I am 36 years old, 5’8” and around 145 lbs. After nursing 3 kids I was ready to have fuller, more symmetrical breasts, so absolutely no regrets with either the surgery or the surgeon. I would highly recommend Dr. Bishara for any cosmetic procedures. The office staff is wonderful, his bedside manner puts you completely at ease. No matter how many times I called to voice concerns pre or post op, they were there for me. And his work speaks for itself!. Just shy of 1 month post op, and I love them!

I received the FaceTite Treatment last week and it was awesome! No downtime, I was able to walk out of the office just fine. Only had bruising for a couple days after and the results so far are great and are suppose to continue to improve over the next 6 months so I can't wait!

My experience with Dr. Bishara begins with me being very apprehensive and a little nervous. My hair started thinning in my early 30’s. Eventually I was forced to just shave it. I tried to keep the embarrassment to myself and act like it didn’t bother me....but deep down it did. So at this point I decided to do something about it. I started doing some research to figure out what was best for me. When I found Dr. Bishara that’s when my life changed. Not only did his staff put me at complete ease, they really cared about what my concerns were and they were more than eager to answer any questions I had. Greetings, I went to Dr. Bishara and his team at Paragon Plastic Surgery in Southlake in March 2018 for hair restoration surgery. This is an initial review that I will update in circa 6 months (as the results of the transplant become more apparent). Overall, The Doctor and his team deserve 5 stars. I visited 4 hair transplant experts across DFW, and chose Paragon Plastic Surgery as they were essentially the total package. Dr. Bishara sat down for almost an hour during our initial consult to hear about my wishes for hair restoration, to include whether what I wanted was even possible. He also explained 4 key steps, when taken together over time, that will ensure the long term viability of any transplanted hair. While not every expert that I talked to said the exact same things in terms of post-op medicine/processes, Dr. Bishara did not rule out those other perspectives in a rude way -- rather he explained that his understanding of the science gave him different conclusions. He was also not pushing product....if you did not want to move forward on a particular technology or item, he said ok and let you know it's potential impact in a professional way. I ended up doing 3,000 grafts, which took about 10 hours from start to finish. The team in the room, in addition to the doctor, were all friendly, funny, and made me feel as comfortable as possible. If I started feeling any pain, they were quick to give me more medicine as needed. In other words, I could not have imagined a smoother procedure from everyone in the office. I'm looking forward to seeing the results in the coming months and will provide an updated review later. Thanks again Dr. Bishara!

Dr. Bishara is the best! Extremely knowledgeable, kind and a true professional in every way. His staff works as a cohesive unit which left me with no worries that I was in good hands. If you choose to go with a different clinic then you are not choosing the best.

They are extremely responsive and they have followed up with me everyday following my surgery. They have been fantastic because they care about their patients. EVERYTHING about the experience was worthy of a "Five Star" review. Dr. Bishara is extremely personable and easy to speak with, yet also very knowledgeable, well-versed, and willing to answer and explain any question in a manner understandable to all. He perfectly toes the line of "professional" without being intimidating. By no means is he your typical plastic surgeon, just a down to earth guy who is one. The staff, too, was super friendly and helpful making everything simple as possible. Now to the procedure - anyone who is concerned about pain or discomfort need not worry. I was SHOCKED at how minimal the pain really was. Take a pill to relax, get filled with local anesthetic, and it's showtime. The procedure took several hours, but it's broken up into sections and I was free to drink water or use the restroom at my leisure. We even took a break for lunch and I watched a movie on Netflix. I'm only a few weeks post surgery but am very confident in Dr. Bishara and his staff and would recommend them to anyone interested.

Could not be more pleased with the level of professionalism, courtesy, and compassion that I was shown by all staff members. They spent time getting to know me personally throughout the procedure which made it feel more like hanging out than having surgery. I sincerely hope that the end results are on par with the excellent service. Would strongly recommend any of their services to anyone that is interested.

Five years ago I had a hair restoration procedure in Los Angeles. It went well, but I needed a touch up. I was told by the staff of Dr. Bishara that the technology had rapidly evolved, and it certainly has!! What I was unprepared for was the the team... when they assured me the day of the procedure how much pride they take in ensuring the procedure garners the best possible results I could tell there’s a culture in that office that exhibits well with patients such as myself. Hair loss is a battle, and I feel like I’ve finally found a long term ally to help me in that fight. I would tell anyone before considering a procedure in NY or LA look to Dr. Bishara and his team in the Dallas area. For quality, service and technology... you’re getting the best of the best.
