So far my experience with Dr.Bidros has been pleasant. The office and hospital staff have been very patient and kind handling the millions of questions I’ve asked throughout my experience. Although I’m not done healing yet, I am experiencing a bit of insecurity with how they turned out due to sizing. I asked for my breast size to go down to a full C-cup without realizing how much cleavage and fullness I was losing. I wish I would’ve removed less tissue or had like a portfolio/ breast scale so I had a better idea of what a C-cup actually looked like. I had an idea from google but it was never really clear. My breast look okay when I’m naked and I am trusting the process, but look immature and very small in clothing. Not the doctors fault, just be sure to do your research and come prepared with any and all questions before going through with it. Overall still worth it! Updated on 6 Feb 2025: My breasts finally started to drop into a more normal shape but I know they're not done. Feels like there's a knot in my lower right breast which is impacting the appearance. Fluid was drawn and I was told to massage them from the nipple to the armpit. A little disappointed, but they still look incredible in swimsuits so I'm excited for the summer! Staying positive and trusting the process.

The doctor answer all my questions before and after the procedure ,they treat you as a family warm smiles every where.very organized and elegant. Love my results if you are not sure where to go I recommen to book appointment.

I always had big boobs for my frame. Im 5’2” and weight 114 lb. Bra size before surgery was 34 DDD (or more). Hoping to be a full B cup once swelling goes down. Took advantage of surgery and had liposuction done on abdomen, back and bra line. Also had fat grafting to fix indentations on my buttocks (due to cortisone injections I had years ago due to another condition) Updated on 1 Nov 2017: Updated on 2 Nov 2017: Updated on 6 Nov 2017: Not much change overall. Incisions very closed and dry, no infections or irritations. Husband and daughter saying they are looking good, but they are so sweet that I doubt they would say otherwise. Not so sure what to expect for final shape. Praying to keep some of the roundness and perkiness in the end. Updated on 13 Nov 2017: 2 weeks after BR surgery. Original surgical tape is still in place. Doctor said he will take it out during the 4th week follow-up visit. Can’t wait for the scabs to be gone to get rid of he dark on the incisions. I’m feeling good in general and will be back to work in 2 days. Breasts are getting little by little into a more natural shape. Not much asymmetry issues. They are still swollen though. Nipples are still numb. I hope it will be back to normal with time. Happy with my decision so far. Updated on 13 Nov 2017: Happy :-) Updated on 28 Nov 2017: Before appointment with PS to remove steri-tapes. They are there since the day of the surgery. Im nervous about being without them... :-/ I will post pictures without them after the appointment. Updated on 28 Nov 2017: 1 month post op. After appointment with PS. He removed the surgical tapes and the scars are looking good so far. Updated on 4 Dec 2017: 5 weeks Post op. Not much change since last week. Scars look good...flat and thin. Im concerned that the right niple is is pointing a bit more to the side compare to he left. Updated on 26 Dec 2017: 2 months after surgery. I feel great. Healing process has been smooth and painless. Getting ready is much easier because every top I choose seams too look good now. Wearing mostly 34 C bras and some brands 34 B (From 34DDD pre-op) Happy:) A bit concerned about breasts settling too low maybe? Mostly the left one. It makes the right one looks smaller but i think is just because is a bit more perky then the left one. I think is taking more time to settle. Is it normal to have one settling before the other? Vertical Scars are fading nicely. Horizontal ones are thin but red. Anyone can tell me when do they start turning white? Thanks :) this site is really awesome! Updated on 26 Feb 2018: Dropping by to post my 4 months post op pictures. Everything is back to normal and scars have faded a lot and are totally flat. Have some redness in some spots it really doesn’t bother me.. Wish I could have kept some of the upper fullness that we see after surgery but Im happy and much lighter. No regrets.

Dr. Bidros and his staff are Amazing, I would highly recommend him to anyone!! I had my original breast augmentation by another PS and Dr. Bidros did my revision. He did a wonderful job and I'm more than happy with his work!

I am a small framed woman , recently had a baby and use to weigh 113 . After having my baby I lost all my wieght but stayed at 122 "( all the extra weight was in my midsection. September Thursday 1- September 5 Monday I had 5 days to heal before work 5ft 122 pounds (day of surgery) I went in for surgery and of course was nervous . I was given my prescriptions prior to surgery so in can start taking them after my procedure. For nausea (took one day right after surgery) it was pretty bad the first day but totally bearable anxiety (took like 2 times ) Hydrocodone (6 days) I returned back to work in 5 days . I was alittle sore and had some fluid retention. To mention i work as a hairstylist so I don't have to sit. I'm at 1 week and 3 days post op but I feel pretty good little numb in my midsection still sore to bend down. But I'm working full force at work. Updated on 20 Sep 2016:

I am 64 and was diagnosed with stage III breast cancer in Jan 2015. Went through chemo, radiation and a masectomy. Dr. Bidros was the light at the end of my tunnel. He and his staff were very caring and made this a good experience for me. He put me at ease so much before the surgery I didn't even have to take the anti anxiety meds prescribed. I trusted him completely and I was right to do so. He is a fantastic Dr. and a wonderful, compassionate person. He is the best.

Dr Bidros is the best plastic surgeon and was the perfect match for me. He was so easy to talk to, his bedside manor was great! Of course we care about bedside manner, but we all know honestly that our number one goal is good results. I am only four days post label section and I already can tell the results will be excellent. I am wearing a compression garment 24 seven. I'm taking ibuprofen 600 mg three times a day. And I'm also taking Arnica three times a day. The swelling was significant from day one but it gets better significantly each day. For any breakthrough pain I'm using one Percocet tablet. I'm not over doing it I'm trying to take it easy. I am so glad I took the full 10 days of work.

Had a double mastectomy with reconstruction at the same time. Dr.Rafi Bidros was wonderful, He is a great great doctor. I can't say enough good about him. Great personality, very caring and considerate. Love his staff too. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great plastic surgeon. Thank you Dr. Bidros.

I did a breast reduction at another doctor that went terribly wrong....I thought my breasts would NEVER be the same. I had crazy scarring all over the initial incisions, and one of my areola was completely gone. I went to multiple surgeons in the Houston area, but as soon as I did my consultation with Dr. Bidros, I felt completely comfortable with him. He was able to remove ALL the scarring and reconstruct the nipple area. I didn't know that such results were even possible after the first mishap. Dr. Bidros is amazing- from the consultation to the follow up appointments. 100% recommend for any breast augmentation.

I don't see how there could be a better plastic surgeon anywhere. Dr. Bidros has it all....great skills, patience while explaining procedures, great bedside manner and a wonderful staff. My tissue expanders were placed in at mastectomy by another plastic surgeon. My decision to change to Dr. Bidros was done with careful consideration and I highly recommend him.
