Overall I had a great experience with Dr. Sanaz and her staff. The recovery was very easy, I didn't experience much pain or bruising. The results are amazing!! What can I say! I am so glad that I found Dr. Harirchian. She is truly the best. I was so concerned about having a natural looking nose and she definitely understood the assignment! No one even noticed that I had a rhinoplasty because it looks so natural! They just mention I look so refreshed! Her bedside manner is unmatched! Her entire staff was soo sweet and very accommodating. I’m so glad I’m done with nose filler and I don’t have to worry about finding the right angle when taking pictures. Amazing results! Could not be happier with my nose and my reflection. Before surgery, I would t stand to get my photo taken and now I don’t even blink an eye. I feel so much more comfortable in my own skin which was the ultimate reason why I had this done in the first place. I also LOVE how natural it looks. I lived with a very large prominent dorsal hump and also a disconnect from my septum and tip cartilage. This not only caused my insecurity about my side profile but also an unsightly shadow from the frontal view that made my nose appear even more hooked and downturned. For my initial cast removal after surgery, I braced myself to be shocked and to not recognize myself, and even somewhat disappointed due to the swelling given what I read online about the recovery process. When that cast came off, even with the minimal swelling I had, I felt beautiful and like I finally had the nose I was supposed to all this time. Even my friends and family commented on how natural and cute my new nose was and I was able to go back to work one week after surgery with little to no bruising, given how gentle Dr. Sanaz is. I could continue on and on about what a wonderful experience it has been to be a patient of Dr. Sanaz. If you are someone who is reading and considering a rhinoplasty, definitely go with Dr. Sanaz if you want the nose of your dreams.
