Great experience. Great result. Originally, I needed reconstructive nose surgery after a mohs procedure. The mohs procedure required and performed by a dermatologist left a divot in my nose. Dr. Sule performed reconstructive surgery to repair my nose. While he was at it, I requested a neck lift, too. Glad I chose Dr. Sule.

I came from out of state for a facelift, blepharoplasty, and brow lift because Dr. Sule was so highly recommended by a friend who had had the same surgery. My friend had the "refreshed" look I wished to have. I had consulted with plastic surgeons in my area, but did not feel confident that they understood my fear of looking "too different." It was very important to me NOT to LOOK like I had had plastic surgery and to have a doctor who I felt was listening to me. My concern was that deep lines and hooded eyes were making me look "hard, tired, and somewhat unfriendly." I found Dr. Sule to be genuine, humble, caring, and willing to spend as much time as I needed to have all my questions answered. Upon having surgery, I found Dr. Sule to be a perfectionist with a wonderful bedside manner. He was accessible when I had a question or concern and I personally really like him. Dr. Sule only does facial plastic surgery. I do not feel "overdone" and I feel like I look like a refreshed, happier sixty-something. He's rated Best of the Best by Dallas area PHYSICIANS....and I understand why. I highly recommend.

Excellent bedside manner, with an outstanding attention to detail, and beautiful results. Answers are questions with thorough explanations, and willingly gives all the time necessary for you to feel comfortable with your decision. Also, makes suggestions on how to improve on your ideas.

Today is day 6 of recovery, not counting surgery day. My first 4 days went great and I stayed in bed mostly and stayed on top of my meds to keep control. I did take several pictures before and also since surgery. After suffering with life-altering chronic sinus infections, I finally was forced to get sinus surgery. The whole kitten-kaboodle. I was extremely mad about having to get it the surgery and especially while having major dental issues at the same time. All my sinuses were blocked and primarily the infection was on the left side. With my severely deviated septum that was in an 's' shape, Dr. Sule did get it straight. I can tell just by looking at my nose head on. I couldn't get any type of insurance coverage to help with reshaping and repairing the multiple fractures, large bump and partially indented and large tip. I have dealt with this for as long as I can remember and I had the biggest hopes that I'd find a way to get Rhinoplasty done along with this surgery, but I was not able to. I did manage to get insurance coverage at 100% with zero out of pocket costs because I have been sending in medical claim after medical claim this year. United Healthcare PPO Choice Plus I believe. Yesterday, day 5, I went into my surgeon's office to have my post-surgery visit. I had the stitch or two clipped at the front of my nostrils, the smooth and long stents removed and gross stuff sucked out. I was finally able to breathe in the first time and it was great. Even so right now, I am able to breathe. Two hours after the appointment I bent over to pet my dog and my nose just started pouring blood. Now, I do not know why this happened, but it did make me feel ill with sinus pain on the left side and the bleeding was on the left side. The recovery was easier than yesterday and today. I had the bleeding fiasco and during that I was having to clear large blood clots one at a time, out the left nostril. The first one being so large and lodged that I could feel a blockage, I could feel the nostril itself on the side and i could feel something big and firm in that small space. I had to have my dad turn his head since he saw part of it come out. It was very disgusting. I also have pictures if anyone is that curious. :) I will be back to write more as time goes on. I will be back to Post Pictures! Thank you! Updated on 28 Sep 2016: I am doing well. I believe the first few weeks AFTER the initial 5 days is the worst. I wanted to itch and rub my nose so bad. I had to sleep with a mask or under the blankets to create my own humidity. Note- this was not painful, but extremely annoying. I have a tinge of infection still that I see, but I have a dental abscess in the exact same area (by maxillary sinus on troubled left side) and when that is addressed soon, I believe I will be better. I am way better than I was. I was chronically ill for at least six months with severe sinus infection.

By far the best plastic surgeon in Dallas!! He's my go-to Doctor for anything having to do with my face. Sandy takes the time for detailed consultations and his bedside manner is beyond compare. After a horrible accident a few years ago, he "put me back" together on a Sunday afternoon. An amazing Doctor and a true friend.

