59 Years Old and Needed Another Kind of Lift - Dallas, TX

Nine years ago Dr. Hamas did a neck lift and facelift on me and I have been very happy with the results. Dr. Hamas's 30 plus years of experience give him a reassuring manner and skill that translates into wonderful results! In my fifties I noticed a definite sagging and loss of volume in my breasts. Wearing a push-up bra was in my opinion uncomfortable and unbearably hot in the summertime. I was especially distressed that I looked so saggy in swim wear. I would look down and think to myself that I felt much younger than "my girls" are looking. I made an appointment with Dr. Hamas to discuss what to do. He was very informative and confident about how to proceed. I subsequently had a Mastopexy to lift and implants to restore volume. I am so excited with the results!! My surgery was five months ago, I look better than I ever have. Dr. Hamas used the "Ideal" breast implants and my breasts feel and look so natural. The are very soft and move with me in a beautiful and natural way. There is a nice amount of volume on the top so I feel much more confident in swim wear and strapless after five dresses. I highly recommend the Ideal implants. The are so natural feeling and the added reassurance that they are a saline implant. I may be almost sixty, but "my girls" now look as young as I feel!! Thank you Dr. Hamas!

Problem After Having Breast Augmentation 20 Years Earlier - Dallas, TX

Dr. Hamas had given me a breast augmentation 20 years ago. I noticed my left breast looked smaller than my right breast so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hamas to find out what the problem was. He thought the right side was becoming flat so I scheduled an appointment for surgery. When he took the right implant out he discovered there was not a problem with the right side it was the left side. It was growing because of fluid. I was very thankful Dr. Hamas was proactive and also went into the left side and took out one cup of fluid and replaced both implants. He sent the fluid to a pathologist and it came back negative. You can count on Dr. Hamas to take care of the problem. I highly recommend him!!!

54 Years and Needed a "Lift" - Dallas, TX

I was not happy with my shape and was under the impression that a breast lift was very invasive. After meeting with Dr. Robert Hamas he assured me that it was simple and that I would be very pleased with the outcome. He could not have been more correct. I had the procedure on Friday and back at work on Monday. Following his care instructions for the next 2 weeks I am thrilled with the results.

Life Changing - Dallas, TX

I am not someone who is overly self-conscious about my appearance, but after delivering and nursing 6 children my breasts were just not the same as they once were! I explained my ultimate goal to Dr. Hamas which was that I wanted a more youthful appearance without anyone being able to tell that I had had plastic surgery done. Dr. Hamas was wonderful. He was honest and respectful and really listened to what I wanted. I went from a very small 32A to a large 32C, and I am so very happy. My clothes actually fit now! I have a figure whereas before even with a padded bra there wasn't much there. I have a new level of self-confidence. I wasn't a shrinking violet to begin with, and I can't quite explain the change, but I love my body. I have been married for almost 16 years and my intimate life with my husband is amazing now as well. It has been almost 5 months since my surgery and the incision line around my nipples isn't noticeable at all, and the vertical incision fades more and more every day. I feel like a new woman. And if you are concerned about the pain after the surgery (which I was) it really isn't any worse than engorgement if you suddenly stop nursing.

Dr. Hamas is the Best! - Dallas, TX

I went to see Dr. Hamas because I needed to have my implants replaced. My implants were about 12 years old and I had severe and embarrassing rippling of the implants that could be seen through my skin. I am SO thrilled with my implants. They look so much more natural and I am so happy with them. I'm also not embarrassed to be in a bikini or be seen in the gym locker room.

51 Yrs Old, Ex Plant and Upper/lower Eyelid Lift - Dallas, TX

I had silicone/over the muscle implants plus mastopexy 26 yrs ago. Even at 25 yrs old I had very saggy breasts, I looked as if I'd nursed many children before I'd had one! My implants have never given me a moment of problem. I think I have the best surgeon ever! They have always felt completely natural and soft. I've sometimes wished they were smaller, but the style trends that many yrs ago was different than it is today. I'm just now starting to get the smallest amount of encapsulation on my rt breast. Nothing that anyone would notice. I've talked to my surgeon about it and he said that it is something he could fix at anytime that it became noticeable or bothersome to me. I've decided it's time to get something done to my eyes and he said he could fix both at the same time. I always assumed that if I was having them replaced that I would go to a smaller implant, but now my PS says he thinks I might not need another implant at all. Because I've already had a lift, he says he will go in thru the original incisions for the lift and that might preclude needing another lift. I'm currently a 36DD, he says I will drop 2 bra sizes to a 36C which is perfect for me! I get a little concerned about not doing another lift or putting small implants back in because of some of the pics I've seen on this site where ex plant surgery has left very droopy saggy breast. Has anyone ever had implants removed after having had a lift MANY yrs ago? I'm at work as I'm starting to write about my surgery, I'll post current pics later! Updated on 16 Feb 2016: Had pre-op appt with PS yesterday. I talked about my concerns that I would be too saggy after my ex plant and that maybe he should plan on a lift at the same time. Like I've heard many times on these boards, he confirmed that he will not do them both at the same time because there was just no way to guarantee the best results doing the explant and lift together. So I may have to go back and get the lift at a later date. Not what I wanted to hear, but I appreciate that he knows and wants what is best for me! I'll add before pics of my eyes next. Updated on 28 Feb 2016: Pre surgery pics Updated on 28 Feb 2016: Updated on 28 Feb 2016: Updated on 28 Feb 2016: I am now 2 days into my recovery. As I expected I had a very difficult time with the anesthesia, so the day of surgery was horrible. Couldn't keep food down so couldn't take much pain medication. And like everyone has said, sleeping sitting up is not easy. Im not sure why it makes your back hurt, but it does!! Much better today. The eyes look worse as far as bruising, but the pain is very manageable. I'm very happy with the results of my explant. I had a lot more breast tissue than I thought I would, so they're not as flat as I feared. There is some pain at the drain site. I go in tomorrow, Monday, to get stitches out of my eyes, hopefully he will remove drains then also. Updated on 28 Feb 2016: I am so much happier with the results from my explant than I thought I would be. I have more breast tissue than I thought I would. Drain sites are a little sensitive, but I'm coping fine with that. Tomorrow I go back to my PS and will bring a more supportive sports bra to wear home. The biggest place I feel a difference is the area above the nipple that feels so hollowed out. But it's looks so much better than if hoped
