Had a badly deviated septum all my life, Dr. Olson recommended I have surgery immediately. This was my first surgery so naturally I was skeptical but long story short I went through with the septoplasty and 3 months later I realize it was truly life changing and my nose breathing went from being impossible to breathe through my nose to being practically 100% clear. I don’t need to explain why this drastically improved my life, realistically it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me and I’m not over exaggerating in the slightest. If you need an ENT and value quality medical care, Dr. Olson is a wonderful person and is without a doubt one of the best at what she does, HIGHLY recommend.

Dr. Olson is amazing and does excellent work. She did a septoplasty and rhinoplasty for me and I'm so happy with my results. I get compliments all the time and I still look like my self. I recovered in about a week, brushing gone, swelling had gone down. Get lots of R&R if you want to heal fast and have great results. Stayed in Bed for 4 days, feet up. Her staff is wonderful. It was easy to make appointments. I definitely recommend going to her for nose surgery. Very happy patient. Can't rave enough about her.

Dr. Olson was amazing! She walked me through every step and showed me how my profile would change with a great computer program. She was always professional and had a great staff in her clinic. She was always very clear about realistic expectations and what would be too dramatic or how some changes could augment my face too much. I couldn't be happier with my results - looks great and I can breathe again!

I am a active in triathlons and fractured my nose twice in the past. Dr. Olson did a wonderful job making it look straight again and helped my breathing. The office staff was informative and nice. She took her time with me and I never felt hurried. Can't wait for my next triathlon with a "new" nose!

After several consultations with highly recommended facial plastic and general plastic surgeons for a revision rhinoplasty, I am so glad to have found Dr. Olson. She listened to my needs and performed a very complicated revision surgery that looks great and I can breathe much better! Her office was accommodating and the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend her and have already sent my sister to see her.

I had several office visits with Dr. Olsen during which she assured me countless times that she could perform this surgery and that she has never had anyone need a revision. Well, it turns out that she could not perform the task after 3 1/2 hrs on the operating table. After all , I wanted the bones repositioned and not a nose job. It was a complete let down. Its 2014 now and the dissolvable stitches never dissolved and I have had several infections in my nose because of this. I tried calling their office several times to address my concerns but they had already got my money so no longer cared about my concerns.

I had a small benign growth on my face. By the time that I got the appointment with her office, the growth fell off and only had a very small portion left. The Dr. looked at it and said we did not need to worry about it . I paid my copay at the time of visit, but four months later, I received two bills from two offices for services on the same date that I visited Dr. Olson. The two charges were about $380 total and that was after insurance company had already paid almost $1600. I called her office several times and never got an explanation of why the charges were made.
