Let me start by saying I had struggled with abnormally large breast ever since I can remember, starting around maybe 11 years of age. I always thought I would have to wait majority of my life to actually get rid of the literal boulders weighing me down. I am 16 days post breast reduction. Dr. Sharma and his team have single-handedly changed my life. I am so beyond grateful. He listened to my concerns and goals and applied them to the procedure. I went to Dr. Sharma because after YEARS of neck pain, physical therapy, neck steroid injections, Yoga and chiropractors I had a hunch it was my 34F cups that were causing me so many issues. I went to Dr. Sharma a few times over the course of 2-3 years. When your breasts are causing you pain there are very few doctors in Austin that will work with insurance companies to get reductions covered. The first time I went to Dr. Sharma he and Sarah, his nurse, put me immediately at ease. They knew exactly the pain and challenges I had had over the years (even breastfeeding my son) and I finally felt like someone was hearing me and I wasn't crazy!. However, at the time my insurance company treated ANY breast surgery as aesthetic only. Nothing to do with the adverse effects they were causing ion the rest of my body. Fast forward to this year and new insurance, Dr. Sharma's team worked with my insurance and I was approved lickety split. I cannot even begin to express how amazing and life changing this procedure was for me. Dr. Sharma, Sarah and the rest of this office staff AND the surgical teams are all women, and amazing women at that. I felt so comfortable and taken care of....i could go on and on. This was life changing for me. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sharma and his staff.

I had did so much research and ran across Dr Sharma through my insurance, from before surgery to only a day post op im more then happy to say he did a amazing job and has been nothing but friendly and informative throughout the entire process. I’m so happy I choose him and he did a amazing job at keeping all my incisions to a bare minimum. Updated on 27 Jul 2021: Looking good so far clean cuts, with lots of bruising. Little to no pain even with no pain medication. I’m managing with lots of rest and fluids. Slight burning sensations from armpit/drain area nothing unbearable. Updated on 1 Aug 2021: I’m Exhausted but really no pain at all. This has been easier then my two other surgeries that were way less invasive. However I still have a ways to go i am pleased with the incisions and result this far. My left breast is way less swollen however bruising is more noticeable under my breast. I was able to pickup a bra from target in L never could’ve fit that prior to surgery but have to wait a little longer before I can wear it because it rubs the underboob a little to much even being so soft I like the sports bras stretchy material. I am already so relieved and happy with my life changing decision. Updated on 8 Aug 2021: 11 days post op. still lots of swelling a scab fell off my left nipple thought it was bruising but i was wrong. However bruising changes everyday gets better on the tops of breast and seems to change on the side more then anything I am more bruised now on sides. Still taking it easy though. Updated on 19 Aug 2021: Finally 3 weeks out bruising is going away however left breast is still swollen see the surgeon on Tuesday so I’m sure we will get better reasoning for that. Hopefully no more hematoma, and hopefully the swelling will be down sooner rather then later. Updated on 31 Aug 2021: 5 weeks out no major issues other then few stitches popping out but they have healed up already and the hematoma is subsided. I can finally sleep on my sides again with no issues, but still prefer my back over the sides. My left breast is is finally pretty even with the right one and the scars are pretty minimal. Super happy with my results and I’m excited to finally be able to go out without bras and workout again! Updated on 11 Sep 2021: I have completely went back to normal workouts and activities with no issues. My healing is going great. Scars are minimal. Scar nipple rings, Scar tape and scar cream from Amazon have been the best for the scars. Updated on 28 Sep 2021: Nipples are finally both normal again took awhile for the left nipple to be erect at the same time as the right they usually were switching. But things are all good now. I have lost another 10 pounds since surgery and I have plans for future Lipo now that I have a waistline. But ready to get rid of my stomach. Back pain is gone.

I've seen Dr. Sharma for over 10 years for various procedures. I've had a tummy tuck and breast reduction as well as an upper eye lid lift. He had also performed a hand surgery on me for a trigger finger. All these procedures were done to my satisfaction and I was monitored closely. Dr. Sharma is always personable and takes his time answering all my many questions. My last experience was a face lift in May 2019. I used to be ashamed of the way I looked because the outside didn't match the inside After the face lift I felt great. I go out more, dress nicer and wear makeup now. My body is 52 but my spirit is 26 and now they match better thanks to Dr. Sharma.

First of all, his staff was wonderful in working me into his schedule and taking care of my need. I was also very impressed with Dr Sharma’s examination and suggestions for my care! I am anxious to see how he will resolve the problem.

I can't say enough about Dr. Sharma! I was pretty darn close to losing my arm (wakeboarding accident), and Dr. Sharma was able to put me back together :) I had 5 surgeries with Dr. Sharma over the course of 11 days and each time I went under, I felt completely safe and assured that I was in great hands. Honestly, I owe him more than he'll ever know. 5 months ago I was worried about having to buy T-shirts with one sleeve, and here I am today, showing off my scars and ready to get back out on the water! Very gratifyingly- he’s top notch in his field and I am pretty happy with my results from Duputyrn’s contracture Repair. I’m only 12 weeks out but my scaring is going down significantly. Highly recommend Dr. Sanjay Sharma for any Hand sylurgery you may be considering!

This is my first time ever getting a surgery by choice. I would have to say that Dr. Sharma along with his staff was amazing. His nurse Sarah helped me with every lil detail that I had problems with. She would reply to my emails with solutions even on the weekends. She gave me that personalized care like I was her only patient. As I am still healing, I am very very happy with the results. You can’t go wrong by choosing this team.
