I go to Dr Gilpin‘s office for aesthetic facials and laser treatments ! I’m so happy, It’s the highlight of my month , my trips there. They are very professional and up-to-date on the latest noninvasive treatments that I get !! I’m 70- so the treatments help me feel good about my skin ! I look forward to my monthly visits !

I had a deep plane lower facelift, blepharoplasty and lateral brow lift with Dr. David Gilpin in April 2023- so 4 months ago. As well as a CO2 laser. Finally writing a review as I found them so helpful before I had my procedures. I am definitely happy I had all the procedures done, I look better and there is improvement. However, hoping a swelling subsides and more changes occur. It's very very subtle, which is great, but you do want some significant change for spending so much and the downtime for me was VERY long. After the swelling goes down I'm noticing things start to settle and appear less tight but still hopeful for a great result. Office Review: amazing! Everyone ... can't say enough positive things about them. Lisa is spectacular and goes above and beyond. Every appointment pre and post op was right on time. All of my post op questions were answered promptly. They prepare you really well for the surgery day. Well run and beautiful facility. Dr. Gilpin review: very knowledgeable and well trained. You will NOT look pulled or overdone which is so so important. You may feel he is not aggressive enough but like I said I'm hopeful. He is kind, gentle, and I think he really takes his time with all surgeries... incisions were impeccable. But I think he does error on the side of less is more. Procedures: worth it even if I was hoping for a bit more! The brow lift I do not see much difference at all, anxious to see the before pics at 6 months. CO2 was hell for me. I am not fully healed at 4 months but I think that is just the way I heal and no fault of the doctor. Lower lift improved my jowls a ton- still swollen around the mouth- hoping to tighten. Fat transfer- extremely subtle, I'm sure I will see a difference in before and after- fingers crossed. Complications- I had a crooked smile for about 6-8 weeks and was terrified! Dr. Gilpin assured me all would be ok and it was, fully healed. I would say the CO2 for me was a complication, I just did not do well with it. Hope this is helpful and I will post my final review after I can really see my results and no more swelling. Hopeful if there are little tweaks to be made Dr. Gilpin will be good with it and understanding of my concerns. I'm giving Dr. Gilpin 5 stars but I'm still unsure how everything will look at that magical 6 month mark and if I will need minor tweaks to achieve my goal.

The morning of I arrived at his office (he has his own in house surgery suite). You are in a beautifully lit room, made super comfortable, and Mr. Pepper comes in to again get you excited and relaxed. He goes over the procedure and gets your IV started. But! He wants even THAT to be a good experience and even numbs you first. The little things! Dr. Gilpin comes in- excited and joyful. You just KNOW you are in the absolute best hands. Now what happens to me is NOT the norm. The last surgery I had had was several years prior. While having this surgery my blood pressure and heart rate was unstable. So- during my surgery they made the best decision and it was to stop. THIS is not anything any one (even them) wants to ever go through. Lets face it- thats scary for everyone. BUT again- they put ME first. My health and well being. I went home absolutely heart broken. My excitement and energy deflated. It was awful. But heres where they exceeded my expectations ONCE AGAIN. That weekend I heard from Dr Gilpin AND Mr. Pepper. We went over what happened and WHAT could have possibly caused this. Long story short- after meeting my primary dr- their team talking to Dr Gilpins team we came to a conclusion it was most likely caused by a medication I am taking AND my own sensitivity to some of the drugs used during surgery. It was just a weird thing. Im going to wow you once again. I was super broken hearted, scared and now all the excitement I once had was overshadowed with what happened and now having to figure out when I could do this surgery. Lisa to the rescue. I wont go in to all the details but AGAIN- she got me a date I could do and also made sure I was in a location (surgery center) IN CASE we ran into an issue once again. Dr Gilpin performed my surgery on April 5th without a hitch.. and I am now home recovering. Ill say this- though my experience what I had hoped for it was BETTER. Why? Because without a DOUBT I can TELL YOU- this dr and his team go ABOVE ABOVE ABOVE and Beyond for their patients. I havent even touched all of the calls they took from me in my frustration and all the extra efforts even when Ms Lisa was on her very own vacation Dr Gilpins beautiful wife teaming up making sure I had a date. Im telling you- this Dr and his staff are the definition of CLASS, TRUE SERVICE and INTEGRITY. I hope this inspires you to make the call to do something beautiful for yourself - and, FROM MY HEART- Thank you to Dr Gilpin and his beautiful crew. Love, Nik

I have met with high priced Los Angeles Dr.s and a couple times I was directed to do procedures that made little difference but cost a lot of money ( such as laser under the eyes) Then, I moved to Nashville and what a blessing because I met Dr. Gilpin. No hype, no astronomical consultation fee, just plain talk to make a plan on how to get the result I wanted. We discussed an under eye bleph and a brow lift. He was so confident that this would be what would help me get my desired result that it made me confident. His staff was amazing. All the blood work was done there, didn't have to run around to get prescriptions filled because everything is taken care of there. Most of all I LOVE my results. It is everything I hoped for . On top of being gifted he is also kind and did not rush me at anytime. I cannot recommend him and his excellent practice enough !

