I’ve lost volume in my face in the last few years. I want my face not to be so saggy so I had Restylane Lift done last week. I think it helped a little bit. I could’ve done more than 1 syringe per side but wanted not to look puffy. The injectionist was a very experienced nurse who said it could last as long as a year. I hope it lasts at least 6 month as I’m trying to put off a neck and face lift. I didn’t get anything done by the doctor everything was handled by the nurses in his aesthetic clinic.

Dr. Goshorn and his staff are the best! I felt so comfortable during my consultation and the day of my surgery. Dr. Goshorn was very thorough and made sure I understood every aspect of my surgery. I had no problems or complications whatsoever and any time I had a question or concern after surgery I was able to call his office and speak with a nurse immediately. A friend (nurse) recommended Dr. Goshorn and I booked a consultation based solely upon her glowing recommendation following her BA. After scheduling my surgery, another friend (also a nurse) told me how when she worked in women's cancer she saw many of his breast reconstructions, and they always looked amazing. I knew then and there that I had made a good choice. Every time I have met with Dr. Goshorn, he has taken ample time to discuss the plan for my TT and BA, took many measurements and with our discussion, he and I decided against a lift. He is always attentive, and very up to date on the latest and best options for surgery. I scheduled a second consultation, and he met with me again and never once made me feel rushed or that my multiple questions were silly. His staff are simply the best. Everyone in his office is kind and helpful and are willing to answer any question. For my BA, I told Dr. Goshorn what my idea was for the final product. I said I wanted to look natural enough that people who don't know me might think I haven't had work done, but that I didn't care if my family and friends could tell. I'm 5'8" and 165# with a pre-op very small (and deflated after 3 kids) B. Dr. Goshorn and I discussed a range for size of implants between 350 and 400cc. He and his nurse (whom he has worked with for years) work very well together and when they placed the sizers in the OR they settled with 375cc. I could not be happier. They look great on my body and are not too big and not too small. They really did a fantastic job! For my tummy tuck, Dr. Goshorn did a fabulous job with his incisions and everything is healing very nicely. My skin on my abdomen is tight and smooth, my scars are very thin, and with a few years and mederma, I doubt they will remain very visible for long. Everything healed very nicely, and I never had any trouble with infection. Dr. Goshorn made sure to have antibiotics ready for me and filled before my procedure, and had everything I needed for the surgery and immediate recovery mapped out beforehand so I could go into the OR knowing all is well. I am so thankful for Dr. Goshorn and all that he has done for my self-esteem. I feel like I have a new lease on life. If you are unhappy with the way you look and want to do something about it, I would very highly recommend Dr. Goshorn and his staff. They are the best in Memphis, for sure!

I'm a stylist, I see many cosmetic procedures up close, I came to Dr. Goshorn because his work spoke for itself. Sandra does botox and fillers and is amazing. His staff is so friendly and make u feel appreciated and so comfortable. When a Dr.s work is his advertisement, that speaks volumes. They won't suggest unnecessary procedures nor do they overdo . Trust is the key.

I had sagging jaw line and dropping neck. I wanted a refreshed look. It was the easiest procedure I have ever had. I was extremely, extremely pleased with the procedure and the results. I was not nearly as painful as I thought. I was ready to get out of the house before a week. I would highly recommend this doctor and would do it all over again.!!!!! -

I went from a size H in bras to a D. I feel so much better after my surgery. Recovery was amazing and I have virtually no back pain. Dr. Goshorn and associates were absolutely wonderful in ensuring that I got all the proper instructions and made sure that I felt amazing throughout the entire process. Updated on 9 Apr 2016: Hey guys. I didn't really take any before photos. But I hope from the ones I've picked, you can kinda get the idea about how huge my breasts were. I was miserable. I had back pain. Lots of it. Everywhere I went I was very insecure. My fiancé loved my breasts. Of course he did. Who wouldn't? He passed from Cancer in July of 2015. After he died, I needed a change. I didn't have any reason to keep them, I just needed to be pain free. After consulting, I met with Dr. Goshorn. From there, we went very quickly through the approval process. Because of this surgery, I also quit smoking cigarettes... Which I was unable to do before. I quit cold turkey Febraury 16th. I feel so much better thanks to this surgery. I recommend that anyone who is now in the healing portion of the process... Follow all instructions. Don't even try to move too fast through it. Take your time and plan for this. I lost three weeks of my life, but I feel amazing and my boobs look perfect. I'm already putting oils on the scars to make them look even better. Like I said. As long as you do everything and take your time to heal, you're gonna feel amazing and look amazing doing it. ????

After having neck, shoulder and upper back pain for several years I decided it was time to have a breast reduction. I have been discouraged by gynecologist and told insurance would not cover the procedure. However my insurance paid for the procedure. The surgery itself was much less painful than I anticipated. It is truly amazing how much better my neck, shoulders and upper back feel. I feel and look so much better. My only regret is that I did not do it sooner!!

I can not tell you how much I used to feel self conscious about my breasts. I'm 5'2 ,110 lbs. with very small boobs. On top of that, I am a gym freak. I finally made the decision to see a cosmetic surgeon and it was definitely the best decision I have ever made. Dr. Goshorn is absolutely great!! I feel and look amazing.

As a younger consumer, I was unaware of all the steps involved in this procedure and the total amount it would cost. Therefore, I did three different breast augmentation consultations with various doctors in the Memphis area and Dr. Goshorn and staff blew the other two doctors out of the water. The experience was relaxing, fun, and everything I could have wished for during this process. The surgery itself was as expected with easy recovery steps to follow. The Goshorn team was attentive and ensured I was comfortable in every step of the process especially post surgery. A discount was offered to me at the start (regarding miscommunication around time of appointment) and this really sold me as their accommodation was outstanding. I cannot say enough how much I would recommend Dr. Goshorn and team to anyone looking for a breast augmentation.

From the pre op to the post op to the healed results, Dr Goshorn is GREAT! He completely understands my needs and excels in his surgery! He fixed my c section scar and repaired by diastisis recti! I can wear a 2 piece again thanks to him. His bedside is great. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. You can not go wrong with such a great doctor!
