Procedures I'm known for

Fillers and Other Injectables
As a board-certified otolaryngologist-head and neck surgeon, I spent years studying facial anatomy, including musculature and neurovascular structures. This thorough medical and surgical training makes me an expert in safely, skillfully administering wrinkle relaxers like Botox or Dysport, or dermal fillers like Juvéderm, Restylane, Sculptra Aesthetic, and Belotero. I also offer Kybella, to reduce a double chin. These minimally invasive treatments come with little downtime, but it takes a highly skilled injector to perform these treatments safely. Your dermal injection results should also reflect your unique beauty. That's why I would never take a cookie-cutter approach. During your consultation at my Dallas area practice, I’ll work with you to determine how best to naturally enhance your features. Some patients even opt for a full “liquid facelift,” a combination of fillers and wrinkle relaxers that can rejuvenate and sculpt your entire face.
Cheek, Chin and Jawline Enhancement
When you’re thinking about options for cheek and chin enhancement in Dallas, it’s important to consider the role that these features play in the overall balance of the face. Many think that the nose plays the most powerful role in facial balance (due to its central location), but it’s not that simple. In fact, many who think their nose “stands out” often have a weak chin or flat cheeks. Because of my training as a board-certified otolaryngologist-head and neck surgeon, I have an intimate understanding of facial anatomy and proportions. There are numerous options to enhance these facial features, but two are most common. Injectables, like cheek filler and chin filler, are an excellent (but temporary) nonsurgical option to add definition. You also have the option of cheek implants or a chin implant. These surgical procedures come with a week of downtime but offer permanent results. During your consultation, we’ll work together on the best solution to achieve your dream results.
Rhinoplasty and Nose Shaping
In the past, the only way to alter the shape of a patient’s nose was through rhinoplasty, also known as a nose job. This surgical procedure enhances the appearance of the nose while improving its function. Today, advancements in medical aesthetics have made nonsurgical nose jobs possible, thanks to dermal filler. Nonsurgical nose jobs are a far less invasive procedure (it’s comparable to lip enhancement with dermal injections) and can dramatically enhance the look of your nose, though the results are temporary. The procedure also comes with risks in the hands of an inexperienced injector, which is why it’s vital to be treated by someone with an intimate knowledge of vascular anatomy—like a board-certified surgeon. I perform both traditional rhinoplasties (including African-American rhinoplasty) and nonsurgical rhinoplasty for patients in the Dallas area. When we meet for a consultation, we can work together to determine the best option to reach your goals.
