45 Years of Harassment and Teasing, GONE! And Replaced with a Smile. - Webster, TX

Being the only female in a household of boys growing up, I was not blessed with an abundance of feminine mannerisms. My body build blended well with my siblings and served the era of surroundings to my benefit. As I grew older, my desires and passion to be seen as a lady intensified; however, body build did not concede to the change. I was constantly chastised and laughed at by my peers and...

Juvaderm with Dental Block for Fuller Lips, Lip Lines and Nasolabial Folds

I had Juvaderm injected into my lips, above my lip, and my nasiolabial folds in November 2008 ... it was totally worth it. Yes, it was incredibly painful, my doctor gave me a dental block to numb my lips and above my lip (which, by itself, hurt so bad), then injected 2 syringes of Juvaderm (which hurt, even with the dental block).Yes, I bruised badly (I bruise easily anyway), but I blame a...

Botox Three Times a Year for Forehead Lines, Crows Feet and Eye Wrinkles

I get my Botox injections done 3 times/year on my forehead, crows feet, and 1 shot under my eye to smooth out the wrinkles there (without that 1 shot there, it looks leathery). I love it! I do notice some slight bruising on my forehead and occasionally where the crow's feet lines were ... but nothing bad. Choosing the right doctor to do this is critical! Also, it is important not to rub...

Journey to a Better Body - Webster, TX

I made it to the flat side this morning! I went in to my PS office, she has an OR in her office. In the pre-op room ( which was decorated really nicely, I appreciated that touch) they did a pregnancy test, put an IV in, put on compression socks and a hospital gown. My PS then came to draw on my body for my TT and lipo of the thighs. Then walked to the OR where they cleaned my whole body. I...

Mini with Lipo and Muscle Repair - Texas

Here’s my story – it’s lengthy but I find there isn’t as much info on mini’s as I hoped there would be when I first started my research. I hope this information is helpful for you. A little background on me and why I chose a mini My mini tummy tuck was performed on December 27th, 2012. I've posted several before photos. One is before I lost the weight that caused my loose skin (6o ...

absolutely recommend - Houston, TX

Absolutely the best thing I ever did. Dr Rich told me that liposuction wouldn't give me the desired results since there was skin that needed to be removed due to two births previously and that a tummy tuck was necessary. I was happy from the day the surgery was done. She was professional and patient, answering all my questions. Her staff was the same, and the fact that they are all female-...

Lost 70 lbs and my Boobs Also Got Really Small, So I Wanted Breast Augmentation to Even out my Breasts with my Body, Webster, TX

I was very pleased with my results, I was a size A when I started then I became a full C. The procedure itself was very short I was in and out before I knew it. Anytime I called or had questions I was treated with the utmost respect. If I should up early for an appointment they fit me in. Also, all staff that I have had interactions with has been very pleasant

Making Over Mommy: Selection of Procedures Come Together to Help Undo the Damage from Pregnancy

One of the most popular plastic surgery "procedures" today is the Mommy Makeover -- a selection of different procedures performed together to correct the changes pregnancy leaves on new mommies. There are a variety of issues caused by pregnancy that don't end when the baby is born. On average, most women gain 25-35 pounds during pregnancy, stored as fatty tissue in the breasts, abdomen, flanks, hips, lower back, buttocks and thighs. The breasts also grow in...

Botox, Dysport and Choosing a Doc

Thinking about trying Botox or Dysport for the first time? Or are you a long-time user of Botox or Dysport looking for a better deal? Either way, there are some factors to consider in choosing where you go for your injections, and price may not be the most important. Botox Cosmetic and Dysport are medications used to treat frown lines, squint and smile lines, nasal scrunch lines and horizontal forehead lines by relaxing the underlying muscles that create these wrinkles. With a 20-year...
