Lauren is an amazing provider who I’ve been seeing for the last several years. I started with BBL treatments, which she recommended and I think do great things for my skin. She also does my hydrafacials that feel so relaxing and I leave loving my skin! She’s recommended some wonderful products, which I use regularly and love the way they make my skin look and feel. I started seeing Robin a few years ago at the recommendation of a friend, and I’m so glad to have found her. She’s the best! She is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Sometimes I come in with a bunch of questions, and she always takes the time to listen to my concerns and thoughtfully answer my questions. I’ve never felt silly for asking them! Her insight and expertise are evident in her work and I always know I’m in good hands with her. Bonus for the amazing staff she works with as well! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I was so frightened going into the rhinoplasty procedure but I knew something I wanted! Dr Liang made sure I was ready for the procedure and was confident! He was very thorough and continues to be 4 months post op! He addressed my questions with professionalism and creates a great environment for learning about the post op process! I highly recommend Dr Liang because he is precise and truly cares about the work he does!

Dr Liang and his staff are amazingly attentive, especially Lauren. She is the best laser expert! As I prepared for my daughter's wedding she was with me the whole way to ensure I was the best version of myself. I luv her and her skills. So talented!

My experience with Dr. Marc Liang and his staff has been absolutely wonderful. You can not find a better surgeon or staff anywhere. Everyone in this office is friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and genuine. No one pushes procedures, treatments or products, starting with Dr. Liang on down. They genuinely want the best for their patients. I cannot recommend highly enough for big procedures as well as everyday face products and treatments. This office is also very accommodating when scheduling appointments.

I would highly recommend Dr. Marc D. Liang and would personally not use anyone else! He was highly recommended to me by a friend. After speaking to her, seeing her results, and hearing about Dr. Liang’s excellent post-op aftercare appointments - I knew I wanted to book my rhinoplasty/septoplasty procedure with him! Dr. Liang thoroughly listened to my concerns while offering his expert advice on how to reach my end goal. I always left his office feeling informed. Natalie (his practice manager) is top notch! She is very kind and helped me navigate through this whole process with ease. All of his staff is amazing and helpful! You can tell that they love their profession. Dr. Liang’s after surgery care is out of this world. He is meticulous with his work and it shows! It has been almost 6 months since surgery and I love my new nose! The “hump” from my side nose profile is gone, my tip is more defined and I can breathe better! I feel very happy and confident in my own skin. This is the nose I should have been born with. So yes I looked at all of these reviews before my facelift too so I feel like I NEED to write one so you can hear my experience as well. It was amazing! I was nervous abt the healing but it was SO EASY. Dr Liang is the GOT!! I would now never trust anyone with my face ever again. I won’t even get Botox from anyone else I will always go to Dr Liang and his staff. He’s a perfectionist and absolutely does everything to make you look beautiful and natural at the same time. I’m so impressed with his attention to detail picking up on aging that was happening with my face that I didn’t even realize was a part of the overall look. I did a face lift with a brow lift, lip and neck lift. I know this isn’t the case with everyone but I was not bruised at all and that was one of my biggest concerns with healing. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. The length of time he spends with you before surgery, the care during surgery and during recovery, entire staff who guides you and hold your hand every step of the way… i’ve never experienced anything like it. I’m beyond happy to have a natural look now because to be honest I was getting too “full” with fillers i’m starting to look like a Hollywood actress who had a bad surgeon. That’s not the look I was going for. Dr Liang dissolve my fillers before surgery so we can get them most natural look possible. I tried to post pictures directly from my phone so you all can see but RealSelf isn’t letting me it’s saying that the file is too large. I promise I’ll try and go back into post photos!!! I’m 48 and look 30. My friends who saw me after said I look like myself only 20 years younger!! My advice would be stop the fillers and the non invasive techniques. Just go for it and get the whole face lift you won’t regret it for one minute. Not if Dr Liang does it!

I had a lower facelift with Dr. Liang 6 years ago. I consulted with him again and he recommended a touch-up lift to reduce the skin laxity that has developed in my cheeks and around my mouth as I turned 71. I trust Dr. Liang and will proceed with scheduling this lesser surgery.

First and foremost, Dr. Liang is a highly skilled and caring surgeon. Hands down, he is the best of the best! He is a surgeon with integrity, a trait that I personally look for and teach my own son to strive towards. Dr. Liang is easy to talk to, and he will educate you on your desired surgical and/or non-surgical procedure while also providing options. No matter how many photos you pull out to show him, he will study and look over every one. I personally even showed him baby and childhood photos that he had expressed an interest in seeing. Two years prior, from another surgeon, I had previously had neck/face-lift surgery––resulting in undesirable cobra-neck deformity, protruding vertical neck bands, and pronounced asymmetry––and Dr. Liang found these issues to be no challenge to correct. There was no pressure to schedule or proceed with what he knew needed to be done. Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of Pittsburgh has beautiful office space along with a med spa. Dr. Liang has a team of attentive professionals––always available, kind, knowledgeable, and able to promptly address any questions. Through the med spa, I look forward to being further educated on a post-op skin-care plan; again, however, there is no pressure whatsoever. As a 57-year-old woman, I now look as I did in my thirties: My jawline is well-defined; my neck is perfect, and the fat transfers resulted in youthfulness. Dr. Liang has a vision for natural beauty, and I couldn't be happier! I would travel the world to Pittsburgh for surgery with Dr. Liang, whom I would choose and recommend again and again. Why? Because you'll get fabulous results as I did and be forever grateful that you were in his skilled, caring hands––nothing short of the best!

I would not trust anyone else! I went to Lauren for filler and Botox and had a great experience. Like so many, I was nervous having someone inject my face but Lauren made me feel very comfortable. And she brought me coffee…double amazing. All of these ladies really know what their doing (and Dr.Liang of course).
