Hip & Butt Enhancement
The Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) not only enhances your buttocks: it transforms your overall shape into an hourglass figure. In my Austin practice, I perform 360 liposuction in multiple areas of your body, including the abdomen and love handles, removing unwanted fat to sculpt and narrow the waist. The fat is processed and transferred to the buttocks to add volume and contour, lifting the butt and making it look tighter and rounder. Patients look absolutely phenomenal after Brazilian Butt Lift surgery.
The myth about BBL is that it’s just for people who want a massive booty so they can be Instafamous. The truth is that most of our patients feel very square and just want a more hourglass figure that will look good in everything from dresses to a bikini.

Post-Pregnancy Procedures
Mommy makeovers are extremely popular because the procedure can restore a woman’s body to the shape she had before having kids. Not every mommy makeover is the same, but it commonly includes a breast lift with augmentation to shape and reposition breasts that have lost volume after having children.
A tummy tuck is also typically a part of the mommy makeover because the abdominal muscles have usually been stretched during childbearing beyond what exercise alone can repair. Along with tightening loose muscles, the procedure can remove excess abdominal skin. In my Austin office, we also perform liposuction and fat transfer to the butt (aka BBL) with practically every mommy makeover, to fully enhance a woman’s figure. We call it the modern mommy makeover.
New advancements in tummy tuck surgery, such as improved pain control methods and special suturing techniques that don’t require drains, have made the mommy makeover a much easier procedure with less recovery time.
Breast Surgery
I see a wide range of patients interested in breast enhancement, and they usually have the same goal: they want to feel more confident in their clothes and body image. Many of them have lost weight and volume, have naturally small breasts, or have deflated breasts due to pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Breast augmentation is typically done with breast implants. They come in a variety of sizes, so women can have the surgery tailored to their desires. With the right plastic surgeon to guide you, you won’t have the overly round breast implants that many women fear. Surgery and recovery are straightforward for the majority of my patients, and they’re extremely happy with their results.
Women who want to improve the shape and position of their breasts can have a breast lift. A lift changes the shape and moves the nipple up so the breast looks rounder and more perky. Once I get the shape and position perfect, patients can decide if they want an implant to give their breasts more fullness.

JF: It was an evolution. I did several fellowships, including one at Miami Plastic Surgery for three years. BBL was the number–one procedure I did there. When I opened my practice in Austin, there was a need for Brazilian Butt Lift surgery but no one was performing it here in Austin. It quickly became far and above the top procedure I performed.
RS: What’s special about your results?
JF: Perfection is something I strive for. My anesthesiologist says I’m the best liposuction person in town because I don’t get tired or bored and move on. I go at it until it’s perfect.
RS: What sets your practice apart?
JF: People feel really comfortable here. Patients like that they can talk to me and get an honest answer. Sometimes it’s not what they want to hear, including that they’re not a good candidate for a procedure. But those people refer so many people to me, because—in the end—they always appreciate that I was honest.
Patients appreciate our upfront nature about everything. For instance, we’re in the process of listing all of our prices online—from injectables and facials to surgical procedures. We want to be as transparent with pricing as is humanly possible, to help guide patients to what’s in their budget.
