My experience with Dr.Binur was really nice. He was attentive during consultation and pre-op. His staff from the receptionist to the nurse and anesthesiologist was exceptional! Love my results so far!

Had silicone implants 50 yrs. ago in San Diego, CA. Doctor in Port Arthur, TX replaced granulated silicone implants with 350 cc saline implants under the muscle 8 yrs. ago, The replacement implants were too large and I have never been happy with their size. I wore minimizer bras and carefully chose my wardrobe to hide how large they were. Same doctor removed them on Sept. 29 under a local in his office. Took a Xanax 1 hr. before surgery. No numbing gel but shots weren't that bad. Felt pain when cutting on outer perimeter of scars. One implant burst during the extraction. No sign of any problems with implants that were removed or breasts. Only small bandages and sterri-strips was applied. The bandages were removed during the follow up visit the next day. Will get the stitches out Oct. 12. The doctor prescribed pain pills with codeine but I didn't like the side effects so I used two pills the first night only. Too much activity so I took a full strength aspirin last night (8th day after surgery). I am still taking the Doxycycline Hyclate 100MG tablets. So thankful for this website and want to thank all the ladies for giving their reviews. It really helped me before and after the procedure. The breasts aren't full and probably never will be as full as I'd like but I am pleased with them and so very glad I had them removed. I'm wearing sports bras and bought some new bras to wear when I leave the house. Although I was a B cup before, I wear a 34 D now. The inner top pole on breasts don't quite fill out the tops of the bra but 34 C are too small. If they don't improve I will still be happy with the way they look. Wish I hadn't replaced the silicone implants 8 yrs ago with more implants but was very fortunate nothing bad has happened as a result. The breasts were pretty and I had no problems with them - just too large and wanted my natural and soft breasts back. Very glad I had the implants removed and happy I didn't have the lift. At my age did not want anything but natural breasts. Never regretted getting the implants but they were the original Dow implants and found out I have many symptoms that were because of them. Not sure if all my symptoms were from implants or not but I'm happy they're out. Too soon to see if any of the muscle and joint pain, etc. stops. I am very active and do my own yard and gardening and handyman jobs and exercise regularly so that has really kept me from lots of medical problems. i was so nervous didnt hurt like i thought mini pin pricks, doctor said to not bend down or over for 1 day, heres wishing me luck to good results i belive i had 20 units, i layed back in a chair had ice pack on my head prior to injections , then he asked me to frown injected me in forhead then asked me to frown up and injected. i just arrived home. i kow it takes days before i see results but i will follow instruction and not bend over so am staying home next 24hrs. my first time so anyone else with any advise me most greatfull Updated on 22 May 2013: uploaded first pic me frowning so you can see line prior to botox, then picture of me normal before botox as you can see when i dont frown its fine. and third picture was just now, 24hrs after botox.. results already starting to come through will keep you updated as i know takes 4-5 days for full results. Updated on 23 May 2013: Well its been two days I'm.at work.did my make up as usual and I swear skin on right eye lid is there??? I never had skin on my eye lid before wtf, is this normal??? i had tummy tuck breast lift and implants 18days ago i had my second drain removed yesterday. Now i have a hard lump inbetween my chest cavaity i originally thought it was caused from the drain and when it was removed it would go down but it has not.It is not really sore r nething.My experince overall has been great i could have never imagined the out come to be so awesome.I am concerned about the lump in my chest is it someting my go away over time??

No pros yet. Cons include the reddening and burning.I sought treatment because I've read that at my age (28) it may be okay to start treatment with a retinoid. I have a few fine lines on my forehead.I was started on Retin-A 0.1% cream for fine lines and have used it for four consecutive days. I am experiencing reddening and a burning, tightening sensation mainly around my nose (extending out 1 inch) but also above my eyebrows. I am wondering if this dose is too high to be started on, and your opinion on how I should proceed with this treatment.
