Dr. Ledbetter, Natalie, and their whole staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell they really care for their patients. He is straightforward when I ask what I need and doesn't try to upsell something that I may not actually need (even though I may want it, ha!). Billy, Natalie and the team at L Aesthetics are wonderful and I love getting treatments there. I've now had 3 treatments with them that have left my 50+ year old face and skin feeling fabulous and looking rejuvenated! The medical-grade facial was wonderful: cleaning, clearing, brightening and tightening (pores), and completely surpassed my expectations. I've also had two BBL (BroadBand Light) treatments, about 6 months apart, which have managed to even out my skin tone, eliminate almost all of my redness (due to mild rosacea), and greatly diminish the pesky spider veins that were peeking through the skin on my face! The facilities here are brand new, comfortable and state-of-the-art, and the team is genuinely friendly, caring and compassionate with the highest integrity. Natalie and Billy are wonderful, they make you feel so comfortable just being there. I was a little nervous about what I wanted, and after some discussion, and a skin analysis, we decided on DERMAPLANING, with a HYDRO-FACIAL!! The whole process was relaxing, and Natalie is really knowledgeable about skincare and the aging process. After the procedure my skin was so soft, "like a babies bottom"........ My skin tends to be dry and after the dry Texas heat, I can never put enough moisturizer on... the products recommended as well as the combination of treatments was really what my skin needed!!!! I would recommend them with no hesitation, they care about what's right for your skin type and give you choices, which is what I liked! I am discovering all kinds of fine lines, that apparently normal with age, that are my list to knockout..........I can't wait to go back and see what they recommend next!!!!
If you want to waste your time, make an appointment to see Dr. Ledbetter. His staff was unprofessional and disorganized at intake, and after a long wait....when Dr. Ledbetter finally came in, he told me that he couldn't do the scheduled treatment because he was out of supplies. When I asked him why I wasn't called to cancel or reschedule the appointment, he got rude and said that that wasn't his job. Real class act.
It was an amazing experience and treatment, I have done it 3 times now and I should do it every month but because of work I could not make it. The treatment, the equipment, all the tools, the atmosphere, the price and most importantly the experience and skill set of Bill on this matter it’s outstanding. I have seen such a great improvement in my skin, much better than I expected. None of you should hesitate to do it!!!.
