As the name says, I was extremely anxious about this procedure. But let me assure you the kindness shown by Dr. Lee and his staff proved to me that this was my choice. I had five consults with other top doctors in Dallas. Dr. Lee’s kindness, patience and understanding personality - and his fantastic staff - made me feel at home. I am six weeks out of surgery and very pleased with my results. He hid my scars seamlessly and I feel I have a very natural look. I never had any pain. He and his staff have always been there to answer any questions and really go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of. I recommend him highly.

Here is a man who has found his calling. It was a privilege to be his patient. Ultra conservative approach, meticulous technique--no detail too small. My results are subtle and beautiful. I look better, not different. He is a master surgeon.

Dr. Lee and his team were wonderful. They are very professional and provided excellent customer service. From my first visit, I knew I would be in great hands and that he was the surgeon for me! He is double board certified and is well known as a meticulously talented (artist) surgeon and had excellent reviews. That gave me such confidence in his skill and expertise!! Especially in facial work. He was very accessible both before and after surgery as are the rest of the medical team, and still is to this day. I couldn't be happier with my natural looking results! I have gotten so many compliments, saying I look rested and energetic! The change was subtle enough that you can’t automatically tell that I had a facelift. It’s been a delight to turn back time. Dr. Lee is AMAZING and everyone that you meet in the process is professional and caring in every way. Dr. Lee is a compassionate perfectionist which is exactly what you want in a plastic surgeon. He takes the time to explain every step of the process and make to sure everyone is on the same page as far a results. My breast lift and exchange of implants turned out amazing but I did have complications, these were not the results of anything Dr. Lee did more to do with my implants were 21 years old and waiting too long to have revision. Both Dr. Lee and his staff were there for me every step of the way! They not only treated my complications but my spirt, mentally it’s is hard to deal with your fears in a time like this. Dr. Lee is the absolute best! I highly recommend him. Schedule a consultation if you are considering a procedure. I felt at ease that I was in good hands after meeting him and the office staff. I underwent Rhinoplasty - something I wanted done for over a decade. I also had my original breast implants (not originally by Dr. Lee) redone. I had virtually no pain from either procedure and couldn't believe it as I was preparing for the worst, especially on the rhino. I am so pleased with my results that I couldn't imagine going somewhere else. Completely natural appearing and that was my goal. I'm not sure where his pricing compares to other surgeons, but I would hands down pay top dollar for his expertise and judgement. (Do not let a couple thousand dollars deter you from making a decision that permanently changes your body.)

He is the BEST. Far exceeding my expectations, in every. He was attentive, informative, spent a lot of time during consult, made me feel like I was his most important patient. But what truly sets him apart is his commitment to excellence. And the outcome was even greater than I imagined - he is second to none!! I definitely recommend Dr. Lee.

I was fortunate enough to have Dr Lee who is double board certified- as the associate professor at UTSOUTHWESTERN Residents Plastic Surgery Clinic. He was awesome! I would recommend Dr. Michael Lee to anyone! I was so impressed with his bedside manner and my results, I suggested my mother see him as well. My thighs have always been where I carried my weight and I have always been insecure about my cellulite. Dr. Lee made me feel very comfortable and improved my confidence tremendously!

Dr. Lee is the best!! He is thorough, professional, great bedside manner, and his work is amazing. He really listens, explains the safest and best option for you. He has performed two procedures on me and I was extremely satisfied. He is the only one I trust. You will not be disappointed.

I had a slight hump in my nose as well as a drooping nose tip. I felt like I had a witch-like appearance. I had the hump filed down to more of a perfect angle, the upper bones broken and narrowed a bit and cartilage added to the tip to prevent it from hanging downward. I experienced almost no bleeding after the surgery. I had very little bruising. I expected black eyes, however, I only had slight yellowing under the eyes, and it went away before the week had ended. I was able to stop taking pain pills after 2 days. I was diligent with my meds the first 2 days to prevent pain, but by the 3 day I was only taking an antibiotic. Sometimes I could breathe quite easily, while other times I felt a little stuffy. There was never complete blockage like I had expected. He did not pack my nose internally. Instead, I had a cast (for lack of proper verbiage) covering my nose. After one week I was able to have to the cast and the stitches under my nose removed. It was amazing to see the difference! What bothered me the most after surgery were the dried bits of blood inside my nose that I couldn't get out. I wanted to blow my nose, but of course, I couldn't. It also bothered me that I had lots of clogged pores after a week of my nose being covered with tape. I guess it's a minimal price to pay for a new nose. :-) The one thing that truly surprised me was how long it took me to feel like myself again. I thought being off pain meds after 2 days would allow me to bounce back quickly. However, I would think I had energy and felt great, but when I got up to move around the house, I would tire very easily. It wasn't until day 6 post op that I actually got out of the house and didn't take a nap all day. I'm 2 and a half weeks out of surgery, and the swelling is continuing to subside. As the swelling lessens, the pain in my nose is also dissipating. As of the now the tip is still fairly sore, but since there are still stitches inside, that's understandable. My experience with rhinoplasty was an extremely pleasant one, although I'm sure that most of that is due to a fabulous surgeon. I am excited, and can't wait to see the final results.
