I’m still in the healing phase after my recent surgery with Dr. Polsen, but I wanted to take a moment to share how happy I am with my results so far. From my very first consultation, Dr. Polsen and his staff made me feel heard, informed, and supported.

Even though I’m still recovering, I can already see the positive changes, and it’s been such a boost for both my confidence and comfort. The care, precision, and professionalism from Dr. Polsen and the entire team, especially Amber and Crystal, have made this journey so much smoother than I expected.

Dr. Polsen was referred to me by a friend that had deflated. I also lost weight and had saggy skin on my tummy that wasn't going to go away with exercise. I consulted him about the possibilities to remedy my situation. Shortly thereafter I had my breasts lifted and a tummy tuck. They both look amazing and I have more confidence now at 58 than I have in my entire life. I can wear clothes that I would never have worn before including bikinis. The staff there is amazing and Dr. Polsen made me look and feel beautiful - better than I looked even at 18 years old!! I highly recommend him.

My first encounter with Dr Polsen was with a family members emergency double hand surgery, he saved the hands. I was so impressed with him and his staff that 4 years later I returned to have him work his magic on me. He performed a tummy tuck on me Nov 13 th and again I was impressed with him and his OR staff. The results are impressive even with the expected swelling. I couldn’t be happier.

I knew my breast explant surgery would be a difficult case because they had been deflated for 12 years. They were saline, behind the muscle, implanted 19 years prior. In 2010, I went to another plant surgeon to discuss downsizing and he deflated them to see if I would need a lift. I didn’t. In fact I was so pleased with the look, I left them like that. I didn’t realize the danger.
Fast forward to 2021. I searched and searched for the most highly trained surgeon in this procedure. I read up on many and interviewed 4 of the most respected explant surgeons. I was willing to travel to go to the best but I found Dr Polsen in my own city’s greater metropolitan area. (Houston, Texas)

Dr. Polsen performed my breast explant and lift. I was a bit worried before surgery as to what I would look like after because I had implants for 20 years. I was blown away at my results and love the way my breasts look now far more than the way they ever looked with implants. Not only is Dr. Polsen amazing but he has the best staff ~ they all make you feel welcome and their follow up after surgery is incredible. I cannot recommend him enough!

2 weeks ago I had explant surgery with a capsulectomy & a lift. 20 yrs ago I had breast implants put in by Dr. Polsen, so when I finally decided it was time to make a change, I knew that Dr. Polsen was the only doctor for me to return to. He continues to provide honest & thorough consults while making the patients feel completely comfortable. He & his staff are exceptional throughout the entire process. Dr. Polsen takes his time, is meticulous & has provided results that prove why once again I will will continue to use his for any procedure I have; and refer anyone I know to him! Seriously, do yourself a favor, set up a consult in this office!!!!!

I love Dr. Polsen and his staff, they are absolutely top notch! He does marvelous work and always makes sure his patients can get through to him after hours. He and his staff are exceptionally kind and they are honest which is what you want in a doctor. I recommend him to friends looking to get work done all the time. If I ever want/need something else done I will come running back to Dr. Polsen!

Dr. Polsen and his staff are fantastic! First, making an appointment was a very simple and quick process. Then, the moment I walked into the office, I was treated like I was part of the family. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and friendly! They treat you as if they've known you for years. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and are very patient when answering any and all questions. I just cannot say enough great things about this team of caring professionals. And, that is totally beside the fact that I am beyond satisfied with the results! I had an upper blepharoplasty done, and I am thrilled with the results! I feel better and younger than I have in years due to the difference in makes in the appearance of my "forever tired" eyes that I had dealt with for so many years. Dr. Polsen and his staff are fantastic. I was shown books and books of photo albums of patient's before and after photos of specific areas of the body I wanted work done. After seeing heaps of photos, what struck me was how natural and flawless everything looks afterwards. I had liposuction done on my back fat and tummy fat (not a tummy tuck) and boy, I am SO glad I went here!! Best decision I ever made. Fantastic affordable price and great follow-up care. LOVE my results.
