I highly recommend Dr. Vasdev Rai. He is very articulate, knowledgeable and quite the artist of his craft. I had a body lift and breast lift after my 2 year weight loss journey and having 4 children. Dr. Rai has such a comforting sense of confidence and I immediately trusted him. Throughout consultations, pre op, surgery, and post op he was always the perfect mix of reassuring, knowledgeable and professional which really helped calm any anxiety I had. As a nurse I had previously seen patients he had done tummy tucks on and I knew he was who I wanted to be my surgeon.I told Dr. Rai that I just wanted to look proportionate for my size . I felt secure enough to leave my sizing up to him and his expertise and I am incredibly happy with my results and the quality of care from him and his staff.I am so grateful that I found him on my journey and I can’t wait to move onto the next phase!! Again, I would recommend him highly to anyone in the area looking for a plastic surgeon.

Dr Rai has done several procedures for me. Years ago he did inner labia and outer labia in which I am very happy with the results. I was worried about losing feeling but that didn’t happen at all. He has also done several small procedures for me. I had the outdated upturned nose job done by another doctor. Dr. Rai brought the bottom of my nose up slightly so my nostrils don’t show so much. He has also done Botox and fillers for me many times. He believes in keeping a more natural look as opposed to filling out your face too much. He has told me no a few times when he thought I wouldn’t benefit from what I wanted..and he was right. He treats each patient as an individual and customizes their procedure just for them. Also, I am a big baby with needles, and he has methods that make everything much less painful. Dr. Rai is definitely my go to plastic surgeon

Dr. Vasdev Rai is the BEST plastic surgeon. Look no further. After consulting with other surgeons, I selected him as he gave me confidence that my results would be what I wanted. In my early twenties, I came to him for a rhinoplasty. He explained that I should also proceed with a chin augmentation for a balanced result. Other surgeons gave me options as to how they could do the procedure, and also gave me the suggestion of a chin augmentation. However, I felt they were putting the decision in my hands, and I just didn’t know what to do. Dr. Rai told me exactly what needed to be done, why, and how both procedures would result in the best aesthetic result. His confidence gave me confidence, and I was ready to put my facial appearance in his hands. My results are flawless. I have met other plastic surgeons (going to consultations with friends and such) and NO ONE can guess that I have had ANY work done. It is so natural, and I often get compliments on how perfect my nose is (something I never thought I would hear prior to surgery :) ). Many years later I came back to Dr. Rai for a breast augmentation. I knew he would know what would look best without me having to make suggestions, which is what I was looking for in a surgeon. Besides, he is the one that really knows what the outcome will be based on the approach and size. I could not be happier with the result. I certainly was not expecting the size I have, but I wouldn’t go any smaller. I have a natural, but full and perfect result. I still can’t believe what a great result I have. Dr. Rai has changed my life by giving me full confidence in my appearance. I cannot thank him enough, and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for aesthetic improvement.

Dr. Rai was beyond wonderful! From my first consultation to my post op appointments he was kind, understanding, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I was at ease with him and his staff from the very start. He listened to what I had to say and delivered incredible results. The outcome of my surgery was better than I had dreamed! My results look natural and as if my body was always meant to look this way. To say I am pleased with my results would be an understatement. I would recommend Dr. Rai to anyone from anywhere! Wow! What an awesome experience it was having my procedure with Dr. Rai and his phenomenal staff!! There is absolutely NOTHING that I would change about my experience or treatment. From the consultation, to the breast augmentation itself, all the way through recovery, Dr, Rai and his staff maintained the utmost professionalism, experience, friendliness and passion. Dr. Rai has given me back confidence and shed light into my life. After so much darkness within the last two years of my life, I am able to feel more hopeful for years to come. I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer at age 25, resulting in a very unsightly up and down scar on my abdomen. It spanned from above my belly button all the way down. Even my poor belly button didn't look the same after massive life saving surgery. After surviving surgery and the difficult chemo after, all I could do was cover-up/hide the scars that painfully triggered the anxiety and darkness with cancer treatments. Instead of being able to enjoy beauty in life, I never wanted to look at my body or clothes the same. I was angry at the world. Dr. Rai was recommended by my oncologist, whom's opinions I value greatly. I have a high level of anxiety, but I was able to trust Dr. Rai quickly. He is very kind, charismatic, has a warmth to his words, and even funny! He is genuinely caring-- and deeply dedicated to his work. He is a true 'artist' in cosmetic surgery. The human body is all different shapes, sizes, textures, etc. but Dr. Rai will work to make you look not only more beautiful and confident, but most importantly-- natural! I am truly grateful for Dr. Rai and his staffs' care to help me rid of the unsightly reminder of the past. The scar that I have was 'corrected' and made into a side-to-side scar through abdominoplasty. I'm also thankful for my new belly button! I used to joke about having that Victoria's Secret belly button, but now everyone should ask for the 'Rai belly button.' I can't wait to visit my family in Hawaii and experience life after so much darkness! Thank you, Dr. Rai for giving me sunshine, laughter, and hope back into my life, and for many years to come. :)

It still feels kind of like a dream. Since I was 16 years old I knew I wanted silicone breast implants. I am now twenty-nine years old and finally feel like the person I am meant to be. Right after surgery I felt amazing I couldn't believe it was over. After one week I was feeling back to myself and I only took the pain pills for 4days. I was very tight for about 3 weeks but at one month I started to soften up. Everyday the look even more better. Updated on 26 Apr 2016: I was trying different clothes on and admiring my new breasts and really loving them. So I decided to share some before and after pictures.

I had thought about getting the extra skin removed from vaginal area for a really long time. I also had a lump that had to be removed but I was told by other doctors that removing it could leave a depression or pretty much a hole where the lump had been. But Dr. Rai did an amazing job. You can't tell I ever had a large lump removed & the extra skin being gone makes me more confident in intimate setting and comfortable because I feel it is more hygienic. Thank you Dr. Rai. You made the whole process easy and the result was what I wanted.

I have made the decision to do me. I've enjoy taking care of others but it's time for me to do something for me that I've wanted to do for a while. I'm ready I've taken that route. The consultations are very important. Ask questions, do your own research, try not to listen to negative people. I only told two people about it and told the rest afterwards because I didn't want to hear the unnecessary statements or questions. When you find a doctor who you feel is doing what's best for and it's not just s money thing, you've found the right one. I asked about lipo and my doctor told me if I liked my hips and butt, no lipo was needed and thanked him for being honest. I know I can can the staff and they'll be there for me even after my surgery. Updated on 19 Jan 2016: I am 5 weeks PO and I'm feeling better. Still swollen and tight but can bend and I'm bout ready to take a bubbl bath instead of a shower. I feel good so far.

I was going in for my second operation after my primary OB discovered I had Ovarian Cancer. The Oncologist I was working with wanted to do an incision that would run vertical, I already and a horizontal incision (low transverse incision), from my first operation. I was worried I would end up with a large upside down T on my abdomen. Dr Rai was able to work with my OB Oncologist to open and close, along with some liposuction. Even though I needed the operation it ensure I was cancer free, (which I am now), I was able to come out of it with a flat tummy and a smooth looking low transverse incision. My new belly button looks great and I am so happy with Dr. Rai and his wonderful staff. This was my first Cosmetic Surgery but if I have anything else do in the future I will be using Dr. Rai, he is very kind and an excellent Surgeon.
