5 out of 5 stars LASIK

The Best $ I Have EVER Spent - Scranton, PA

Referral from a family member. Dr. Boland is truly a superb Ophthalmologist, and I highly recommend him as a surgeon to perform LASIK. Dr. Boland was recommended to me by my sister, and the least that I can do is pass along that excellent recommendation to others. I am an inherently squeamish person with my eyes, but Dr. Boland kept me at ease throughout the entire (albeit short) procedure. He and his team were excellent before, during and after the procedure, and were very helpful in ensuring that I knew not only what to expect, but also how best to take care of my eyes after the procedure to minimize my recovery time and maximize my comfort.

The Power of Great Vision - Scranton, PA

I cannot begin to say enough great things about my LASIK experience with Dr Tom Boland, and the staff at NEI. From the professional and friendly experience at the initial consult, to the well scheduled ease of surgery day, I recommend this team to anyone considering the surgery. Dr Boland is intelligent, caring, and passionate about bringing the optimal sight to every patient he encounters.

Custom Lasik - Scranton, PA

I started wearing glasses when I was three and then eventually contacts. My eyes were so bad that I couldn't even see the alarm clock. It's a good thing a good friend of mine is an eye doctor so it didn't take to much persuasion. It's been four years since the surgery and I am so glad I did it! Not having to deal with glasses or contacts and being able to see as soon as you wake up. The...

Highly Recommend - Scranton, PA

Recommended by a friend. I will do the same. Dr. Boland and his staff were wonderful throughout the entire LASEK procedure. I felt welcomed, informed, and taken care of. The surgery changed my life. I can see the clock at night now. I was prepared on what to expect for the recovery phase and Dr. Boland ensured the follow up care was excellent.

Life Changing - Scranton, PA

I can’t say that I wasn't nervous to get the surgery, but even from my first consultation visit they discussed the custom laser vision correction procedure and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I knew I was in good hands. On the day of my procedure the staff was so helpful and kind and really made it an incredible experience. Dr. Thomas Boland was the surgeon who conducted my procedure that day. He walked me through every step as he did it, making sure I was comfortable during every second of the surgery. He is completely thorough and answers any questions you may have. I recommend Dr. Boland for his patience, kindness and expertise and making this experience so memorable!
