I have an angular face that has gotten sharper with age. Dr. Von restored it and has helped me maintain a softer, more feminine look through dermal fillers and autologous fat grafts. Although the process has definitely been worth it, and I would do it over again, I would never trust anyone else with my face.

Dr vonWerssowitz did my nose job and fixed my deviated septum . I had my dads sized nose on my child sized face. I'd been bullied in school all thru the years. Name calling, group name calling, rocks and sticks thrown at me as I walked home from school, are just small examples of more degrading treatments. I was clearly not considered the 'pretty child' in all degrees of family either. I was constantly reminded , After surgery, I came home the same day. My eyes were swollen shut and my nose was packed and splinted. I looked like I'd been hit by a boxer. Keep in mind Dr. Von did a lot of work on my nose from between my eyes almost, to resizing the nostrils, fixing a deviated septum, shaving off Cartledge from the broke hump in the middle, to giving a pretty , Feminine curve. No more walking with my head down. I started hearing I was actually pretty, but still had to believe it myself. Dr. Von took time to listen and never rushed me. He has artistic skills, and I've suggested him to many others through the years.

I was bothered by heavy, droopy eyelids that made me look tired and I thought much older than I wanted to look. The extra fold on my eyelids was removed and my eyes were opened up. It took a few attempts to get one of the lids completely corrected, but he didn't quit until both he and I were pleased. The scars are so tiny that they aren't even noticeable to ME unless I'm looking for them. I love the way my eyes look and that small change made a huge difference

To look as good as possible, of course. Dr. von continues to help me. I have recommended him to many girlfriends over the years. Several of them have had multiple procedures and all agree that we chose the best cosmetic surgeon in Chattanooga. I've had a facelift, brow lift, mid-facelift, laser peel, blue peel, Juvederm injections.

I'm an active person with an athletic thin build. Possessing an aging face with thin skin by heredity, I've been trying to regain some fullness with long lasting fillers. They don't seem to last as long as the literature states but proper placement makes a world of difference. I've been working with Dr Von for a number of years to turn back the clock.

