Yes it does look like you have a&nbsp;prolapse of the rectum called a rectocele and prolapse of the bladder called a cystocele. Hi. The answer is yes this is one of the potential problems with neurotoxins. They spread and/or are placed too close to the muscle that gives an undesirable effect like ptosis&nbsp;The bad news is you have 3 to 4 months to wait for reversal. The good news is that an experienced injector should have meds and treatment modalities to help improve it. It should not be permanent and does not usually require surgery!

Two weeks after I had Botox done on my forehead, I had Ptosis of my left eye. Could this have been caused by the Botox? Is this permanent or will it eventually subside? If so, how long should I wait before I seek surgery to fix my Ptosis?

Hi. To my knowledge there is only one Botox injectable&nbsp; available in the US.&nbsp; There are other neurotoxins available but they are named differently and their manufacturers are different. You can usually use different ones for touch up.

Hi. I'm sorry to say but it will probably take 3 to 4 mos.for full recovery. You seem be describing a classic lid drop from mispacement of the Botox. Hope you do well.

Hi. Microneedling&nbsp; and fillers work well for most people with these lines. Fillers need to be redone periodically and microneedling is used for maintenance as well. Good luck.

I've noticed awful wrinkling directly under my eyes (not at corners) only when I smile. The wrinkles go away when I don't smile or when I try to control my smile so my cheeks don't push up into the under eye area. Is there anything that can help with this issue? Can the eyelid be filled thicker wrinkle less? I've tried small amounts of Botox directly under the eyes and there's slight improvement for a month or two. Can there be Botox strong enough to keep my cheeks from pushing up?

Hi. Your lines are vertical, high and deep so they are not the usual.&nbsp; Botox and fillers may be needed but improvement is likely.&nbsp; Both products require evaluation and understanding of the anatomy to produce the desired effects for your face.

You should consider looking at your "before" pics.&nbsp; It is not usual that Botox lasts more than 4 mos.&nbsp; If this is new eyelid surgery may be needed or there is a medication that helps when lids are dropped.

You are relatively young so you might consider Ultherapy, Dermafrac or microneedling as well to tighten your skin and encourage collagen&nbsp; stimutation.&nbsp; Lifting your cheeks would minimize the nasiolabal fold and create a more youthful look in most people. Then filling in front and back of the jewls&nbsp;only if needed would probably also help.

I have had two different consultations regarding filler with two different opinions. What would be better for my recently appearing jowls, improve the cheekbone with voluma or fill in the lines under the line and around the nose. I am 28 and I am not ready for jowls.

unfortunately it seems that the muscles that lift your eyebrows were affected by the Botox.&nbsp; This happens occasionally.&nbsp; You will probably need to wait for it to wear off.&nbsp; If your eyelids become affected also there is a medication that can be used to help.

I had Botox for the first time 6 days ago and my eyebrows have dropped, my eyelids are much less visible. Can this be rectified or should I leave it?!