I had chin lipo and buccal fat removal with Dr. Gilpin, and could not recommend him enough! He and his staff walked me through every step in the process with ease and clarity, and I never felt like any unnecessary procedures were pushed / suggested. From pre-op to post-op, his office was very communicative, and he even called me the night before my procedure to check-in. I am very happy with my results and had a great experience with Dr. Gilpin.

I’ve wanted a rhinoplasty since I was a teenager, and was finally brave enough to do it! I put a lot of research into my doctor selection, and am so happy I went with Dr. Gilpin. Not only are my results natural and exactly what I wanted, the entire experience was very pleasant. I expected to be in a lot of pain, but I felt good and only had to take medication for one day. I took a week off of work, but felt good enough a few days after to answer emails and get some chores done. The hardest part was not being able to exercise for weeks after, when I had lots of energy and felt great! I will say, nothing can prepare you for seeing a new nose in the mirror. My husband and mother, the two people who were most hesitant about me getting surgery, loved it immediately, but it took me at least two months to get used to it. Now, eight months later, I am in love with my nose and so happy I made this decision! Dr. Gilpin and his staff are also very kind and caring, and I have plans for more procedures with them in the future. If you are considering surgery in the Nashville/East Tennessee/Atlanta area, definitely go to his office!!

I had a procedure with Dr Gilpin 6 months ago and as someone very hesitant about any medical procedure I was nervous and Dr Gilpin and the staff always made me feel so comfortable and were very detailed and helpful with all my questions. Also, they provided some excellent products suggestions which are awesome ...Meredith, Carol and Christine are just so kind and helpful. Nicest people

I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gilpin and his staff. I recently had a complicated revision rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Gilpin and he exceeded my very best expectation. He is truly an artist and you can tell he really cares about his work and his patients. I wanted to share my experience in case anyone else reading this may be in a similar situation to the one that I was in when I came to Dr. Gilpin. I had an initial surgery with a surgeon in Nashville when I was a young adult and did not do my research to be sure I was going to a surgeon who specialized in facial/nose surgery. My nose was not straight since I was little, and I had wanted to have it straightened but liked my nose otherwise. Though the first surgeon succeeded in straightening my nose, he took too much out and I ended up with a very misshapen and unnatural looking nose after. It really affected my confidence and self esteem, and I hated looking at photos of myself or in the mirror. After almost ten years, I finally made the decision to try and have it corrected. I was nervous to trust another surgeon, but did thorough research, considering surgeons across the country. After much consideration, I chose to go with Dr. Gilpin as he was the first surgeon who really seemed to listen and understand what I wanted. He took the time to explain what he intended to do and I really appreciated that after many other surgeons told me not worry about that part. After my first experience, that was not something I felt comfortable with hearing. My revision surgery went amazing and Dr. Gilpin, the nurses, and the anesthesia provider were all so kind and comforting. It’s now been a week since my surgery and I just had my cast taken off. I still cannot believe the truly incredible results... above and beyond even my best hopeful outcome. Later in the day, as I was looking at photos, it finally hit me that I didn’t have to live with what I considered a “botched” nose anymore. I was in tears as I felt like I recognized myself for the first time in nearly a decade. My only regret is not having gone to him sooner. I will always recommend Dr. Gilpin and his staff to anyone and everyone. Thank you Dr. Gilpin for all the care you put into your work, and thank you to the amazing staff as well. You all are amazing!

From the moment I scheduled my rhinoplasty consultation appointment until now, 3 months post-op, I have had an amazing experience with Dr. Gilpin. Communication is obviously a very important part with any surgery, and their office was always easy to contact and responded to all of my emails and questions quickly before and after my surgery. I am completely in love with my nose now. Dr. Gilpin knows exactly what to do to create a nose that is natural. I would recommend Gilpin Facial Plastics to any family, friend, or stranger.

Dr. Gilpin and his staff are incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and thorough. From start to finish, I felt prepared for my procedure, due entirely to Dr. Gilpin's and his staff's diligence and communication throughout the consultation, pre and post-op process. Due to Covid, we had our initial consultation over a Zoom call, and Dr. Gilpin was able to provide what I imagine would be the same level of care as he would in an in-person consultation. We talked through my renderings over video and he made sure that I was comfortable with everything we discussed before committing to next steps. I had a rhinoplasty surgery and am only six weeks out from my procedure but I am absolutely thrilled with my results. I couldn't recommend Dr. Gilpin enough. The only thing I'd change is that I wish I had made this decision sooner!
