Dr Vagley is the best and most amazing Doctor you’ll ever come across with. He goes above and beyond to satisfy his patients, he’s also extremely knowledgeable and realistic. I couldn’t be happier with my results, I’m so glad I chose him as my surgeon.

Dr. Vagley is one of my favorites since he is upfront with you about what he can and cannot accomplish according to your body type. Dr. Vagley was chosen since he is board certified and has over 40 years of experience. I requested something more natural from Dr. Vagley, and he delivered exactly that. He was calm and patient, and he was willing to answer any queries. Dr. Vagley, thank you for being so open and honest throughout this process. I'm three weeks post-op and still haven't lost much fat. I'm glad I went with Dr. Vagley; you won't be disappointed. Thanks also to Spectrum Aesthetics for always being available via phone and email, making this process less stressful.

I had lipo 360 Bbl in November of 2020, I am loving my results my waist is snatched I use to be a 32 or 34 depending on the cut now I am a 29 waist , my waist hasn’t been this small in over 40 years, and the ass ( omg) I just to be shaped like sponge bob , now I had that cake cake , I love my results, I told him I wanted to look natural and that’s exactly what I got !! I had a BBL Lipo 360 with Thigh Lipo on 4/5. My experience at Spectrum was amazing! I do have to start off by saying that getting in contact with your concierge is extremely difficult! And the wait times are long. They had my mom waiting for 2 hours after my surgery. That is my only complaint! That out of the way! From the start I got a quote fast and was able to lock in my pricing and contract with ease. I had to postpone my surgery once because of covid and the doctor wasn’t going to be available that day so it worked out anyway. Closer to the date of my surgery I received prompt emails with all the information I needed to prepare for my surgery. They send you basically everything your need to do and what you’ll need etc. I had a bit of a hiccup in my Medical Clearance a week before my flight. It was enough time to get everything retested and squared away. I was cleared a few days before my trip. My preop was Saturday. The wait was long but that’s to be expected. I signed paperwork, took before pics, did a urine drug test, paid my balance and had my questions answered. Please note they don’t take cash anymore. After they called me later that day with my arrival time for surgery. I was there at 6:30. I did wait a long time in the waiting room. Again I had no problem with that because it was to be expected. Once in the room they took my covid test. Got me in my gown. And did an interview for IG, the videographer was very friendly! Not too long after that the doctor came in. He answered all my questions and marked me up. He was VERY upfront about what my results were going to be. I wanted a heart shaped natural look. He told me he can’t turn apples into peaches. When he marked me up he said what he could do working with my body shape and type. He’s the expert and I had confidence he would give me the butt best suited for my body. The anesthesiologist came in shortly after that. He was soooo friendly (and kinda cute ????). I was nervous about the IV but he made it painless! He took me to the operating room right after. He was so good at keeping conversation and keeping me calm! I was so nervous but he kept me so distracted and comfortable I had no time to be nervous! Then it was night night. I woke up in my faja and on the recovery bed. I was there for an hour or so before I was wheeled out by a helpful nurse. The next day I went in for my post op with the nurse and the following day with the doctor. Made sure I was doing okay and answered any more questions. I got 5 massages at spectrum as well and let me tell you. Those girls were amazing! They’re so friendly and helpful. They really seem to care about your recovery! The massages do hurt but they try to make it as easy as possible for you. All in all I had an great experience. My results are amazing. My butt is natural looking. My waist is snatched. Hip dips? Never heard of her! I’m only 2 weeks post op. So I still have lots of recovering to do. But I’m so happy with my decision to go to spectrum! Updated on 2 May 2021: Here are my before and after pics. In this picture am 1 month post op! The swelling has gone down a lot. And I do feel a flat spot at the bottom of my buttcheek but I’m hoping it’ll subside as the swelling dissipate

I had a great experience with Dr Vagley! I got lipo 360 and bbl. He was very realistic and explained everything.! His beside manner is so sweet and compassionate.I would definitely recommend him! I love my results

My overall experience here was amazing! Great communication and customer service from the front desk to the nurse and the doctor himself. I can not speak upon one bad experience I have had here. Even after my surgery was completed I still continued to receive calls from the staff checking on my well-being. Dr. Vagley has magical hands and I am loving my new look. At first, I was skeptical about having my procedure scheduled here because of the bad reviews but from my personal experience, I can not recall having ever experienced a bad moment. I will definitely be recommending this clinic to family and friends.

This was the BEST experience i ever had. I booked 3 weeks before my surgery date & everyone was amazing. Communication was so good even at 4 weeks PO, they contacted me every week to check on me by email and phone. I seen Dr Vagley TWICE after surgery. The staff made me feel very comfortable and so did Vagley. He is so great i didn’t even have to tell him how i wanted my body. He made me so perfect i cried the first night of recovery because i was so happy with my results. I 10000% recommend Vagley. No doubt about it. I got a BBL with lipo 360. He sucked all the fat i had and gave me hips and ass!

Dr. Vagley is awesome ... I highly recommend him, I’m 8 months Post-op and he did great on me. If you all haven’t booked you better! I want to see him for a breast lift and I’m most definitely going back :)

Vagley SNATCHED ME UP! My body is absolutely beautiful now & he gave me more than my confidence back! I now want to just go to the grocery store so people can see my body. He told me what he was going to do and had the perfect Vision and followed through successfully. He even called me personally the day of my surgery when I got home to make sure everything was ok after surgery. I’m so happy with my results and can’t wait to heal. One of the best surgeons!
