A: Great question. It is a little hard to tell from the angle of the camera but it does appear your masseter muscle is enlarged so a muscle relaxer treatment could be of use. Some of the other challenges including the neck could possibly be improved with filler or Ultherapy. Again, difficult to tell but would encourage a free consultation.
