I had a tummy tuck w lipo and fat transfer. I was very grateful for my results. It’s been 4 or 5 years and I’m still grateful for the procedure. Dr Cortes and his staff were very professional and honest from start to finish. I was viewing Dr Cortes’s before and afters and found my pics, I was happy to see them.

I recently had a tummy tuck, liposuction, and hip expansion done by Dr. Cortez, and I'm beyond thrilled with the results. Now one month post-op, I feel amazing and look even better! Dr. Cortez provided detailed post-op instructions, including a recommendation for ten daily massages to reduce swelling. I could see the benefits immediately and decided to continue with daily massages at his clinic, which has been incredibly helpful in keeping swelling to a minimum. One of the standout features of Dr. Cortez's practice is that he has an in-house massage therapist, so he’s always around and even checked in on me during some sessions to monitor my progress. The experience from top to bottom was very good. Consultation, the communication with the staff, pre surgery, post surgery, weeks after surgery I could always get the help and the answers I needed. I received a bbl , so projection could be added to my glutes. I didn’t want anything added to my hips. I’m almost 7 weeks post surgery and my results are coming along wonderfully. My husband did his research for me and found the best! He’s pretty frugal, but when it comes to surgery, he only wants the best . I look like a new woman!!

Got butt augmentation with implants with fat transfer to butt and hips about 2 months ago (also trunk, upper arms, and under chin lipo). Still healing and recovering but I'm loving the results so far. I only wished I was a bigger in my hips and butt. Maybe one day I'll consider a round 2. The staff and doctor is also courteous and responsive.
