5 out of 5 stars Chin Implant

Best Plastic Surgeon in the Austin Area - Austin, TX

Dr. Buckingham is the best plastic surgeon in Austin. Everything he did was subtle, which is what I was looking for. I wanted to look younger so I had a chin implant, facial fat transfer and a mini neck lift. I had a lot of puffiness during recovery, which was explained, but it got better everyday and I feel like now it looks completely natural. It’s exactly what I was hoping for and it was...

I Look So Much Younger! -Austin, TX

I had a Lower Blepharoplasty done on Dec. 19. I discovered Dr. Buckingham on the Internet and I liked the positive patient reviews about him. The consultation was informative, detailed, and the staff was efficient. The procedure was a very good experience for me. I was able to see the results in about a month and the feedback I am getting is that I look younger, refreshed.

5 out of 5 stars Neck Lift

His Office Staff Was Wonderful-Austin, TX

Dr. Buckingham performed my Neck and Lower Facelift on Feb. 13. I chose him based on recommendations. The consultation was wonderful. He instilled confidence in me and he was very attentive and wanted to be sure all my questions were answered. He sat down with me and I didn't feel rushed in any way. It was just perfect. The surgery was uneventful. I mean, I got precisely what I asked for in a relatively easy and painless procedure. The follow-up care was perfect. The results are what I wanted. Nothing really obvious - just a few things I wanted resolved that had been bothering me. I am thrilled with the subtle results and would recommend Dr. Buckingham without any qualification, and have done so. He is caring, informative, sensitive, and a good listener.

Dr Buckingham -Austin, TX

After I visited with Dr. Buckingham the first time, I was really impressed with his expertise. I wanted to improve the look of my overall face. I had a chin augmentation done before more than 10 years ago. He pointed out that he could improve the look of my face especially by replacing the chin implant and doing some work along the eyelid area. I kind of agreed with what he recommended. The experience was amazing from pre-op to the day of the surgery. The follow-up and everything was wonderful. It was such a great experience.

Scar Revision and Lower Face and Neck Lift -Austin Texas

A friend found this practice online after an extensive search. I sought out Dr. Buckingham via his webpage to consult with him over excessive scar tissue formation resulting from a precious neck lift. Upon meeting him and dealing with his incredible staff, I decided to also have a face and neck lift while under the IV sedation. I learned the most about him and his procedures on his webpage -especially on the videos of him explaining each procedure. He posts photos of his real patients, and there are even more to see in his office. I now know how incredibly important it is to do your research. I could not be any happier, and it has only been 8 days. I think I will be able to wear a ponytail again! Also, I had no idea how many years are removed when the chin and jowl area are cleaned up a bit. Dr. Buckingham is not into a pulled look; as a result none of his office staff look garish; believe me, that speaks volumes!!!

5 out of 5 stars Revision Rhinoplasty

Revision Rhinoplasty - Austin, TX

On February 13th I had a Revision Rhinoplasty. I wasn't happy with my result the first time. I'm a lot older now but I just felt more confident so I wasn't nervous, and then, of course, there was better staff now too, like the facility, the nurses were a lot more competent, and I liked the facility better. The recovery was less. I'd say about three weeks less. The nose now is proportionate to...

My Upper Bleph and Facelift -Austin, TX

I had the Upper Blepharoplasty, and then I had a Limited Incision Facelift and that was March 7th of this year. Dr. Buckingham was suggested to me by a friend and just seemed to be the best at what he does. It's like he is an expert so I was really pleased of the consultation and that's why I chose him, and I was not disappointed. The staff here is 100% professional. He is 100% and I rarely...

Rhinoplasty Job Well Done -Austin, TX

I had my nose broken 3 different times when I was a kid (I am 31 now) and I never had it reset after it was broken any of the 3 times so it is safe to say my nose was crooked and I couldn't breathe out of one side of my nose. I looked for plastic surgeons in Austin TX online and came across Dr Buckingham's website and it was very helpful with all the information it had and the before and...

A Bit of Swelling but That is Normal -Austin, TX

It’s been three months since and I had a Minimal Incision Mid Face lift and an Eyelid lift. When looking for a doctor to do these procedures. I wanted somebody who was board certified and who had a good reputation. I had been to Dr. Buckingham's office before for Botox. Having had that experience I inquired to see if I could have a consultation with him. It was very thorough and I felt,...

Very Good Hand, Laser Magician - Manhattan, NY

The recovery was fairly easy. In my case, you just have to make sure to wear a lot of sun block after the procedure, especially that when I did it in September. It was still pretty warm weather, so I just have to make sure to follow all of the instructions. Basically, you wear a lot of Vaseline, like a type of Vaseline product on your face for a while, but again they're very specific and very...
