My motivation was to make a septoplasty to solve respiratory problems and solve only aesthetically falling .... smile which told me that a strutt solve the short columella and treatment of the depressor muscle of septum and upper labial frenulum. Those were the only issues, banning all others (specifically the nasal dorsum or narrow as in previous consultation with another surgeon said to me and I refused clear), meanwhile, did not want cosmetic changes in my nose. Only I did not like the smile, if I liked my nose without movement. After surgery it has been traumatic to make a radical change across the nose, a change clearly against my will, and certainly very bad results. Postoperatively a disaster denial and bad treatment at the clinic. I need advice and guidance. And a picture is worth a thousand words. In spanish: Mi motivación era realizar una septoplastia para solucionar problemas respiratorio, y estéticamente únicamente solucionar sonrisa que caía.... lo que me indicó que un strutt solucionaría la columela corta y el tratamiento del musculo depresor del septo y el frenillo labial superior. Esas eran la únicas cuestiones, prohibiendo todas demás (explícitamente el dorso nasal ni estrechar ya que en anterior consulta con otro cirujano me lo indicó y claro me negué), en tanto, que NO quería cambios estéticos en mi nariz. Sólo no me gustaba la sonrisa, si me gustaba mi nariz sin movimiento. Tras la cirugía estado traumático al realizar un cambio radical en toda la nariz, un cambio en contra de mi clara voluntad, y los resultados ciertamente muy malos. El postoperatorio un desastre con negación de la realidad y mal trato de la clínica. Necesito opiniones y orientaciones. Y una imagen vale más que mil palabras. Postsurgery was a disaster, all I received was denial and bad treatment from the clinic, telling me things like “it will change”, “there is no alteration at all” or “change your haircut, you will see it differently” like a bad joke.