As I have aged I have had a chin that for lack of a better term, was starting to disappear. With that, I was not terribly fond of my nose as it was broken in an athletic event as a kid and was never correctly set. So with the disappearance of my chin and a horribly bent nose that promoted snoring issues, I moved forward with researching plastic surgeons who could help improve my look, my self-image and my quality of sleep which in return has improved my quality of life! I sought out a number of consultations (about an 8 month process, 5 surgeons in total) and as I went through the process, very few, if any took a true personal interest in my concerns nor compassionate to my needs. Felt as if I was just a number, hurried in and hurried out without a true concern for myself until I was recommended to Dr. Sule. After my first consultation with Dr. Sule, I had found a surgeon who took the time to listen to my needs and one who discussed my options in terms that I could understand. Dr. Sule was also up front with me in regards to what I did not need to get done as well. I have contemplated making the change for many years and was still a bit reluctant but moved forward with Dr. Sule and could not be more happier. I am roughly 6 weeks into recovery and the decision to move forward with Dr. Sule has not only been a great experience but has been life changing for myself. I had Rhinoplasty to correct crooked nose, for the first time in many years I am sleeping without waking myself or my wife and I can now smell things I never could of imagined. I also moved forward with a Chin Implant and Neck Liposuction which has dramatically improved my profile. Not even the same guy in terms of look, self-image and now never embarrassed of my profile that was slowly getting worse. This was a life decision for myself and I spent a ton of time looking for the right surgeon. I apologize for the length but I can save you some time with your research as my recommendation would be to first visit with Dr. Sule before spending time with others. Not only did Dr. Sule go above and beyond but his staff is about as good as it gets in terms of building a true relationship with their patients that is private and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Sule as he is truly an amazing surgeon that takes a genuine interest in his patients.

I've had several Restylane injections for my "hollowness" under my eyes over the years. I've been very happy with the results. Very long lasting on me for some reason (since 2009 - present 2016). I find that only Restylane and Juvaderm have any lasting affects on me. Restylane silk does nothing and once the swelling is gone , so is the effects. I've had some loss of volume on my cheek area under my eyes and it made me look saggy and some crepiness under my eyes. Dr Sule recommend using Restylane Lyft to plump things up. I agreed. Everything was similar to all the other injections but for the area that was injected. He told me that this filler was a bit thicker than the regular Restyland and was used alot for this area of the face. I bruised and swelled up the next day, nothing major but similar to before. Kinda looked like a bee sting. I did not take anything for the week before that would cause more bruising (fish oil, Advil....). I also took Quercetin with bromelain capsules and Arnicare tablets a few days before and after injections. I slept upright for about 5 nights to help with swelling and rubbed Arnicare cream on the site as well. I iced but only for the first 24 hrs off and on. I'm happy with the results really changed my look. Made me more perky and less tired looking. Healed up well but did take a good two weeks for it to smooth out. Hoping it lasts as long as the regular Restylane.

Dr. Sule and his assistant Marissa are the absolute best. I dreamed for over a year of getting a lip implant in my top lip that was disappearing due to bone lose from dentures at only 39 years old. He was very gentle, caring asked me alone the way how I was doing and if I needed breaks. I will definitely go to Dr. Sule for anything else I might want done. My lip is perfect, I couldn't be any more happier. Marissa is a wonderful delight always with a smile on her face and makes you feel at ease. Everything was explained to me throughly by Dr. Sule and Marissa so I could care for my perfect lip. I can't think him enough for making me feel confident again.

I was turning 60, and feeling and looking older with a turkey neck and jowls. Dr. Sule is wonderful. He answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed. He and his staff are professional and warm and caring. It has been a year since my surgery, and I could not be happier!!! I look 10 years younger, but do not look like I have had surgery....just better!. You can not go wrong with Dr. Sule. I also get botox with him, and it lasts much longer then anywhere else I have ever gone. He is the best!!
