Erika Sato, MD, FACS

This review is long overdue. I'm a huge fan of Dr. Sato. She was my surgeon for a much needed breast reduction one year ago today and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Sato was the first surgeon that I met, and even though I had two consultations scheduled with other doctors after her, I placed a deposit before leaving her office. Dr. Sato and her staff definitely pass the vibe check! She really puts you at ease. I'm pretty particular about bedside manner and attentiveness from medical providers and Dr. Sato is top tier in that area. She shared a wealth of information in the initial consultation and answered questions that I didn't even know that I had. I was incredibly nervous the morning of my surgery. Dr. Sato and her team made me feel very comfortable. She even provided her cell phone number to my husband and checked in with him on my progress and medication a few hours after surgery. When I texted her about two weeks post-surgery with photos (lol) of my healing progress and some questions, she had me come in immediately and caught an infection. She is really just an amazing doctor. She took me from a 34G (on a super small frame) to a much more comfortable 34D. They are also lifted and much more perky. One of the things she explained during our initial meeting was that there was a risk that, with a reduction of such large breasts, that I might lose feeling in my nipples. I moved forward with the surgery fully aware of the risks. Unfortunately, she was right and I lost all feeling in my right nipple and most feeling in the left. That was definitely something that I had to come to grips with but I would still do it all over again for the relief and confidence that I gained. This was my first surgery experience and I'm too chicken to get the tummy tuck that I really want, but if I ever decided to go under the knife again, I wouldn't hesitate to call Dr. Sato.

Dr. Sato is amazing and a true miracle worker. I am beyond thrilled with my results. I had initially scheduled surgery elsewhere, but two weeks before surgery, I found her portfolio on RealSelf and scheduled time to get a second opinion. She was factual, honest, and caring. I changed my surgery for TT and lipo with her and I am so thankful that I did. She basically saved my life and took good care of my healing. There is so much that she does to support her patients that I had not considered. She is a true professional and highly skilled, you will not be disappointed if you schedule time with her.

She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was upfront about all the good and not so good. She is thorough and really cares. I’m so glad at had my TT with her. She did a wonderful job and I couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait for my second procedure.

Dr. Sato was the first surgeon that I had on my list of options. The first and the last and the one! It took one appointment with her to decide that she was going to be the one to bring back my confidence. Her patience, her knowledge, and her security made me feel in great hands, no doubt! I also loved that she recommended what I needed vs. What I thought I needed, Thank you for that Dr. Sato! I left knowing she was the one that would understood what I wanted. My tummy tuck has been the best decision I’ve ever made because of Dr. Sato. I’ve seen other procedures of close friends and 50% of them regret going with their Dr. Of choice, that’s not my case. I am extremely thankful for her and her friendly staff! Couldn’t have done without them either! Would I do a second procedure? If I need to yes, and definitely would go back to Dr. Sato, she made me feel and see that getting a procedure done is not bad if you go with a great doctor like her. We (my husband and I) are so thankful for her.

Sooo this review is long overdue, and if you don’t want to read through all of it, the synopsis is: I’m obsessed with Dr. Sato. So, let’s talk about it. 1. I got a bbl with large volume lipo and lipo to the arms. Sw: around 200; I’m 5’6. 5’7 on a good day. 2. The process of getting the surgery booked was seamless. After my consultation with Dr. Sato, I knew she understood the vision— to be snatched but not be overly done. Booking was easy; Adrienne (in my head, she’s my bestie) was personable and completely understood when I had to reschedule three times. (Sn: don’t do that. You will be charged) 3. Surgery day was simple. I came, peed in a cup, then went to sleep. When I woke up, I was snatched! Bc I got large volume, I had to stay the night, but the facility was nice similar to a hotel, and they feed you and your guest. 4. The results: chef’s kiss. My waist GONE, my butt PLUMP, and my arms SKINNY. Dr. Sato gives you her number in case you have questions, and 6 months later, she still responds to me, so that’s beautiful. 5. 10/10 recommend to anyone feeling uncomfortable in their body. I absolutely love my results and if I do anything else it will be with Dr. Sato. She’s personable and professional and she does amazing work! I hope this helps anyone on the fence!

I had 360 Lipo, bbl, breast lift and renuvion to the thighs and arms. Dr Sato did an amazing job and I am extremely happy with all the results and my new body. My recovery was very smooth and exactly as explained and expected to be. My overall experience with the staff and the organisation and the follow ups has been great.

From consultation to almost a year later, i am in love with my results! Dr. Sato and her team did not disappoint. Dr. Sato took her time in understanding my surgery goals she made sure i was comfortable before I went in and when i came out of surgery, she answered all my questions and concerns, I didn't feel rushed or like I was just another patient, at every post op appointment she made sure i was healing properly. I am very thankful for her and her staff. Dr Sato is such a skilled and amazing doc, 10/10 I highly recommend her.

My experience with Dr Sato was amazing. I had my surgery January 2023 and through out the entire process Dr Sato and her staff have been very attentive. Prior to booking my surgery, I interviewed 3 other doctor. After meeting her, I knew she was the best choice. She took time to get to know me, what I wanted my results to look like, and answered all my questions. I am so grateful to her as I now have the hourglass figure I always dreamed of. My experience with Dr Sato was awesome from the very beginning! She took her time with me during my consult and made me feel comfortable and addressed all my concerns. She did not rush me at all or try to make me get unnecessary work done. She was very informative and shared her personal experiences with me. I had BBL/Lipo 360. My results are amazing and very natural looking!! She even provided her cell and email in case I needed her with anything post op. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!! Her work has definitely made me love my body even more! The staff was also very friendly and professional!! A++
