Very subtle, natural results. No one can tell I had anything done which is a good and a not so good thing. . $$.. Overall, I Would have liked more of a slope, less of a hump and a thinner bridge. All about what you want. Updated on 31 Jan 2025: This is a review with pic from a rhinoplasty and a revision that was required after a poor result from the first rhinoplasty. Unfortunately the revision left me with a scar and I still don’t have the nose aesthetic I desired.

Dr. Smith and his staff have treated me beyond any positive expectation. Dr. Smith and his staff were professional, informative, always in direct/immediate communication/available, and clearly experts from the first visit to the final post-op visits. My procedure, one that I never thought I would have, especially one as important both, medically and aesthetically, went perfect. As an attorney, having consulted with many doctors in a professional capacity and for my own personal care, I highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone looking for a confident and well qualified dual board certified trauma ENT and plastic surgeon. I am truly glad I located Dr. Kevin Smith.

I wish I had found out about Dr. Smith years ago! I had chronic headaches for 42 years, but now they are gone thanks to him. He is an exceptional doctor; very caring; extremely skilled; and very personable. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you have headaches/migraines, please call him. It is amazing how he can help you.

My experience with Dr.Smith has been excellent. He is caring and you can feel the passion he has for helping you. You will not find a doctor like him who understands the pain of a migraine, and that in itself is a relief. During our first appointment I had to stop myself from crying because “he gets it”, like no one else has. I just had surgery June 30, and he must be very, very delicate because the only “pain” I feel is like a dry nose. That’s it. It’s so minimal, I’m amazed. I had a bone spur taken out of my nose that was causing debilitating 3 day headaches. He also fixed my deviated septum, turbinate reduction and sinuplasty. Dr. Smith and his staff is amazing. I have suffered with chronic migraines for the last 20 years. I was at my wits end and could not take the pain any more. A friend introduced me to Dr Smith and it's been 10 weeks since my surgery and I have not had one single migraine. I was extremely skeptical but I was at breaking point and had nothing to lose so decided to go and talk to him and ended up having surgery which was a very simple procedure with very little recovery time. Dr Smith is an incredibly kind and genuine person and truly wants to help patients like me that had debilitating migraines, be free of them. He has changed my life. I honestly could not recommend him more.

Just had the smith technique migraine surgery which is septoplasty, and removal of bone spurs. Today is day 2 and I'm feeling pretty good considering I just had surgery yesterday..I can already tell even with the congestion that I can actually breathe now..but the real reason for the surgery was debilitating migraine pain that would sometimes last for weeks at a time...I finally found Dr. Kevin Smith in Houston TX and I traveled all the way from Greenville SC to have the surgery..of course I don't know yet if this has indeed cured me of migraines and or at least helped significantly because like I said it's day 2 but I'm very hopeful it has..I will update later on as the recovery progresses. I had Chronic Migraines, and was on a high dose of seizure med's twice a day just to function. Dr. Smith did surgery, and I have been off the seizure med's for almost 3 months now, and not the first sign of a headache! Dr. Smith is the BEST! I tell everyone about him! He gave me my life back, and for that I am forever grateful.

Super easy surgery I was awake just had some Valium to relax and was number which wasn't that bad. Kevin is a true artist I still look like me just more awake. Scars are non existent already! He took out stitches on day 4. I went to work on day 4 after surgery no makeup and nobody really even noticed cause I had very little brusing. This photo is day before surgery and day 9 after. I'm full recovered and loving my new eyes!

I have read all the negative outcomes some of you have had. I read the reviews and I feel so lucky, mine came out womderful. I have very very short hair and you can not see my scares. I returned back to work on the 8th day after surgery and no one had a clue of what I had done the last week. I was asked if I went on a cruise, playing golf ect, due to my face was a little pinkish from the laser treatment I had. I had my eyes done, jowls, and just say from the eyes to the neck was treated and it looked wonderful. On and I did not wear makeup. I have lash extensions on and permanent eyeliner and everyone committed on how refreshed I looked. It's been a few years and eye rething is still looking great. Thanks to LSL and Dr. Smith. I am not 54 and still look like I am in my late 30's.
