Going into this adventure, I had found out that I had mild tuberous breasts. It was recommended that I get a lift, but I opted out due to the extra scarring, and the fact I want to have another child in the future. Well I am so thankful I opted out (so far) because I am falling in love with them more and more each day. Dr. Schlechter is truly an ARTIST! My fear and anxiety were through the roof early on, but as time goes on, and as I'm seeing the changes, I couldn't be happier. I showed him my wish pic, and I think that he hit the nail on the head with my progress so far (last pic is wish pic) At around 3 weeks post op, I woke up with some blood coming from my incisions, and I made an apt (he took me in right away) and it was determined that I was spitting stitches. Kind of bummed me out, because my excitement was growing for my boobs and then I had to start wearing dressings and having weekly visits to have the spitting stitches removed. None the less, through that experience, Dr. Schlechter has been nothing but supportive and pro-active. I'm really pleased with his work and hope to get more things done in the future by him! Before surgery, we talked about needing different sizes as my breasts were slightly asymmetrical, and we also talked about going over the muscle with the implant. I was surprised to find out he used the same size implants in both breasts, and I didn't actually find out he went dual plane for 2 weeks after surgery. I trust his reasoning and his artistry, but I just wish that was communicated about to me at my first post-op apt. But other then that, I am so in LOVE, and I can't wait to see the continued progress. My stats: before surgery I was a 38b/36c with mild tuberous breast deformity. 195 pounds. I got 695cc silicone in both breasts, dual plane. My current size is still unknown as I'm still healing. But I will update with that information around 6 months! I would recommend Dr. Schlechter to anyone over and over again! Thank you so much for providing me with my long time dream for big boobies!

I was looking to correct unsymmetrical and elongated skin on my labia. After tons of research I found Dr. Schlechter, and drove two hours to see him. The process went so smooth, and after only two weeks post op I already am in love with my results!

I had gained and lost 77 lbs with my first pregnancy, lost it all; gained 38 with my second pregnancy, lost it all; gained 37 pounds with my third pregnancy, and lost it all plus some. I was left with a ton of excess skin and abdominal muscles that separated so far apart from the pregnancies that I looked like I had two curtains of skin hanging when I bent over at the waist. All the sit-ups and crunches were not going to put Humpty Dumpty back together again. I finally made an appointment to get rid of all of the excess flub from my abdomen. I was thrilled to find Dr. Schlechter who did a phenomenal job restoring my pre-pregnancy shape. I could not have asked for a better experience! The staff was very kind and professional. Between Dr. Schlechter, the office staff, and the OR team, I could not have been in better hands! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Schlechter. As a matter of fact, I will be returning to have a breast lift very soon.

Upon divorcing from a very emotionally difficult marriage, I felt tired and depleted. Everything reflected in my face and I decided to give myself the "lift" I needed. I researched the area doctors and had a consultation with Dr. Schlecter and was very pleased with his direction. That was 13 years ago and well.....time ticks on and it was time to revisit the plan. I had done the juvaderm and botox along the way but figured this would be the last hurrah at 64 and underwent my 2nd facelift 1/31/19. His assistant Lynn is such a wonderful asset to his practice and she took care of all my scheduling, questions, follow up and was right with me the day of the surgery. I am truly amazed at the care and concern of the anesthesiologist that day and the recovery staff. The first two days were my ugliest.....matted hair, glasses (!), ice packs....no pain, mild discomfort. Recommend sleeping in a chaise lounge, propped up for first week- I actually did two. So important to follow the suggestions - within the 2nd week the stitches by the ears were virtually invisible- amazing! Finishing my 4th week today and a bit of tightness in the jowls and mild itching but the swelling is so minor. Numbness will take awhile to dissipate but not an issue. If considering the surgery - I so highly recommend Dr. Schlecter and his staff. The surgery is so worth it and I love the natural look I achieves.

I have been going to see Dr. Schlecter for several years now. My initial introduction to his practice was for Botox. It was not my first time receiving Botox, as I did have experience with injections by a dermatologist. Let me just say I get stuck less and achieve the same results. So if you think you will be better off with a dermatologist...not so from my where I stand. Dr. Schlecter truly cares about the well being and happiness of every patient, and his work is impeccable. He also helped give me self confidence and relief from lower back pain experienced from having large breasts. When I was struggling with the idea of a breast reduction and surgery, he consulted with me, but never pushed the surgery in an effort to “sign me up”. As a result, I had the surgery completed 3 years ago and WOW ... am I happier having done so. I’ve since tried fillers, all because of the trust and faith I have in him and his skill. I feel amazing for someone my age, and highly recommend Dr. Schlecter and his team of professionals.

I wanted to get rid of my flap on my stomach & my deflated breasts. I couldn’t be happier! I wear a bikini now, I have so much self confidence. Looking in the mirror after it was done, I cried! The stomach hurt way more than the breasts, but I’d do it again in a heartbeat! I had the implants on top of muscle.

I may not have been your typical patient. Unfortunately, my surgery was originally cancelled because Don ( the Anesthesiologist) wanted further testing on me.While I was very upset at first, i came to realize that this is ELECTIVE surgery and that I should be very thankful! My surgery happened and I can't begin to say enough about the Dr. Don and Dr. Schlechter were BOTH amazing. Don took extra time to explain his operating room protocol to me and he even suggested a few extra things for me to look into. I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart both of these Doctors are AMAZING!!!!!! I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in and was greeted by Lynn and the other office staff!

Great experience, professional, great results, clean, pain free. Exactly what i hoped for. Couldn't have asked for a better, more caring, or more professional physician. would recommend to everyone. I have seen many doctors for several surgeries, and his level of expertise and knowledge tops them all.

It is with great confidence, that I am highly recommending Dr. Benjamin Schlechter, who has performed two surgeries on me, leaving my highly satisfied. The first, in 2008 an upper and lower eye lift, which resulted in a more youthful and natural look, as the lower lids were slightly lifted, resulting in a fresher appearance. After the surgery I had minor swelling and bruising, no pain. The stitches dissolved within a few days, leaving me with nearly invisible scars one month later, which disappeared complete after one year. In both cases, my expectations were exceeded, both during and after the procedures. The staff explained what to expect in detail, I felt personally cared for, secure and at peace. The actual surgery was pleasant, I had no side effects from the anesthesia, nor did I have any pain, which may not be the case for everyone, but I am grateful it was true for me. I would recommend Dr. Schlechter and his staff to anyone and choose him again for any procedure I may need in the future.

Going into this decision, I had so many questions and uncertainties. Not only in regards to whether or not I would be happy with the way I look after all was said and done, but if the outcome would really be worth going under the knife and the whole recovery process that followed. As someone who has always pushed my body to physical limits as a competitive athlete, I wanted to make absolutely sure it was the right move for me and that the surgery would not affect my ability to continue to do the things I love every day. Dr. Schlechter was there for me personally from the moment I stepped in for a consultation. Everything from my pre-surgery concerns to my questions during recovery would always receive quick responses and the assurance I needed to feel at ease with any routine aches or pains I experienced. He never left me waiting or worrying and would find time to see me immediately, even if was simply to calm my nerves about something small. He truly cared about my health and took whatever action necessary to alleviate all the stresses involved in a serious surgery. Even long after my procedure, as I am back to playing soccer and running every day, he is still available whenever I need him, as a constant reminder that I definitely made the right choice of plastic surgeon. I also can't forget to mention that I LOVE my results and feel awesome. I have zero regrets in my decision and have Dr. Schlechter's expertise, attentiveness and compassion to thank for it all.
