Actually ,never did i expect that my boobs would turned into sth. worse like this, also having a hard time wearing bikini or any of my favorite tight one piece dresses, big V shirts, etc; After 3 months stop breastfeeding, i found my breasts totally changed , at that time i began to think maybe i should take BA surgery , but after in person consultation, they told me that usually after 6months or longer before patients should do the BA surgery. so ~~.now 10months has gone, here i am , First ,my basic information . i m asian ,164cm ,115 lbs, kinda saggy and asymmetric boobs, inframammary incision, implants: Allergan’s NATRELLE INSPIRA round gel; left : 325cc, right :295cc. surgery day: couple weeks ago ideal boobs : just like jennifer aniston or megan fox's , posting some pics for your reference. i really love the natural size boobs of course without floppy or droppy , i guess those are just all women want... i ll update some details about the consultation and surgery later.. Updated on 24 Dec 2015: here are my before pics for you ladies reference..you could see my severe sagging and asymmetric boobs, and l ve been looking for the best breast center and the best implants here and there , first ,i searched useful information and narrowed targets then had consultation. i ve had many consultations with different clinics ,but some clinics left me a bad impression,kinda too rushed. anyway ,tips for you ,the attitude from staff ,to some extent, also reflected the clinic's attitude. but finally i chose the Dr. lee,in that he and his whole team were very nice ,thoughtful and those wonderful beforeand after pics really touched me .and he was such a nice person , patient with all the questions ive asked, i m kinda paranoid ,to be honest ,like, if i hv any questions i wont let it go until find out the answers... my pre-op day, i remember i tried bigger sizers ,but after hearing dr.lee's advice,eventually decided to get the left 325cc,right 295cc. as to the implant brands ,really took me like yrs to choose...lol Updated on 30 Dec 2015: Surgery day +5days post op pics share with you. First,pain? i felt like it's totally ok in the surgery day or maybe just i can't rememer vividly b/c of anaesthesia. but in the next few days ,yes ,pain ,sore were coming all the time,kinda exaggerative, esp.when i got up the bed ,it 's hard and pain for myself to get up, i had to ask my sister to help me .and gradually, those just gets better. implant choice? Some friends asked me why i chose the natrelle inspira implants, yeah, i know ,i ve been confused a lot by that ,'cause i didn't want the round implant at first,you know ,sometimes breast augmentation without lifting will create a larger sagging breast with round implants ,i think it seems like putting a ball in my breast. lol can you imaginie lady with ball in the chest haha~ Actually,my first choice was the waterdrop implant,i also worried a little bit,though. waterdrop implants could give women natural shape and good for sagging boobs,as i heard. but after consultation with DR.Lee, i know round implant also could come good breasts shape. i searched some information about the INSPIRA later and believed Dr lee's suggestion. if you guys r interested,also could find INSPIRA information on Realself. helpful. Updated on 8 Jan 2016: I didn't have quite a lot of bruising post-op , due to Kies-u's 24hrs recovery mammoplasty, and that is also the reason why i chose the Kies-u. to those who have a lot of bruising post op ,please don't sweat for that ,becasue those will be generally gone away as time goes by ,but there is one thing i worried too much, the scars. i bet u ladies couldn't agree more. and TAH DAH ,i 've got good useful information from the staff of kies-u. there's a product called contractubex for scar treatment,seepics below.i highly recommend it. and i googled it for you .which has the triple effect:Prevents the formation of excessive scar tissue Reduces redness, itching and the feeling of tension+Makes the scar smoother and improves elasticity,and tips :start treatment as soon as the wound is closed or the stitches are removed,which ensures that your scar will become so fine that you will hardly see or feel it. and i also bought the CICA-CARE silicone gel sheet, which was amazing too . lol Updated on 19 Jan 2016: hi ladies ,update some new pics . my boobies become softer than before and my husband also satisfied with the result. though he told me that he would love them like before but i can tell, he love the new'em more . crap,crap.. i really got something, like rapping gift, lol ,lol . btw, i didn't do massage post op since i heard it wouldn't help a lot. so ~ and at first ,i worried a lot, b/c they were hard with pain and implants wouldn't fit . however 1month post op they become softer, really reassured...