After having three kids via c-section I was left with sagging stomach skin and extra large sagging breasts. No amount of dieting and exercise worked. Regarding my breasts I started at 32dd and ended up with 32g (that's 32dddddd!!!!). Lots of back pain later and clothes that never fit right I can say with confidence that "g" did not stand for great. After moving with my family to Chattanooga TN I decided it was time to do something for me. Not in a selfish way but to be healthier and feel better about myself. My wonderful husband was on board from day one. Although he thought I looked beautiful the way I was he knew it was something that I had been considering for a long time. I had a consultation with my PS in the middle of May. Luckily he had a cancellation for June 4th and was able to get me in sooner than later. Although it seemed that the three weeks between my consult and surgery flew by I think it was better that way...no time to worry or dwell over it :). The procedure was done in his surgery center and let me say the staff could not have been nicer! I kept telling everyone how scared and nervous I was and they were so understanding and patient with me (I must have had to pee at least 10 times before they even got my IV in). Dr. Von came in and spoke with me and my husband and explained every step of the procedure. When it was time for the surgery I was given meds to make me relax and the next thing I knew I was home. My husband said the staff and Dr Von were very thorough in explaining post op care and in answering all our questions. Updated on 6 Jun 2014: So far so good. Have been staying on top of my meds so the pain has never really gotten that bad. Pain is ALOT less than I expected. Fingers crossed it stays that way :). Had to call the Drs office yesterday for extra drainage on the side of both my breasts. It was nothing to worry about and nothing two ice packs didn't clear up. But the nurses were wonderful. They called twice to see how I was doing. Also got to take a shower. Thank goodness for my husband cause he ended up doing most of the bathing. Sitting on the bench helped a lot and I'm not sure I could have made it standing up. These pain meds make me quite dizzy. It did feel nice to wash off! We used am old tie around my neck to hold the drain up. Getting in and out of bed isn't easy but it's tolerable. The drain that I worried about having hasn't been an issue at all (knock on wood). Luckily I only had to have one drain in my belly. But can't wait to get it out. Postoperative visit isn't till June 12. Updated on 6 Jun 2014: What the drains look like here it is.... Updated on 8 Jun 2014: Just woke up from a morning nap. Lol. With the pain meds and muscle relaxers I feel like I am on the same napping schedule as the baby. The pain has been on and off throughout the past two days. I have been able to cut back to just one pain pill every four hours. That has helped with the dizziness quite a bit. Today my ab muscles started spazzing slightly. Didn't hurt at all just felt weird. Can't wait to get the drain out. It hasn't caused any problems but the thought if it makes me a little queesy. Took another shower last night and was able to do much more myself. Still limited with my arm movements due to the br and lift. Overall feeling pretty good. Don't regret my decision at all. Updated on 8 Jun 2014: Will try to get pics without the bandages tonight. Updated on 8 Jun 2014: My worst fear happened tonight. My belly drain got looped around a drawer handle in the kitchen while I was walking. After a second of sharp stabbing pain I think it's ok. No bleeding and the drain is still in. Although I was sure I would die if anything so much as touched my drain I can assure you it will not kill you. Now choking on a French fry like I just did while writing this is a different story. Lol. Updated on 12 Jun 2014: First let me say I was dreading this appointment for the past two days. The thought of having my one and only drain removed made me anxious and queesy. I don't know what I got myself all worked up for. The drain was out in seconds and I barely felt a pinch. Pulling the surgical tape off was no problem either. One of my breast incisions opened a little but two little stitches and all better. However, now I am very sore and uncomfortable. On a happy note the doctor and my hubby were very pleased with the results so far. Still some swelling so I can't wait to see the final product! Updated on 13 Jun 2014: That is the noise I have been making all day. My belly stitches pull slightly when I move sometimes now that the surgical tape has been removed. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't hurt it just feels like a tiny pinch. My breasts on the other hand are OMG. I guess the tape held them in place more than I realized. Now they ache no matter what I do. Hence everyone having to listen to me go ugh all day. So for those of you in the chattanooga area that had to listen to it I apologize. :) Updated on 14 Jun 2014: Today started out great. Got up. Didn't. Need any pain meds. After being constipated for 10 days I finally went. Was walking around almost 100 percent upright and feeling pretty good with no pain meds. Then it happened. Who know one unsuspected powerful sneeze could land you in bed terrified you messed the whole surgery up. I was laying back in the recliner when it just happened. It was so quick it was like a half sneeze half held in sneeze. It was instant pain and burning in my upper abs where the muscle repair was. It felt like a ripe followed by burning. It hurt so bad I needed to take a pain pill within minutes. Then I began to freak out. What if I ripped my stitches in the muscle repair?! Thank God for this website. I read every blog and article on sneezing. I think I'm ok. I will call my PS on Monday to make sure. But from what I read if I would have torn the stitches or tissue it would be bruised and constant bad pain. Fingers crossed. Back to normal discomfort without additional meds. I will never sneeze again Updated on 14 Jun 2014: Still lots of swelling I'm sure but such a difference already. Updated on 19 Jun 2014: Yesterday was the two week mark. Off pain meds, just taking Tylenol as needed. Some days I have much more swelling than others. Sleeping on my back is starting to bother me since I am a tummy sleeper. But over all I feel pretty good. Sharp pain here and there but nothing life altering. Updated on 26 Jul 2014: It has been seven and a half weeks since my op. I started back at the gym, going very easy. Abs get sore easily and quickly and still hurt a little to touch. My abdomen is also still numb but not as bad. However, all that being said...I got into size 4 pants and jeans. I haven't worn that size for almost 10 years!!!! And the size 4 is actually a little baggy now. May have to go down to a 2!!!!! Never thought in a million years that would happen. But dr Von gave me back my 22 year old body. Granted my arms and legs need some toning but as soon as that is done I will look like my 22 year old pics!!!!! Thank you Dr Von. He truly is the best!!!! Updated on 27 Aug 2014: I can't believe it has been almost three months since my mommy make over! I absolutely love the results. Dr. Von is a miracle worker! My body is back to the way it was when I was 22. Granted it just stopped hurting when I sneeze or cough but it is worth it. I am also able to exercise fully and do sit-ups. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Von. Instead I'll let the pics speak for themselves.

I asked for light liposuction on my hips, abdomen and thighs. Dr VonWerssowetz performed an extreme lipo on me to the point that my hips and abdomen were rippled, pitted and disfigured. My thighs were left with rippled, wrinkled skin on muscle. Abnormally uneven and small. I haven't been able to wear clothing shorter than me knee or expose my legs in any form fitting clothing. Obviously, horribly embarrassing and permanent. After the last few years of this I visited him again to ask him for any remedy available. His response was to say that it would cost him too much to try and fix me. He promised to call me when he returned from an upcoming symposium, to offer if there was something more current to help. That was two years ago. I never heard from him again. I felt like I'd been to an unlicensed quack in a back alley. I'm sure he never thinks of my destroyed life, I have to think of him everyday. I wonder how many there are of us?
