I researched a few doctors for over a year before deciding on Randy Sanovich. I even ate a deposit on another doctor that I booked before finding Sanovich. He was extremely patient with my worries and there was a patient coordinator, Elsa, that was quick to respond; she was super patient and I could tell she was genuine... not uppity at all. He handled all that I threw at him and wasn't daunted by my pickiness. Before him, I had a chin implant performed twice so he had to take that out and all the scar tissue with it. The scan is worth paying for. I had him tweak a few more things I didn't like on myself which I was pleased with after. I have read there is pain and I can honestly say that I had none. It was uncomfortable and the blood at my gums was kinda scary. I was a pro by then at surgery and ready to be swollen/bruised for awhile so that was no big deal. I am finally confident in my looks. This pic is only about 4 months out so it'll look even better in a couple more. He goes the extra mile after treatment as well by checking on his patients and any extra little tweak that needs handling. Steroid shots, lasers, and botox for free. Not to be anymore shallow BUT his staff didn't make me feel threatened either. Alot of doctors have nurses that are dolled up and like walking billboards; and the way they look at you just feels like you're nothing..Sanovich has real down to earth women employed and it was refreshing. This clinic is my favorite so far and I've been to several.

I’ve had a crooked jaw my entire life. In 2017, I finally had corrective jaw surgery to fix my crossbite and other jaw issues. It was recommended to get a genioplasty at this time, but I opted not to. Fast forward to 2021, I loved my teeth and jaw but hated that my chin was still so asymmetrical. I combined a genioplasty and surgical lip lift in one surgery and I am so happy with my results. My chin was so crazy crooked before my surgery and I’m so happy with the results. I’m still healing and will have the 100% true results around a year post-op.

Dr. Sanovich and his team were so incredible to me every step of the way through my jaw surgery journey. Dr. Sanovich has been an All star from day one. As a double-board-certified surgeon in oral and maxillofacial as well as facial cosmetic surgery, Randy was able to take care of all my needs during the same operation. For reference: my case was the following. You have a Class III bite, Mild upper crowding, Mandibular midline shift left. Shallow Overbite, Slightly excessive overjet. Right posterior crossbite tendency, posterior crossbite on the left. Narrow Upper Arch, Retrognathic maxilary structures.  Treatment included: BSSO (lower jaw), Lefort (upper jaw), cheek implants, and a Mandibular Jaw Angle Implant. Cosmetic Result: corrected my asymmetric face do to the cant, brought my face forward, gave me volume in my mid face. I can breath much better now, don’t have any jaw pain and don’t grind my teeth like I did before. 2 months post op and recovery is coming along great! I recommend Dr. Sanovich to anyone thinking about going through with Double Jaw surgery

It took me a long time to decide to write this review, but I think it is important for anyone considering surgery to have a full picture of the Dr. and their practice. Sorry if this is long but I feel it's important to go into detail. I went to Dr. Sandovich for a consultation for a cheek implant revision. Had them done previously when I lived in Los Angeles and had them in for about five years. I liked the volume it gave my, so I didn't want to go back to baseline I just wanted a smaller and softer implant. Dr. Sandovich was very attentive and thorough during the consultation. He answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. However, after I paid my deposit things changed. He wasn't planning on attending my preoperative appointment so I had to request his presence. I found this very surprising because I have had other procedures done with other doctors and they always met with me during the preoperative appointment and went over everything in detail. It had also been 7 months since my consult. He finally did meet with me for probably less than 2 minutes. He was very short. Morning of surgery he didn't meet with me either or do any preoperative markings. Again, I have never had this experience with any surgery. I told the surgical nurse that I wanted to speak with him. He finally came in when I was hooked up to IV and spoke to me for probably less than a minute. I was very nervous that he did no preoperative marking so I asked if we should look and some photos on my phone of what I wanted, and he flat out told me no. When I woke up from surgery, he told me he had placed 2 implants on each cheek. That made absolutely no sense considering I said I wanted less and not more projection. Also, he took out my previous implant and then basically replaced them with the same ones and added two more. He clearly didn't listen to my desires as a patient at all. I was expecting bruising and swelling for a couple weeks as is normal with most procedures. And considering I had this same procedure done in the past I knew what to expect. I looked like a complete side show freak. My family members were horrified. My father even told me he was afraid for me to go back to Dr Sandovich and begged me to go to Los Angeles and have them removed. As the swelling went down it was clear the implants were completely mal placed. The Dr. finally agreed to take them out at close to the 3-week mark. If you research this procedure most if the swelling should be gone at the 2-week mark. I even threw my daughter a party at around three weeks post op the first time I had this done and I looked great. This time I couldn't even leave my house it looked so bad. The Dr then blamed me for not giving the healing process enough time. I will attach photos and you tell me how long you would be willing to wait with your face looking like that. It was far beyond normal bruising and swelling. I looked disfigured. Thankfully after removal I look normal again. On the positive the surgical nurses and staff at this place are friendly and attentive. Other than that I did not have a good experience.
