You may want to see a few other board certified plastic surgeons to get another opinion. I have a picture of liposuction only attached so it could be possible to do with only liposuction but again you would need to be seen in person to determine that. If the plastic surgeon is experienced this should not be a problem to combine a tummy tuck, liposuction and a BBL at the same time. I perform this combination almost every day I am in surgery. With liposuction it can really sculpt your body giving you that waist definition in your pre-baby photo. Hello! Thank you for your question. Fat grafting to the buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift) is a two part procedure. The fat used to add volume to the buttocks needs to be harvested (liposuctioned) from another area of your body such as the abdomen. Hope this helps! Taking the fat from certain areas can sculpt the body giving it a more curvy look and grafting the fat in other areas such as the buttocks can enhance that. Going off the image, it does appear that you would be a candidate for a tummy tuck. After liposuction you may be left with excess skin. The procedures can be performed at the same time if the surgeon is experienced in combination surgeries.
