In 2020, this gentleman fixed my honker of a failed nose job from 2015. I now have a beautiful, cute profile and we are still working on how to help my swelling move along since it can take longer with a revision. I trust this man with my face. My first mistake was going to a general plastic surgeon for my primary, when I should've gone to a specialist. He fixed so many of the issues from my first nose job and it looks 1000x better. Since not all the swelling has gone down (can take from 2-3 years for a revision and my nose is stubborn), I'm going to continue taking his advice and recommendations. I'll definitely be coming back to him for any other surgeries or treatments in the future. The healing was smooth and painless. There was veeery little bruising and the initial swelling on one side of my nose went down extremely fast. The other side is taking its sweet time and Dr. Siegel has already recommended something to help fix that. My bulbous tip (which I didn't have in the first place, but received from my first nose job) is now a cute, feminine profile. My nostrils are no longer pinched, my bridge that got broken from my primary is no longer tingly from exposed nerves due to using rib cartilage to fix it. I'm excited about my final look and I gotta remind myself to be patient. Nose jobs are difficult and they take a long time to heal and will even look a bit different after 5 years - so to anyone reading this who is healing for the first time - patience young grasshopper. Remember, your face just underwent trauma and it's still healing and repairing.

I’ve had fillers in my nasolabial area a few times and assumed the swelling and bruising and sometimes odd effect on other areas like my lips being pushed down were part of the process..no! Dr. Siegel was very gently and knew exactly where to put it for balance and no bruising or hiding for 3 days! He is a little more expensive but worth every penny! Updated on 24 Jan 2021: I’ve had fillers done for many years on my lips and just assumed my top lip just couldn’t be balanced. I finally switched to Dr. Siegel to have him attempt to correct my uneven top lip and he uses a completely different injection style. I finally feel even!! Very impressed with his delicate touch I had minimal bruising/swelling for the first few days. Very happy!

Dr Siegel is the one you want when having a rhinoplasty procedure! From my first consultation with him I knew I had found the Dr to perform my surgery. He took his time explaining the procedure and what I could expect to see with my results. He is able to show you in real time images what your results will look like and this made me feel so comfortable. My recovery was much easier than I expected and have very minimal bruising. In my opinion he is the best facial plastic surgeon in Houston and he’s the only one I would trust my face with. My AA ethnic rhinoplasty with Dr. Siegel was phenomenal. I explained my goals to him and he delivered beautifully. He understood that I did not want a completely new nose and his changes allowed me to keep my ethnic identity while still making the changes I requested. I had my procedure performed in September 2020 and it is now October 2020 and my nose is healing wonderfully. I love my nose already. If you’re considering a rhinoplasty, I 100% encourage you to go to Dr. Siegel. He was incredibly knowledgeable about facial structure and balance, and worked with me to create a 3D image and goal for what I have envisioned for over 15 years. My nose was my biggest insecurity. Not only does it look incredible RIGHT after the procedure, but it’s going to get even better from here on out. The surgery itself went great, and my recovery was virtually painless. No bruising by the 6 day mark/ cast removal. I’m so grateful to have met Dr. Siegel. His office is beautiful, his receptionist Sheila is lovely and so incredibly helpful.

Had a warped dorsal graft 3 months post op from a Houston FPS. Was a twisted mess made worse by the Covid-19 elective surgery shutdown. Dr Siegel performed the difficult revision and my nose looks great at 2 months out. He clearly has a proven technique and delivers desirable outcomes.His before and after pics show it and my results do as well. For a man I'm very fussy about my look and nothing will ruin your life quite like a twisted nose. I'm grateful I found this Dr. He seems to be the go to guy for rhino revision. Sheila, his coordinator, is on point and a great communicator.The office is also very private and wait times are almost 0. Unlike other PSs where the waiting room is full of people and kids while you sit there being gawked at. Thank you Dr. Siegel and Sheila.

Excellent, excellent surgeon. After a bad rhinoplasty, I got a REALLY bad revision. 8( I desperately needed another revision! I was considering two other surgeons in the area, but after talking on the phone with all three offices, I decided to make the appointment with Dr. Siegel. Dr. Siegel is very kind, caring, professional, and honest. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions as well as my husband's. Needless to say, I was really scared to have another revision done for fear it would come out worse. He put me and my husband right at ease. I truly believe he is a highly skilled surgeon. He corrected the revision done by another surgeon who left me with a dent in the front of my nose which made it look crooked among other things Today he took off my nose cast and I am very impressed with the results. My nose is still swollen, but looks amazing! I am beyond happy with my nose now. I can be out in public without being embarrassed again. Dr. Siegel's staff is also so very friendly and knowledgeable. Sheila si so helpful and very kind. She answered all the questions I had before I even made the appointment with Dr. Siegel. I feel I made a friend for life. I highly recommend Dr. Siegel and his staff.

Great work and amazing service! Had some follow up work and he and staff were very supportive and attentive. Great bed side manner and concern for my comfort. I would recommend this team for any work you would desire.

Dr. Siegel has great bedside manner. He really makes you feel reassured and comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I had two rhinoplasty procedures completed. He did not charge me for a second procedure which was nice. My nose still has very slight imperfections that I would like corrected eventually but it definitely looks a lot better than it was before. I just thank Dr. Siegel for being so patient with me throughout the entire procedure.

After a great deal of research and many with consultations regarding rhinoplasty, I chose Dr. Siegel. He was so knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring during my consultation, that I scheduled my procedure that day. It was the best decision. His office staff is wonderful as well! I highly recommend Dr. Siegel. I will definitely use Dr. Siegel for future procedures.
