We typically will allow for arnica use as well as anti-inflammatory medications post Kybella treatments if you feel the need for added comfort. Lymph type massage as well will not interfere with your result. Kybella (deoxycholic acid) does its work to "dissolve" the fat cell pretty much on contact (at the time it is injected) which is the burning sensation experienced during the treatment. All the inflammation, "jiggling", firmness and soreness are a result of the inflammatory response which is how the body will naturally eliminate "dead" or "injured" cells from the body. It is hypothesized that the inflammatory response will help with the tightening of the skin to some degree however good science to prove this point is lacking. It you feel the need to do the things you are suggesting for your comfort feel free to. Also know that for most to achieve the results they desire 2-4 Kybella treatments will be needed. Be well.

Hello Julie santos,Thank you for your question and photos. Actually your smile is quite nice and has very little asymmetry. Asymmetry is actually quite normal for most all people with only difference being the degree. Hypothetically Botox can help when asymmetries are larger than what you have shown us I am afraid that if you start trying to make things exactly even you will ultimately be disappointed and begin chasing things side to side. See an experienced Botox injector for an in person evaluation.

If you are being treated for an active infection I would not recommend proceeding with CoolSculpting or any other elective procedure until that problem is fully resolved. Sun exposure is not typically discussed as a "precaution" during consultation or as part of post treatment instructions. If you are very concerned see your treating professional for additional reassurance.

How many units you need will depend on how many areas of your face are treated and what your desired outcome is. Only way to know this is with an in person evaluation with a professional injector. Unfortunately there is nothing you could do on your own to remedy what you have described other than wait the 3-4 months for all the Botox to wear off. If you are 10-14 days out from your Botox injections simply return to your injector and placement of a couple of units above the area of concern will fix it rather quickly and nicely. Be well.

Hello Typs16,Thank you for sharing your question with us. Yes it is well known that birth control pills can present an increased risk for blood clots. CoolSculpting on the other hand is not known for an increased risk of blood clots and is a non-surgical procedure. Surgical procedures while taking birth control pills can increase a chance for a blood clot. We have done many CoolSculpting cycles on young females taking birth control pills without any problems nor has there been any reports, to my knowledge, of this being a concern world wide. If you are looking for non-invasive permanent fat reduction in an area then CoolSculpting or SculpSure would be a good choice however neither of these modalities are FDA approved or known for their ability to tighten skin. If skin tightening is your desired outcome then there are a variety of RF type treatments available that can accomplish this. To best understand your candidacy for any of these treatments an in person consultation is a must to fully assess your skin, area of concern and desired outcome. Be well.

What you are seeing is more a result of loss of fat and overall volume to the face leading to the lines and sagging of the lower face. Fillers/Fat grafting would be a better choice. It sounds as though you are happy with your recent Breast Augmentation thus a conversation with your surgeon about remedy for this issue would be prudent and help you achieve your desired results.
