I will be having my BBL procedure done with Dr. Lawrence Broder. He is a top plastic surgeon in Austin, TX and a Core doctor on real self. I began my research for a BBL about 2 months ago and he was the most highly accredited doctor in the Austin area. I was be getting liposuction done on my abdomen and flanks. The liposuction taking place in my abdomen is classified as the "3 area abdomen". I'm not exactly certain what this means but I'm assuming by the nurses way of gaging how much fat should be transferred, it is the majority of my abdomen. I have yet to meet Dr. Broder but his staff that I have interacted with thus far have been very helpful. He has about 4 offices within Austin and his practice is booming! This fact definitely put my mind at ease. I have called his offices probably about 3 times a week with my millions of different questions. His team basically knows me by name now (HA!) and are very patient with me and my neurotic and anxious energy I've got as it pertains to my procedure. I know they are tired of me by now! Nah, I'm just kidding, they crack up when they realize it's me on the other end of the line and gratefully answer my crazy questions. I just have to put my mind at ease and cross my T's & dot my I's.
Dr. Broder doesn't have many reviews or pictures on this site as it pertains to his BBL work but the few women who have posted on real self about him have had great experiences. I have driven myself crazy thinking about the worries of everything going smoothly with my procedure and getting the results I want.
I'm not sure if I should purchase my Faja now or wait until after the procedure to get it. One of my Dr's real selfie users said that the garment given isn't enough to keep the mid section supported - so I should just go and purchase an extra one for support. I'm willing to but I don't want to get the wrong size and have to wait for another to come in the mail.
I have watched SO many videos, read SO many reviews, researched SO many garments into the wee hours of the night, I cannot wait to finally get on his operating table. Then and only then will I be able to finally relax. Lol!
I'm getting close though;
Tomorrow Is my pre - op appointment with Dr. Broder at 9:15 am. I will be his first appointment of the day and I am so glad about it because I can meet with him while his mind is fresh, so that I can pick his brain. Hehe!
My surgery date is Wednesday Dec. 21st.. I will be getting a hotel that is about 5 minutes from the surgery site so that I can easily come into his office the next morning so that he can check that I am healing properly.
In this thread I have posted my pre op photos.
I am hoping to have a 28 inch waist and 44 inch butt.

Wish pics.My wish pics are realistic. They are real self dolls that have had succesful BBL expermirror. that I hope to mirrorI have a very wide bumm but I was born with ZERO volume. I want the roundness to match the width of my derriere. I'm not super picky about the shape of my body but I just really hope that the size I am hoping to have will be proportionate to my body. The measurements I'd like are are 28 inch waist with a 44 inch bumm.

Today I officially met Dr. Broder at my pre opp appointment. He came in to examime my body and greet me.
He suggested I get my back rolls taken out as well to get the
complete result I was seeking. So I will now be getting my 3 area
abdomen, flanks and back roll. Oh! I also learned that the 3 area
abdomen is my lower, mid and top abdomen.
This is all very
exciting! The nurses drew my blood today and I picked up my prescription
meds from the pharmacy. Ill start taking those tmre night to begin to
relax me before my procedure.
Procedure is in 2 days! Yaaayyy

Ive already start3d taking my pre op pills. Today is the day of my procedure. Here are photos of all of my MUST HAVES. I only endedbup spending 90 bucks on all of these products. Its so worth it to make the investment in getting these things because half of the success in having ideal BBL results is based on your recovery treatment.
MUST HAVES ARE:
Baby wipes or disposable washcloths to clean yourself until you can shower again
Anti-bacterial soap to clean your incisions
Neosporin for drain sites after they're removed
Alcohol pads to make the area sterile before taking your Heparin shots (to prevent blood clots)
Gauze pads & medical tape to redress drain tubes
Camisoles/tank-tops to wear under garment to avoid skin irritation
Maxi dress or something loose fitting that's easy to slip on and off after surgery
Easy slip-on shoes
Larger underwear (for BBL procedure only)
Compression garment
Epifoam or board
Arnica tablets to help with bruising and swelling
Stool softener/laxatives
Can't wait to head to the surgery site!!!!

Dr. Broder and his team are absolutely the best! They are professional, sincere and efficient at their work. I was very nervous when Dr. Broder first started working on me but he made funny jokes and played groovy music for me in the background for me to snap my fingers to while i was on the opersting table. The nurses held my hand and rubbed my arms when i needed a bit of comforting. I had a fantastic experience at Beleza. My body looks amazing and my self esteem has skyrocketed do to them!
