I have considered liposuction for years but hated the thought of a long recovery times, going under anesthesia and not loving the results. After meeting Dr Femovich he made me so confident that I was on the schedule for my procedure in 4 days from my consultation. All of the staff was very pleasant from my first contact, and answered any questions I had. I am currently 1 week post op and couldn’t be happier with my decision.

I worked really hard to get into shape. Weightlifting. Eating clean. I wanted the work I put into it to show. I needed a little nip and tuck I thought to make that possible. 5'3" 130lb. Had breast augmentation with 350cc silicone Full tummy tuck Still not sure if it was worth it. The first 4/5 days were the worst with pain. After that it was manageable. I can't see true results yet because I am waiting for swelling to go down and for the implants to drop more. Time will tell! I am hopeful. Updated on 6 May 2015: I decided to create a side by side. It doesn't look like anything from above the belly button was moved. It's disappointing. Updates to come. I have an appointment Thursday (tomorrow). Updated on 15 May 2015: Well it's been a rough almost 4 weeks. My breasts are more satisfactory but my tummy tuck results are less than desirable at this point. My waist is more defined but I'm afraid that's because my lower abdomen is so full. The crease from my navel to my incision is not going away. I doubt it will. I'm very unhappy with that and the amount of fat or skin that is so lax is not acceptable. Hoping time makes it better but I think a revision is foreseeable once I am able to 6-12 months post. My belly button has gauze in it because it was spitting stitches. My body rejected the internal sutures and opened up and became infected. I had to go see my PS and he removed the sutures and I cover with saline soaked gauze twice a day. It's improving remarkably fast. Thank goodness. My clothes are tight on my lower abdomen since I am bigger now than before surgery in that area. It almost feels as if all my fat were pulled to the bottom of my tummy. Updated on 19 May 2015: Still have nasty belly button infection. Still fat or swollen or both? Not happy with bottom of tummy. I'm bigger there than before and it's embarrassing. Updated on 25 May 2015: I'm still not happy. Still swollen. I loathe the huge fold or crease from my belly button to my incision. There is a small incision that goes halfway up towards my belly button where my old belly button was. I still am bandaging my belly button per doctors request since they spit stitches and seems infected. My antibiotics are gone for he second time and I don't know if I will need them again when I go back Thursday or not. Updated on 27 May 2015: I go to see PS tomorrow. How do I even tell the surgeon that I am not satisfied. It's his work. It's insulting. But it my body!!!! I need to figure out a tasteful way to let him know I want a refund or a revision free of charge. Updated on 4 Jun 2015: Went to the doctors last week. Was told if I need revisions, whatever it takes to make me happy but it too early to think about that. Sadly that's all I think about. I have a second opinion coming this Monday with another PS just to make sure my current PS has and is doing the right things otherwise I dont want him to do my revision and I'll demand a refund for that portion of surgery. Hopeful that the second PS agrees with my current so that won't be an issue. Updated on 9 Jun 2015: Saw new PS for second opinion. Was told what I believed. Not enough was taken off as far as skin and created a vertical scar that is unnecessary and now I have an fold dimple or crease and I refer to it as my belly butt now. :( new PS said what he would do to correct and told me to discuss it and do what's right for me. I see my original PS July 9th. It must be free and laid out exactly what will happen! Otherwise I want a refund or legally I will get my money back. Updated on 2 Jul 2015: Still completely unsatisfactory results. Will see PS next Thursday. Updated on 11 Aug 2015: Had revisions yesterday similar to a mini tuck. It's too early to tell how it will look.

