Dr. Pautler is the best in town! Her bedside manner, professionalism, attention to detail, and amazing skills are exceptional! I had been putting off getting a breast reduction. When I finally decided to do it, she was very supportive and informative. It was the best decision I have ever made! The only regret have is not doing it sooner! Her entire staff is so welcoming and kind. The surgery could not have gone any better. I had zero complications, very little pain, my scars look great, and I feel AMAZING! I would not trust anyone else with my body! Thank you so much!

I recently had an implant exchange with Dr. Paulter and am thrilled with my results. I had a surgery as a teenager, resulting in some noticeable asymmetry. While my prior surgeon did nothing to achieve symmetry, Dr. Pautler remain acutely aware of that, and ended up utilizing a larger implant on one side to compensate. She also spent considerable time with me, listening to what I wanted, looking at pictures and ensuring that I felt comfortable. Surgery and recovery was a breeze, and I am back to normal activity without restriction. I would recommend Dr. Pautler and her team to anyone looking to improve their appearance – they are one of a kind.

Dr. Pautler is the greatest! I feel she genuinely cares about all of my concerns and well being. I made a decision 2 years ago to make a positive change in my life. I started eating healthy and exercising. I lost 125 pounds, as a result I had loose skin everywhere. This made me very self conscious. Dr. Paulter's professional assessment immediately made me feel comfortable. I felt then that she would perform the necessary procedures to complete my physical metamorphosis. I am 64 feeling like 21 again! Dr. Paulter worked her magic with her gifted hands and keen perception of the female form. I finally feel comfortable with myself and look forward to every day. I have had atleast four procedures with Dr Pautler . Each time she took as long as I needed and as long as she needed to study my anatomy or facial structure to make the best plan for me. Her work combines her expertise as a surgeon with an artistic vision that ends with a fabulous result. She is very personable, like having a brilliant friend . She also is not afraid of telling a patient no if a procedure is not right for you.I have complete trust in her .

Dr. Pautler performed a tummy tuck to correct the diastasis recti that made me look like I was about 6 months pregnant even though my youngest child was 11 years old. I had tried physical therapy after both my children were born, but it didn't help because my separation was so massive. I even had an upper abdominal hernia by the time I saw Dr. Pautler, and she was the only surgeon in the area who would even consult with me because everyone else wanted me to have the hernia fixed before even seeing me. But Dr. Pautler said it was no problem to consult with a general surgeon during my tummy tuck and fix both problems at the same time and save me from having to recovery from 2 surgeries, and I am so grateful for that. I now have a flat stomach and feel like myself again for the first time in over a decade. I no longer have to hide myself in clothes or worry if people are going to ask me when 'the baby is due' at 40 years old. It is such a relief and the best decision I could have made, and I am so grateful to Dr. Pautler. She and her office were wonderful to work with.

This review comes 8 months after having breast reduction surgery because I wanted to give enough time to give an all-around review from start to finish. To say Dr. Paulter changed my life seems a little dramatic, but it could not be more true. Dr. Pautler is the best surgeon you could choose and her work is exceptional. She is meticulous throughout the entire process and makes you feel very comfortable. Her staff is also amazing to work with and they make the process as smooth as possible. After 8 months, everything is still looking perfect and I could not be more happy with choosing Dr. Pautler as my surgeon. If anything, I wish I would not have waited so long to make this decision! I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Should I ever need anything else done, I will undoubtedly go to her again.
