic Surgeon.

Hi there, and thank you for your question. The answer is yes. I can't speak for every surgeon, but at my practice (and most) a sterile instrument we often refer to as a "cookie cutter" is used to create that perfect round shape. It comes in different sizes and based on your measurements that will determine what size we choose during surgery. Keep in mind how you heal and scar will determine the end result for your nipple shape.

You would be a great candidate for a reduction based on your photos. I would make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss approximate volume/tissue that will be removed. Keep in mind cup sizes do not correlate with the amount of tissue that will be removed. You just need to be very upfront with the surgeon with your end goals and exactly what you want. A cup size cannot be guaranteed, but taking enough tissue and allowing adequate circulation is a good compromise.

Hello and thanks for your question. Do you feel like your breasts are too large? Are they causing you discomfort? Do you have any back or neck issues related to the size of your breast? Each bra company vary in sizes. What is a 34 D at one manufacturer may be completely different than another. If you are wanting to reduce the size of your breasts I would talk with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss all of the available options, risks, and requirements for that particular surgery.

Hi there. Thanks for the question and photos. Based on your picture I would highly recommend a reduction which includes involves lifting the nipple areolar complex. I would suggest to refrain from using cup sizes, as no cup size can be guaranteed in plastics. How much tissue/volume removed is based on what is safe for your anatomy to ensure you have adequate circulation to the nipples to reduce the chance of necrotic tissue. Also, each bra company is different in their sizing. Based on the photos, you seem to have sufficient volume to get away with just the reduction. Hope this helps!

Hello and thanks for your question. That would be a great question for your surgeon. You should ask him/her what is the importance of this based on his/her opinion. Generally, the surgical bra is for good support to help with the weight or to support the sutures. I would recommend asking your surgeon.

Hi there, thank you for your question. Based on the information you have provided you sound like a great candidate for a breast reduction covered by insurance. Unfortunately, there are so many factors that play into this. Some/Most insurance companies require documented medical issues related to all of the complaints you listed above. Meaning you have been to your PCP on numerous occasions for a rash, back pain, etc. or have been to physical therapy for the pain management. Usually it is required to happen over a 6 month to 1 year time period. I would say what you can do in the mean time is ensure you get everything documented, get to your goal weight so after your procedure you will have optimal results, then see a board certified plastic surgeon face to face and get a consult.

Hi there, thanks for your question and photos. Dramatically reducing the size of your breast from an I to A, B or C could alter the blood flow to your nipples and result in dead tissue. For your height and weight you should stick to a larger size aka D or DD. Generally the rule is not to associate a cup size with how much weight will be removed. Cup sizes cannot be guaranteed in plastic surgery. It is all based on what is safe for your anatomy. Each bra company is different and one place may say your a D and another may say your a B. You should meet face to face with a certified plastic surgeon and discuss all of your options and possible risks.

Hi there. Thanks for your photos and questions. These are great questions and your concerns are understandable. If you are having pain or physical discomfort, the recommendation is usually a reduction which will include a lift. If you have extremely heavy or dense breast tissue, only getting a lift will ultimately end in your breast eventually sagging again. I would recommend both to not only increase your comfort, decrease your back pain, but give you a youthful perky breast appearance. There are many things you can do for scars to help decrease the appearance like scar strips or creams that are over the counter, steroid injections at the site, laser treatments, eliminating direct sunlight on the scars for the first year etc. At the end of the day, do you want to look great in clothes and be comfortable in your body, or would you rather keep your current breast and not have any scars? That is the most important question.

Ultimately, the decision is yours on whether or not you want to wait. If you are not going to have children in the next 5-10 yrs then maybe now would be a better option for you. If you are planning to have children within the next 5 yrs, then maybe holding off until afterwards would be better for you. Pregnancy, weight gain, breast feeding, all of those things can alter the appearance/size/shape of your breast which may result in needing a revision later.

