I use only premium breast implants and utilize the no touch technique of breast implant insertion to minimize risk of infection and capsular contracture. A tummy tuck, also known as abdominoplasty, can help remove excess fat and loose skin to provide a tighter, more contoured waist. I am one of the only doctors in the Houston area who performs a drainless tummy tuck, using special tension sutures that can help better define the abdomen for a sleeker result. A drainless procedure minimizes the risk of infection and prevents tension on the incision area, helping [promote] faster healing. Tummy tuck recovery is also made much easier with the drainless technique, yielding significantly less downtime. Another plus: drainless tummy tuck scars are often thinner and less noticeable than those left by the traditional procedure.

Absolutely amazing! Had a breast reduction and lift and has only been six weeks and changed my life ! Always a great experience with Dr. Bachilo and she has the best bedside manner. Her staff is amazing as well. I was anxious about filler and she did a great job! I look refreshed without looking like I had anything done! I also got a little bit of lip filler and same outcome, can't tell I've had anything done but they look great!
