Michele has been an advanced injector since 1993. She is an expert in Botox and fillers. She specializes in cannula technique (which minimizes swelling and bruising) and she has been asked to train others in this specialized technique. She attends many different conferences and trainings throughout the year to ensure the best care for my patients and learn the newest techniques. She has advanced skills with skin care, microdermabrasion, microneedling and lasers and was one of the first nurses in Tennessee to perform sclerotherapy (spider vein treatments). It is still one of her favorite procedures! Michele is an active member of the American College of Phlebology, American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses, and Tennessee Society of Laser Medicine. With an extensive background in ICU and ER nursing. Michele serves as an injector at our Mount Juliet location on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Sharry is an extremely skilled and gentle injector and has been serving at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery since 1997. She advises and assists patients in all areas of plastic surgery nursing, as well as in preoperative patient education, intraoperative care and postoperative care. She is highly proficient in the use of injectable fillers and Botox, skin care, chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Sharry sees patients at our Music Row location to better serve the Nashville area!
Susan is a Registered Nurse and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, specializing in dermal filler and neurotoxin injections, lasers and skin care since 2008. In 1994, she graduated from Broward Community College with an Associate of Science Degree in nursing. In 2012, she earned a Baccalaureate Degree in nursing at Aquinas College. Recently she successfully took the national certification, Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. She frequently attends seminars and specialized training classes in order to stay up to date with the newest products and skin care treatments. She also has extensive experience using many different types of lasers for cosmetic purposes. Susan believes that the use of dermal fillers and neurotoxins is an art. Cosmetic services, combined with a good skin care regimen, are used to achieve individualized rejuvenation and enhance natural beauty.
Emily has been a nurse with Cool Springs Plastic Surgery since May 2015. Emily graduated from Auburn University in 2008 with her Bachelors in Human Development then decided to return to nursing school in 2010. Emily moved to Nashville in 2012 and says that her favorite part of Music City is the small town feel in a big city setting. Emily went through 4 months of training on injectables by national Allergan and P.A.L.L.E.T.T.E. trainer, Haley Wood, NP. She has attended several conferences and trainings all over the country, from Miami to San Diego, learning from some of the world’s most advanced injectors including Dr. Arthur Swift, Dr. Mauricio de Maio & Dr. Woffles Wu. Emily is a member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses as well as the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists. Emily has a passion for aesthetic nursing & is dedicated to helping her patients put their best face forward.
Heather graduated from the Aveda Institute in May 2015 and has been with Cool Springs Plastic Surgery since May 2016. She is an active member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skincare Specialists. Heather has attended the SPSSS annual meeting, SkinMedica Summit, Music City Scale and has taken laser/IPL fundamental classes under John E. Hoopman, CMLSO and Patrick J Clark, CMLSO. Advanced training in Ultherapy and Microneedling along with the latest in skincare ingredients keeps her on the cutting edge of our field. Esthetic schools have asked Heather to speak to their students and she has presented skincare discussions to various groups seeking her expertise. Her passions include educating and serving her patients with honesty, compassion and transforming results.
Olivia received her Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Nursing with a minor in biology from Lipscomb University. She began working at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery in 2015 as the preoperative, perioperative, and postoperative surgical nurse. After additional specialized training in aesthetic rejuvenation, Olivia became an aesthetic nurse injector offering nonsurgical facial rejuvenation including Botox, Dysport, Juvederm family of fillers, Restylane products, Kybella, microneedling, laser resurfacing, and skin care. She has attended several conferences and meetings with the world’s leading injectors to further her knowledge and stay up to date on latest and safest techniques. She received this prestigious certification after spending two years in plastic surgery and being accepted to sit for the exam. Olivia loves the artistry and precision of injectables and tailors her consultations to making a personal treatment plan to fit her patients’ needs.
