It's Like Aging Backwards
I was definitely worried going in but with Dr. Cash in Houston, you really have nothing to worry about. I came in with some laxity and hallowing in my midface. I'm 37 and im just not ready to see that. Ithink what's wildest about sculptra is that it's truly like aging backwards. I look in the mirror and I look like myself from 5 years ago. It's actually insane. Completely natural. I'm blown away by the results. Truly.

My experience with Dr. Cash has been amazing. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. She is so caring and thorough! I went to her June 2024 for a Tummy Tuck and Lipo to the flanks. So far no complications and thrilled with results
I went to three surgeons for consultation prior to selecting Dr. Cash for my mommy makeover after losing about 80 pounds. I felt instantly at ease with Karen and Dr. Cash. I had two visits with her before my surgery and all my questions were answered. I was particularly comforted by her plan to have an overnight hospital stay and the thorough review of pros and cons of breast augmentation. She also did not recommend the fleur dis lis abdominoplasty (vertical and horizontal incisions)

I researched TT with diastasis repair for almost 3 years before I decided I was brave enough to do it. I scheduled my consult and was amazed by the thoroughness and professionalism of the entire staff! Especially Dr. Cash! My surgery went well! I loved my experience with Dr. Cash. I interviewed 3 other doctors and was most pleased with her plan for me. I am 8 weeks post op of a tummy tuck, lipo 270, breast lift and augmentation, and arm lipo. Her work was flawless, my scars are already looking great. Dr. Cash is talented, caring, and a true artist. 4 months post-op & I'm so happy with my breast reduction
After years of contemplating getting a breast reduction, I decided to go forth with the procedure. Using Dr. Cash as my surgeon was the best decision I made. She and her staff are truly amazing. They are very professional and treat you as if you are the only patient. My results were great and every time I stare at myself in the mirror, I feel like it is Christmas! If I were to ever choose to get additional procedures , it would be a no-brainer to use Dr. Cash!
