Very Satisfied with the Results - Austin, TX

I have been at this office several times, the doctor is very kind and professional, I am satisfied with the results, I believe he likes what he does and he tries to do his best every time. Once I had a reaction to the treatment, I called his cellphone and he immediately called back (it was a Sunday) and gave me a prescription. I was at the Steiner Ranch clinic and everyone was very nice and...

1 out of 5 stars Exilis

Age 46, Exillis, Restylane, IPL, Botox with Dr. Lain and Pflugerville Dermatology - Pflugerville, TX

I only met Dr. Lain for a brief moment. He was a pleasant man. Stacey and Jennifer and all of the office ladies were very friendly. None of them were pushy to try and sell me services. Office staff remembered my name when I returned. I do not think that my lack of results was because of their skill level. Although, since the results of what I had done didn't do what was promised, I have to give the overall rating the lowest available. I think maybe the product used was low quality and maybe the equipment as well. This is just a guess.
