Amazing- we discussed what my expectations were and he was honest with what my real results would be. Because I have three children but still young, I was borderline between needing a lift and placing implants under the muscle or simply doing augmentation above the muscle. I chose the later simply because I didn't want to longer recovery and scar and because it would give me a fuller look. He knew I wanted a natural look but still noticeable increase in breast size. It's been a year since my surgery and I am so happy with the results. There are times I wonder if I should have gone slightly bigger (I can't recall the exact size, 485 CC I believe) but then my husband reminds me that Dr. Burns went larger during the procedure but they did not appear natural on my body and gave me a playmate appearance which he knew I wanted to avoid. He was very mindful of my body and my expectations and he delivered! I would recommend him to anyone and I would/will use him again when the time comes. I also had the laser on my face, combined with a lower face lift. I have been totally thrilled with my results on both counts. Aside from his medical expertise, he runs a first class practice and his staff is second to none. The laser on my face was the absolute BEST decision I could have made. It did take a couple of months to see final results, down time was the only snag...but I experienced no pain whatsoever. I recommend this procedure to anyone who truly wants to get the best results for looking 10 years younger. This is not an exaggeration! I have now stopped using fillers. My experience is that Dr. Jay Burns is a man of integrity, dedicated to bringing the best possible results to every patient he sees. Having him redo my previous cosmetic work was the best decision. Absolutely amazing experience! Top notch! I went in with the expectation that I would at least be happy with my revision after regretting my first augmentation more than 15 years ago. I came out stunned!

I could not be happier with my decision. It has been almost a year since my breast augmentation, and I am still completely satisfied. Our first appointment, he was running a little behind, so he came in to let us know it would be a little bit. He started by saying "I take my time with each patient..." Then stopped himself and said, "what I hope you'll see is..." From that moment, my husband and I knew he was the right fit. That spoke more to us than a thousand pictures of what he's done. His character is second to none, and the fact that he is a phenomenal surgeon is icing on the cake. After nursing two babies, he restored me to my pre-baby self, and I could not be more grateful!

Dr. Burns was professional and realistic in explaining what he could do. He delivered on each promise and plan. Follow up was excellent, and his nurse is caring and capable. My results exceeded my expectations. While he could not smooth out all of my acne scars, he knocked every wrinkle off my upper lip!

Excellent experience. The results have exceeded my expectations. I was attending a dinner party 36 hours after surgery with minimal pain medication. Bruising was minimal and is almost nonexistent 19 days later. The entry points healed quickly. I had excercised and dieted to the point where I knew Lipo was the only was to eliminate these minor embarrassments. I should have done it 10 years ago. Money well spent.

I have always been super skinny. 5'4 and 108 lbs and size A cup. I decided I really wanted a more womanly figure. I had 355cc under the muscle. I ended up going to a DD which is bigger than I expected but I am very happy with the results! My friends who knew I had surgery have all said that it looks very natural as if I had always looked that way. I had my done over the summer since I teach and didn't want to worry about recovery time. It took a couple of weeks for me to not feel sore and tired all the time. I think the results are definitely worth being sore for a few weeks and am glad that I did it!

I wanted to try coolsculpting for my stubborn lower abdomen/excess skin from having 3 kids! I am very happy with the results. I can see the difference after having only one procedure. The office also took "before"photos and had me return 3 months later to take the "after" pictures. I could really see the difference when I compared the photos! I definitely recommend it!
