Had silicone implants 50 yrs. ago in San Diego, CA. Doctor in Port Arthur, TX replaced granulated silicone implants with 350 cc saline implants under the muscle 8 yrs. ago, The replacement implants were too large and I have never been happy with their size. I wore minimizer bras and carefully chose my wardrobe to hide how large they were. Same doctor removed them on Sept. 29 under a local in his office. Took a Xanax 1 hr. before surgery. No numbing gel but shots weren't

i was so nervous didnt hurt like i thought mini pin pricks, doctor said to not bend down or over for 1 day, heres wishing me luck to good results i belive i had 20 units, i layed back in a chair had ice pack on my head prior to injections , then he asked me to frown injected me in forhead then asked me to frown up and injected. i just arrived home. i kow it takes days before i see results but i will follow instruction and not bend over so am staying home next 24hrs. my first time

Lump in Chest After Tummy Tuck, Breast Lift and Implants
i had tummy tuck breast lift and implants 18days ago i had my second drain removed yesterday. Now i have a hard lump inbetween my chest cavaity i originally thought it was caused from the drain and when it was removed it would go down but it has not.It is not really sore r nething.My experince overall has been great i could have never imagined the out come to be so awesome.I am concerned about the lump in my chest is it someting my go away over time??

No pros yet. Cons include the reddening and burning.I sought treatment because I've read that at my age (28) it may be okay to start treatment with a retinoid. I have a few fine lines on my forehead.I was started on Retin-A 0.1% cream for fine lines and have used it for four consecutive days. I am experiencing reddening and a burning, tightening sensation mainly around my nose (extending out 1 inch) but also above my eyebrows. I am wondering if this dose is too high to be started