Amazon doctor and very informative as well. Gives very step by step instructions of the process for any and every procedure you get from him. Best plastic surgeon I’ve seen in a while. He genuinely cares for his patients and even guided me on not over doing it on the filler so I can maintain a more natural look with it instead of over doing it. This proved to me he cared more about his patients well being(me) than he did for the money he could’ve gotten from me by doing more filler.
Where to start... The space is impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and has a luxurious atmosphere that makes every visit feel like a mini spa retreat. The staff are so kind and helpful. During my consultation, they took the time to listen, answer all my questions, and create a customized treatment plan that felt both thoughtful and effective. I was just coming in for a facial but after meeting with the doctor and esthetician, they came up with a plan to help my melasma and scars. Dr. Angobaldo is so kind and his laser technician has many years of experience, I felt safe having her treat scars from a previous surgery. My results have been amazing so far after just three treatments! My skin has honestly never looked better and i'm almost 50. What really sets this med spa apart is the combination of medical expertise and a genuine commitment to client care. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do, and it shows in everything—from the treatments to the follow-up care. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel valued, pampered, and see real results, look no further. Dr. Plano's med spa is hands-down the best med spa experience I’ve ever had and i've been to couple of places that rush you in and out and i've not yet to experience that here!! Won't go anywhere else!
I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Dr. Plano's med spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was genuinely caring and welcoming. Dr. Plano and his esthetician are very knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain all of my options, and guide me toward what would look natural and beautiful for my features. The med spa services are top-notch. I’ve had a noninvasive facelift and a HydraFacial and both visits have been relaxing and professionally done with amazing results. The space is clean, elegant, and calming. I look forward to every visit here. I signed up for the monthly membership and go once a week for my noninvasive facelift appointment. I look forward to their open house specials in October!! If you’re considering cosmetic surgery or medical aesthetics, I highly recommend Dr. Angobaldo at Renaissance Plastic Surgery and Dr. Plano's Med Spa. They deliver outstanding results with exceptional care.
I absolutely love Renaissance Plastic Surgery Clinic! I initially came in just for facials and was so impressed by their care and results that I decided to have a non-invasive facelift. It was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Plano is genuinely exceptional—he’s skilled, compassionate, and takes the time to treat every patient with such warmth and attention. The entire team made me feel welcome and confident throughout the process. Thank you, Dr. Plano and the Renaissance team—you all are incredible!
kicked in, I couldn't believe it was my body. Dr A is a Michelangelo, A renaissance man! I am so impressed by his skill and artistic eye. I am looking forward to seeing the results as I heal. I am using infrared light to aid in discomfort, swelling and inflammation, along with supplements and a high-protein chicken bone broth soup. So my discomfort level is minimal. Highly recommend an infrared light. Dr A should definitely be on your list of doctors to consult with.
Mi experiencia con el Dr.plano ha sido de lo mejor y con todo su personal también, son muy amables y muy amistosas es un lugar muy confiable para cualquier tratamiento que quieran hacer lo recomiendo al 100%
My experience with Oriana has been great. She’s very patient and takes her time with me. I’m currently getting the non-surgical facelift treatments. It seems to be going well. I was skeptical at first because she is so young, but she seems to be very knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable. .
I had an excellent experience with Oriana doing a series of chemical peels on me. She’s so passionate about her work and it shows! She’s got a great personality and is friendly and explains everything!
After my last sleeve surgery and my completion of weight loss journey, I chose to remove the excess skin and tight my loose skin. I had already researched and spoke with many spas and dr's to see if there was any other options tighten the skin as I did not want to deal with scars. Unfortunately, there was not. Dr Angobaldo aka Dr A or Dr Plano had already done a bbl ten years prior to and I was happy with that surgery. So I returned to his practice. Not only did he help with this journey, he remembered me from ten years ago. We are not just a dollar sign to him but a person and patient that he cares to help. I am 4 weeks out and are satisfied with the results and are excited to see the completion of healing process. I would recommend Dr. Angobaldo over and over again. He cares about his patients and I'm very satisfactory with his surgery with myself.
This is the absolute best practice I have ever been to for plastic surgery. I came to him from another surgeons practice where my results were not as planned. Dr A fixed the mistakes of the other surgeon flawlessly and more. I am so thankful for him and his team. Nurse Candace and Nurse Yelen are simply amazing and knowledgeable. They are sooo nice and walk you through every step of the way all the way through complete recover. Ann and the rest of the staff are too amazing. I highly recommend them as I have had 2 separate procedures with them and received the same level of treatment each time.
