Dr. Hector Viera’s work is amazing. I am very pleased with my results from my breast augmentation. Dr. Viera’s bedside manner is extremely professional and he made me feel very comfortable. My breasts were an a cup, I had 450cc implants and am now at a d cup. Dr. Viera and his staff made sure I picked the perfect size for my body. Dr.Hector was thorough in explaining this procedure as well as my other two procedures and what to expect before and after surgery.

My face was beginning to age. I needed a facelift, browlift, and necklift. Dr Viera is a skilled surgeon and did an amazing job. Surgery was about 4 hours, I came home and slept. The next morning went back to have bandages removed. On the 11th day I was able to cover the bruising and go to a Christmas party. Staples were removed 2 weeks after surgery and healing was going great. Had my one month post visit and look great. I will have another post visit in another month. I could not be more pleased with results.
I went under a full body liposuction and Brazilian Butt Lift by Dr. Hector M. Viera. I like the way the treated me, very nice and professional. After my procedure I had very bad fluid retention on my legs, and a dent due to outer thigh lipo, I will work out to try to make it look better but I was being told by other surgeons that only fat transfer will fix the problem, dr. Viera said I had that before but not I know my body! I know I was fat but I didn't have that dent. Other than that I'm happy with my overall results. But to be honest the recovery was painful, I felt like if I was beaten up. Took me a month to go back to my normal activities.
Horrible just horrible he left me with a uniboob , I had buckle fat removal well left both sides of my face un even . I can’t even take pics . Don’t go to this doctor . He didn’t even care , if I could go back in time I would never come with DR. Viera ohhh and that Betty his asst well she sees the patients like if she is the doctor why???
My first rhinoplasty at 22 was a disaster. I acquired an infection from the procedure that ate away my cartilage leaving a large indentation in the dorsum of my nose. Dr. Viera thought it was a skin contraction so “stimulated” it by jamming a needle in and out of my nose numerous times on 2 separate occasions. This caused excess scar tissue and caused my left nostril to contract leaving it deformed and there was no improvement with the dent. One month after my first surgery he wanted to fix the dent by “simply placing cartilage in it” and made it sound like it was not a big deal very easy to correct. I was too trusting and did not know at the time that he should have waited a year so I let him do it. After the second surgery, my nose looked much worse. He had put entirely too much cartilage on one side of the dent and nothing on the other half, creating a raised bump in addition to the dent which gave the illusion of an even greater dent along with the prominent bump. After this second surgery my nose then had: a contracted nostril (triangular shaped), very thickened scar tissue from these “stimulations” and the 2 previous surgeries, Dr. Viera removed too much tissue from the root of my nose giving me a very unnatural looking nose, and the prominent bump and dent. Every day when I look into the mirror I hate myself for what has happened and just wish I could have my old nose back.
I should have known. The doctor is highly advertised. However I was shocked when I walked in his office and the man I saw was not the same man in the glossy advertisements. OK, technically it was the same man... only about 15 years older. Looking back I'm assuming that most of his before and after pics were also from 15 years ago.He is triple board certified. He has credentials on top of credentials. I mean how else do you pick a doctor? When the surgey was over my blood pressure shot through the roof. His main concern was not getting me stabilized but getting me out of his office (he has his own surgicenter).Immediately thick scars started forming under my eyes and started causing my lower lids to droop. I sent many pictures via email with little or no response. I made a follow up appointment to see him. He said "either you need to be patient or I can prescribe some Valium for you". I can assure you I was calm and in control. I just wondered why my eyes were drooping and thick, visible scars were forming. He finally put me through a series of steroid shots (in my lower lids...not for the faint of heart). Those did help a little with the scarring but did nothing for the drooping.THREE years later I still have droopy lower lids, visible scars under my lids, around my ears, in my hairline and the scar from the brow lift looks like someone cut it open with scissors. On top of that I get marked swelling in my brows, eyes and forehead on a DAILY basis. This seems to be perpetuated by stimulation to the scalp - like when I fix my hair. The doc was totally dismissive after surgery. I felt like there was nothing I could really do. I wasn't 'maimed' it just wasn't good. I finally gave up.I am marking 'undecided' to the "Was it worth it" question. I am not disappointed that I had the procedures. I just wish I had chosen a different doctor.
I plan on getting a rhinoplasty and surgery in late March to early April of 2015 time frame. I'm excited to get it done. I have been waiting for the longest to get it done most of my life. I never felt confident with my nose and I don't like taking pictures or talking to offers because of it or even dating. Updated on 22 Dec 2015: Here is the shape as of now with tape on it and I love it. Can't wait until see after healed