I have been debating this procedure since I was in my 20s. Then I had children and started a career and put it on the back burner. I finally made up my mind and I went in for consult...he did not measure anything and I did not know this was standard procedure. I left there rethinking what we discussed and agreed to because of my obsession with research.I am 5'4 125- my rib cage is 27and I tried to measure bwd and got 16- --the ps took pics and said allergan 45 hp 450cc...what do you think? I want to be a very full c small d. Updated on 28 Feb 2013: I am going to one more consult today with the ps...I am bringing my friend along for reassurance. I want to be 100% comfortable with the decision. I also have a list of questions now that I didn't have at the first appointment. going into this I just wanted big boobs, but after reading and researching there is more to know..I was unsure based on the first consult because I was not giving reasons as to why he picked the size implant and he didn't take one measurement. thanks real self for giving me a knowledge base! Updated on 28 Feb 2013: I went today for another consult and tried on 450cc again as well as 500.. I left the decision up to him. I told ho\im today if I was your wife how would you want her to look. He said he will do sizers in the OR and put int he best fit.. Updated on 23 Mar 2013: so I paid for the procedure. I was sad to write the check but felt rich for one tiny second. it feels more real knowing they are paid for. I cant wait for April 12th to get here. I sleep through the night but when I go to move it hurts so dang bad!!!!- input please Updated on 18 Apr 2013: I am off all meds thank the Lord. I feel 90 % normal. I have my first appointment today to show the ps how I am doing. no pain ,bruising or itching. I can honestly say that it was easier than I thought. I have three children and a great support system. I have not lifted or had to do anything for myself and I think that is key. you may feel as if you can, but don't chance it. enjoy the rest. Updated on 19 Apr 2013: I had my post opp. yesterday and he said they are looking perfect. he did say if I could go braless do it if I feel ok. does anyone else do the braless thing. he also said I could message but there is no evidence out necessarily helps. they just feel so tight still. Will it hurt.....can I put stuff on them Updated on 20 Apr 2013: I noticed a tiny tender lump on the outer part my left breast. it is almost next to the arm pit. when I push it out moves and I think it is the silicone implant. could that be it and what should I do. this breast is also tight and I have sharp shooting pains in it. this all happened today! Updated on 22 Apr 2013: I can finally feel normal. no more meds of any kinds. I still have a tiny throbbing but it only lasts for a few seconds and comes and goes. I have 100% sensation no numbing,no pain. I do have high profile so I am still high and not soft yet. I know that comes with time. my ps told me it is up to me of I want to massage. I think I do but you tube videos look like the girls have already d and f....I still have scab by incision so I am scared !!!!!' I also want to use a cream / oil/ strips but ps said not necessary but I want to... any thoughts on both....if you want to tell about massages that is great! thanks boobie friends Updated on 22 Apr 2013: i showered, did the hair, and looked at the boobies (of Course) and wished they were bigger ...omg please go away!!! i am feeling sad and the scale number is not where I want it to be due to the lack of working out. I officially started the paleo lifestyle today and will be on the treadmill tomorrow!feeling low :(..I also feel like i should have had my nipple adjusted because it is so low on the bottom of the implant, but it was before the augmentation. Girls....will the nipple stay and the implant drop????????????????????? Ugh..going back to work after two weeks off will be hard Updated on 30 Apr 2013: so I went for a short walk and I felt my breasts getting swollen. my bra seemed very tight. I did purchase scar away sheets and love how.they feel on the scar. it takes the band irritation away. I really don't see a difference in the dropping but I can slightly push them together. there is a psychic at my work and she had no idea I had surgery and told me I need to slow down and let my body recover. I came back to one week early! bizarre huh. Updated on 8 May 2013: so things are going ok.. I have stabbing pain still around incision area. it is manageable and comes and goes. I am so tight massaging feels pointless. what are thoughts about massage Updated on 18 May 2013: I am doing better. I still have tingling where the incisions are. I worked out with kettle bells and quit. I have never swung them with boobies before. they got in the way. I still feel a tad tight in the morning. i's that normal???? I have not been measured yet but I still need to drop a lot more. hope everyone is well! Updated on 24 May 2013: I finally after 7 weeks got measured. I measured a 32 DD..wow that was exciting. I guess a smaller band size means a bigger cup???? not sure

I am 33 years old with 3 kids, and never grow breast. I am 5'7, 158 lbs, pre-op 36 A. 650 cc HP saline implants overfilled to 700cc under muscle. Let me just say I can't handle pain at all it sames like this days. The first week post-op was the worst. I was in alot of pain, slept and took my pain meds. The second week, I finally started to function again, still in pain but tolerable. 3rd weeks was much better. I am in the 4th week and I am doing alot better. Just experiencing sharp pains every once in a while. Sleeping is the hardest part for me. I have to say that I am so happy I had BA. I have more self confidence. I feel like a actually woman and I now am proportioned well. I am have curved. Now I am not looking like a boy with hips and butt..... Lol. I was flat, no sagging, just flat. I just don't feel like I am dropping much and they are still high and tight. I would like to talk with other women who have had 650+ cc, to see what they experienced.
